Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to toothpaste, in particular to toothpaste for removing tooth stains and inhibiting dental plaque.
Background
Along with the enhancement of consciousness of people on health and the improvement of life quality, the attention degree of oral care is greatly enhanced. Most diseases of human are caused by oral cavity, and the maintenance of oral hygiene is an important link for preventing diseases, and the key for maintaining oral hygiene is to maintain the hygiene of teeth. If teeth are unsanitary, a large amount of microorganisms are propagated therein, and corrode teeth, causing halitosis, gingival swelling, etc., and more serious dental diseases may also cause other serious systemic diseases.
Dental plaque is an ecological environment of bacteria present on the tooth surface or in the periodontal pocket, where bacteria grow, develop and die, and undergo complex metabolic activities, under certain conditions, the bacteria and their products will destroy the teeth and periodontal tissues. Plaque is a soft, unmineralized bacterial plaque that adheres to the tooth surface and is not easily detectable in small quantities. However, as time goes on, the plaque is not removed in time, which can cause stubborn spots and stains which can not be removed by daily oral care, and the tooth surface loses luster and becomes yellow and dark. Thus, effective removal of plaque is very important to prevent the development of plaque and related oral diseases.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide toothpaste for removing tooth stains and inhibiting dental plaque.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a toothpaste for removing dental stain and inhibiting dental plaque comprises scarlet caterpiller fungus essence, O-cymene-5-ol, potassium nitrate, sodium phytate, zinc citrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone; the Cordyceps militaris essence is a mixture of Cordyceps militaris extract and Cordyceps militaris fruiting body.
The cordyceps militaris is edible fungus for both food and medicine, and the cordyceps militaris extract can be purchased in the market and can also be a refined extract obtained by carrying out water extraction and alcohol precipitation on cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies. The Cordyceps militaris fruiting body is obtained by inoculating Cordyceps militaris strain on solid culture medium, culturing for a certain period of time, developing and differentiating mycelium to form orange rod-shaped stroma (fruiting body), collecting fresh fruiting body, air drying, and grinding; the fruiting body powder is refined after water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and effective components such as cordycepin, adenosine, cordycepic acid, polysaccharide, SOD enzyme and the like are efficiently concentrated, especially the effective components of cordycepin.
The cordyceps militaris sporocarp provided by the invention is composed of substances such as water, ash, protein and fat, contains various volatile compounds, contains more aromatic aldehyde substances, and has certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, but the aromatic volatile components cannot be retained for more than one hour at the extraction temperature of 50 ℃. Therefore, the effective components in the cordyceps militaris sporocarp are difficult to keep in the refining, heating and purifying processes, so that the volatile components of the cordyceps militaris sporocarp can completely enter a toothpaste system by adding the cordyceps militaris sporocarp.
Cordycepin, the first nucleoside antibiotic separated from fungi, has a molecular structure of 3-deoxyadenosine, has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and is found to be capable of inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria such as streptococcus, staphylococcus and the like, and has strong antiviral activity, so that the cordycepin has natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects in a toothpaste formula. Because the cordycepin is the main antibacterial component in the cordyceps militaris extract, the content of the cordycepin in the toothpaste formula is directly influenced by the addition amount of the cordyceps militaris essence.
The invention uses the cordyceps militaris sporocarp and the cordyceps militaris extract, so that the system contains various functional components such as cordycepin, cordycepic acid, polysaccharide, SOD enzyme and the like, and also contains the volatile components of the cordyceps militaris sporocarp per se, thereby the gum and tooth protecting effects are exerted to the best.
O-cymene-5-alcohol is a broad-spectrum bactericide, has strong penetration sterilization effect, has good antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus, porphyromonas gingivalis and oral pathogenic bacteria, can penetrate into dental plaque to sterilize, is suitable for inflammation patients of gingivitis, periodontitis and the like, and can select commercially available products, such as Isopropyl methyl phenol of Nanjing Sbyaceae Biochemical industry Limited company.
Potassium nitrate, a desensitizing active ingredient in the United states Food and Drug Administration (FDA) monograph for tooth desensitization products, releases potassium ions, prevents the nerve endings of the dentinal tubules from being activated, and at sufficient potassium ion concentrations, prevents the nerve from being stimulated by the compressed dentin, reduces the permeability of the dentin, and thereby slows down dentin hypersensitivity.
The salt derivatives of sodium phytate and phytic acid have good chelating and swelling effects on various color stains, form water-soluble composite salt with stains, and are easy to fall off and brush off in the process of tooth brushing, so that the stains on teeth are effectively removed, and the stains can be prevented from being deposited and attached on the surfaces of the teeth again.
The zinc salt has the property of convergence, and when the water-soluble zinc salt is applied to a toothpaste formula, the provided zinc ions can prevent the formation of bacterial deposits, so that the effects of reducing the accumulation of dental plaque and dental calculus are achieved, and meanwhile, the deposition and adhesion of color stains such as smoke stains on the surface of teeth are prevented, so that the effects of stain removal and whitening are achieved. The zinc citrate selected by the invention is slightly soluble in water, can gradually release zinc ions, and can act on tissues such as gingiva and the like for a long time.
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), a non-ionic polymeric compound, is capable of improving its solubility in water by chelating stain materials, thereby effectively removing stains on teeth. Due to the unique stain removing principle, PVP is a novel gum protecting and whitening agent without friction whitening and oxidation whitening, and cannot cause stimulation to teeth.
The toothpaste for removing dental stains and inhibiting dental plaque disclosed by the invention is applied by combining cordyceps militaris essence, an antibacterial stain-removing factor and an anti-sensitivity factor together, can effectively inhibit adhesion and aggregation of oral bacteria, simultaneously removes color stains and dirt on the surfaces of teeth, and also has the effects of astringing and relieving sensitivity. The whitening principle of the toothpaste for removing tooth stains and inhibiting dental plaque is different from that of a stimulating whitening method by using peroxide, the peroxide is decomposed by reaction in water, the stimulation to oral mucosa is large, the peroxide component can be applied only by a formula with little water, otherwise, tube expansion is failed in a short time, and the system cannot be stable. On the contrary, the cordyceps militaris essence, the O-cymene-5-ol, the potassium nitrate, the sodium phytate, the zinc citrate and the polyvinylpyrrolidone contained in the toothpaste for removing dental stains and inhibiting dental plaques have mild and non-irritant functional components, can effectively inhibit bacteria and prevent bacteria from being adhered to teeth, are stably compatible, and are more suitable for being applied in a toothpaste formula, and the functional components can synergistically resist the formation of dental plaques, so that the effects of caring and whitening the teeth are achieved.
Preferably, the tooth stain removal and inhibition toothpaste comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.1-5% of cordyceps militaris essence, 0.05-0.1% of O-cymene-5-alcohol, 3-10% of potassium nitrate, 0.2-2% of sodium phytate, 0.25-2% of zinc citrate and 0.25-2% of polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Repeated research by the inventor shows that when the content of the cordyceps militaris essence is lower than 0.1%, the antibacterial effect is not obvious, and the antibacterial effect is enhanced along with the increase of the content of the cordyceps militaris essence, but when the content of the cordyceps militaris essence is higher than 5%, the antibacterial effect is not obviously increased along with the increase of the addition amount of the cordyceps militaris essence, and when the content of the cordyceps militaris essence is 0.1-5%, the cordyceps militaris essence has a good antibacterial effect; when the components are matched with each other in the proportion, the antibacterial effect and the effect of removing the dental stain are obviously enhanced, and the antibacterial tooth stain can effectively remove the dental stain, whiten the teeth and inhibit the generation of dental plaque.
More preferably, the tooth stain removal and inhibition toothpaste comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-3% of cordyceps militaris essence, 0.05-0.08% of O-cymene-5-alcohol, 3-5% of potassium nitrate, 0.2-1% of sodium phytate, 0.5-1.5% of zinc citrate and 0.25-1% of polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Through repeated research of the inventor, when the components are in the content, the toothpaste disclosed by the invention can effectively inhibit the adhesion and aggregation of oral bacteria, remove color stains and dirt on the surfaces of teeth, and has the best effect of removing the stains and inhibiting the formation of dental plaque by each functional component.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the cordyceps militaris extract to the cordyceps militaris sporocarp is as follows: cordyceps militaris extract: and (3) cordyceps militaris fruit body 80-99.9: 0.01 to 20.
When the cordyceps militaris extract and the cordyceps militaris sporocarp are in the weight ratio, the cordyceps militaris extract and the cordyceps militaris sporocarp can fully exert respective effects, so that a system contains cordycepin, cordycepic acid, polysaccharide, SOD enzyme and various volatile compounds, and the effects of gum and tooth protection are achieved.
More preferably, the weight ratio of the cordyceps militaris extract to the cordyceps militaris sporocarp is as follows: cordyceps militaris extract: and (3) cordyceps militaris fruit body of 85-92: 8-15.
When the cordyceps militaris extract and the cordyceps militaris sporocarp are in the weight ratio, the toothpaste achieves the best sterilization effect.
Preferably, the raw materials for preparing the tooth stain removal and inhibition toothpaste further comprise a humectant, an abrasive, a thickener and a foaming agent.
Preferably, in the preparation raw materials of the toothpaste for removing tooth stains and inhibiting dental plaque, the humectant accounts for 30-50 wt%, the abrasive accounts for 16-40 wt%, the thickener accounts for 0.5-3 wt%, and the foaming agent accounts for 1.8-3 wt%.

Preparation of negative pair photographs: taking a sterile dry filter paper sheet, and dripping sterile distilled water into each sheet for later use.
Inoculation of test bacteria by dipping with sterile cotton swab at 5 × 10 concentration5cfu/ml~5×106The cfu/ml test bacterial suspension is evenly smeared on the surface of a nutrient agar medium flat plate for 3 times, the flat plate should rotate 60 degrees every time the smearing is carried out for 1 time, finally, a cotton swab is smeared for a circle around the edge of the flat plate, the flat plate is covered, and the room temperature is kept for drying for 5 min.
Sticking bacteriostatic agent sample pieces: each test is stuck with 1 infectious bacterium plate, each plate is stuck with 4 test sample plates of the same test group, 1 negative pair photo, and 5 negative pair photos. A sample was taken with sterile forceps and placed on the surface of the plate. The distance between the centers of the various pieces is more than 25mm, and the distance between the centers of the various pieces and the periphery of the flat plate is more than 15 mm. After the adhesive tape is well stuck and placed,
the sample wafer is lightly pressed with sterile forceps to be tightly attached to the surface of the flat plate. The plate is covered, the plate is placed in an incubator at 37 ℃, and the result is observed after the plate is cultured for 16 to 18 hours. The direct measurement of the zone of inhibition was measured with a vernier caliper and recorded, and the test was repeated 3 times.
The strains tested at this time selected common oral pathogens: staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus mutans, and porphyromonas gingivalis.
And (3) bacteriostatic test evaluation standard: if the diameter of the bacteriostatic ring is larger than 7mm, the bacteriostatic ring is judged to have bacteriostatic action; if the diameter of the antibacterial ring is less than or equal to 7mm, the product is judged to have no antibacterial effect.
