一种(无电梯楼房)居民用带伸缩杆的遥控式微型小吊机。解决了居民上楼拎东西费力问题。中小型折叠电动自行车、折叠自行车、五十斤袋装大米,轻而易举被吊进楼房屋内。吊钩与伸缩杆一同伸出和缩回。设备只配一台电机。通过遥控,东西被吊上楼进入屋内。然后人空手上楼。本吊机可适用十层楼房以内居民。本结构吊机也适用某些工业生产流水线、仓储、物流、货船等场合。

背景技术
通过查阅没有发现此种用途小吊机。与本小吊机结构相似的有带伸缩杆的汽车吊。汽车吊的伸缩杆动力为液压装置。
发明内容
以沈阳城为例,一至十层的楼房中,没有安装电梯的楼房占大多数。居民回家只能拎着东西,一层一层爬楼梯到达自己住房。东西有时几十斤重。这对于老年人,体弱的人来说,是个不小的负担。本小吊机很好解决了居民上楼拎东西费力这一困难。中小型折叠电动自行车,折叠自行车,轻而易举被吊进楼房屋内,解决了居民扛车上楼费力,把车放在外面过夜又不安全这一难题。居民回到楼门口掏出遥控器,操控一下。阳台窗户内便伸出一根伸缩杆轴(3),吊钩(11)从伸缩杆轴(3)端徐徐落下。距地面一定距离,吊钩(11)停住。将东西挂在吊钩(11)上,再操控一下,东西随吊钩(11)一同升起。一直升到顶部后,同伸出轴(3)一同进入窗内。然后人空着手轻身上楼。
具体实施方式:本吊机主体是一框架(1)结构,框架(1)坐在阳台一侧的窗台上。框架(1)下方四个脚,其中三个脚落在窗台上,另外一个脚落在一端嵌入墙中的角铁上。框架(1)上有一减速电机(2),电机(2)带动吊钩(11)的升降和伸缩杆轴(3)的缩回。有一伸缩杆轴(3),一对直线轴承座(7)对其支撑。伸缩杆轴(3)头部上方有一固定滑轮(8),钢丝绳(10)通过滑轮(8)牵引吊钩(11)落下和升起。有一可升起可落下的平衡重块(4),并且通过细钢丝绳(6)与伸缩杆轴(3)末端的方铁条块(12)连接。工作时,由于平衡重块(4)重力作用,迫使伸缩杆轴(3)伸出。提起东西时,平衡重块(4)通过细钢丝绳(6)“顶”住伸缩杆轴(3),使其不能缩回。吊钩(11)升到顶部后,东西随吊钩(11)和伸缩杆轴(3)一起被电机(2)拉入窗内。有一放置平衡重块(4)的小车(5)。小吊机不工作时,平衡重块(4)落坐在小车(5)上。小吊机开始工作时,平衡重块(4)升起。靠系着一重物(13)的重力作用,小车(5)离开平衡重块(4)的下方。
在伸缩杆轴(3)头部安装一挡板(14),当伸缩杆轴(3)头缩回到指定位置时,挡板(14)压在行程开关(16)的探头上——断电,电机(2)停转。伸缩杆轴(3)停止运动。本吊机具有手动、遥控两种操作功能。框架(1)上安装一组合开关(17),开关分别和遥控器的接收部(18)、电机(2)、手动控制按钮(19)相连接。转动组合开关(17)手柄,即可完成操作切换。伸缩杆轴(3)头部的固定滑轮(8)与伸缩杆轴(3)之间的纵向位置的定位,径向角度的定位:固定滑轮(8)的轴卡在矩管(20)上方的开口槽里,用螺母把它们固定在一起。在矩管(20)前后板面钻同心孔,伸缩杆轴(3)从中穿过,用一螺钉(21)穿过伸缩杆轴(3)和竖立着的矩管(20)下方并和矩管(20)焊接在一起的底板,旋上螺母并拧紧。矩管(20)和伸缩杆轴(3)就固定在一起了。固定滑轮(8)和伸缩杆轴(3)之间的纵向位置及径向角度随之固定。为了防止伸缩杆轴(3)转动,在伸缩杆轴(3)末端焊接一方铁条块(12)。方铁条块(12)下方是个固定小轴,小轴下端有一轴承。伸缩杆轴(3)前进与后退时,轴承则在一U型槽(21)中滚动,这一结构限制了伸缩杆轴(3)的转动。另外,长方体平衡重块(4)靠细钢丝绳(6)吊着,升降时会产生摇晃。为解决平衡重块(4)摇晃,靠近平衡重块(4)竖立两根铁筋(22)。平衡重块(4)上固定四个小套环。平衡重块(4)通过四个小套环,以及和其固定在一起的两块长方形小铁板,在两根铁筋(22)上上下滑动。平衡重块(4)就只有上下方向两个自由度。伸缩杆轴(3)和吊钩(11)两个运动部件,可设备只配一台电机(2)。
平衡重块(4)的重量决定了提起东西的重量。当提起东西重量大于平衡重块(4)的重量时,伸缩杆轴(3)便被硬性压缩回。此时吊机无法正常工作,解决了设备超载问题。
小吊机完整的一个工作周期是这样的:操控吊钩(11)升起,平衡重块(4)也一同升起。平衡重块(4)脱离小车(5)。由于小车(5)一侧系一根细绳,细绳另一端系一重物(13),在重力作用下,小车(5)离开原位。再操控吊钩(11)落下。吊钩(11)落下的同时,平衡重块(4)落在框架(1)下方的台板上。这时的伸缩轴(3)末端的方铁条块(12)距直线轴承座(7)端面的距离为十毫米左右。用钢丝绳的张紧装置来保证这一距离。如图所示,一定滑轮(24)固定在两丝杆(23)间,调整两个丝杆(23)上的固定螺母,滑轮(24)便上升与下降。吊钩(11)继续落下,距地面一定距离后停住。将东西挂在吊钩(11)上。操控吊钩(11)升起,一直升到顶。所提东西,吊钩(11)与伸缩杆轴(3)一同被拉入窗户之内。用手将小车(5)推到平衡重块(4)下方,然后操控吊钩(11)下落。平衡重块(4)落到小车(5)上,东西则落到台板上。卸下东西,完整一个工作周期结束。吊机不工作时,平衡重块(4)落在小车(5)上,吊机工作时,小车(5)离开平衡重块(4) 的下方。本吊机可适用十层楼以内的居民,本结构吊机也适用某些工业生产流水线、仓储、物流、货船等场合。

Claims (8)
1.一种带伸缩杆的遥控式微型小吊机,适用无电梯楼房居民,也适用某些工业生产流水线、仓储、物流、货船等场合,该吊机有一主体框架(1),有一减速电机(2),有由一对直线轴承座(7)支撑的一伸缩杆轴(3),有一可升起落下的平衡重块(4),有一放置平衡重块的小车(5),有一细钢丝绳(6)与六个定滑轮(9)组成一个部件——其作用改变了细钢丝绳(6)的运动方向, 其特征:平衡重块(4)通过细钢丝绳(6)与伸缩杆轴(3)末端的方铁条块(12)连接;伸缩杆轴(3)和吊钩(11)二个运动部件,设备只配一台电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,伸缩杆轴(3)头部上方定滑轮(8)与伸缩杆轴(3)这样连接:定滑轮(8)轴卡在矩管(20)上方的开口槽里,用螺母把它们固定在一起,在矩管(20)前后板面钻同心孔,伸缩杆轴(3)从中穿过,用一内六角螺钉穿过伸缩杆轴(3)和竖立着的矩管(20)下方并和矩管(20)焊接在一起的底板,旋上螺母并拧紧,矩管(20)和伸缩杆轴(3)就固定在一起了。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,小车(5)与平衡重块(4)这样关联:卸下东西时,平衡重块(4)落坐在小车(5)上,保证伸缩杆轴(3)不伸出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,细钢丝绳(6)这样调松紧:定滑轮(24)固定在两丝杆(23)之间,调整二个丝杆(23)上的固定螺母,定滑轮(24)变上升下降,细钢丝绳(6)便获得松紧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,伸缩杆轴(3)伸出缩回,这样自动止住:平衡重块(4)通过细钢丝绳(6)迫使伸缩杆轴(3)伸出,平衡重块(4)落到台板上时,伸缩杆轴(3)伸出自动止住,伸缩杆轴(3)头部安装一挡板(14),伸缩杆轴(3)缩回到一定位置时,挡板(14)压在行程开关(16)的探头上——断电,电机停转,伸缩杆轴(3)缩回止住。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,手动与遥控这样转换:框架(1)上安装一组合开关(17),开关分别和遥控器的接收部(18)、电机(2)、手动控制按钮(19)相连接,向左向右转动组合开关(17)手柄,完成转换。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的设备,伸缩杆轴(3)这样防止转动:伸缩杆轴(3)末端焊接一方铁条块(12),方铁条块(12)下方是个固定小轴,小轴下端有一轴承,伸缩杆轴(3)前进与后退时,轴承则在一U型槽(21)中滚动,这一结构限制了伸缩杆轴(3)的转动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,平衡重块(4)这样保持上下方向两个自由度:靠近平衡重块(4)竖立两根铁筋(22),平衡重块(4)的一个侧面有四个小套环,有四个长方形小铁板(25),每个铁板(25)上有两个孔,铁筋穿过其中一个孔,另一个孔和平衡重块(4)上的小套环,一起被螺栓固定,平衡重块(4)通过四个小套环,四个铁板(25),在两根铁筋(22)上,上下滑动,平衡重块(4)就只有上下方向两个自由度。
