Occupy-place device of dosing
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to an occupying drug delivery device capable of delivering drugs in a timed, quantitative and positioned mode.
Background
In modern medical technical means, the treatment means for primary or secondary osteomyelitis, bone marrow abscess caused by various reasons, infection prevention after open fracture operation and the like do not have indwelling drainage, timing drug flushing, timing intramuscular injection of drugs, oral administration of large-dose drugs or intravenous fluid infusion. The treatment method not only needs to invest a large amount of manpower and material resources in the long treatment process, but also causes great pain to the patient repeatedly.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a space occupying drug delivery device which can realize the timed, quantitative and positioned drug delivery without a channel of percutaneous or open wound, thereby greatly reducing the pain of patients in the treatment process.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose is as follows:
the invention relates to an occupying drug delivery device, which comprises a shell, a drug delivery hole, a drug crushing mechanism and a power supply control component, wherein,
one or more medicine sacs are fixedly stored in the shell;
the drug delivery hole is arranged on the shell and communicated with the inner cavity of the shell, and at least one drug delivery hole is arranged;
the drug crushing mechanism is arranged in the shell and is used for crushing the drug capsule so that the drug in the drug capsule is released out of the shell from the drug delivery hole;
the power supply control component is used for supplying power to the drug crushing mechanism and sending a control signal.
In the process of treating the patient, the device is directly placed on the affected part, so that one or more medicines can be put in at regular time, in fixed quantity and in fixed position, manpower and material resources are saved, and the channel of percutaneous or open wound is not needed, so that the pain of the patient in the treatment process is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the device accords with the medical development trend of precise medical treatment and personalized customization, and has the advantages of high precision, simple design, safety, reliability and extremely low price.
The drug crushing mechanism is further improved in that the drug crushing mechanism comprises an extrusion wheel, a push rod, a screw rod and a motor, the motor is connected with a power supply control component, two ends of the screw rod are fixed in the shell, the motor drives the screw rod to rotate, one end of the push rod is connected with a central shaft of the extrusion wheel, the other end of the push rod is connected onto the screw rod through a screw nut pair structure, the extrusion wheel is arranged in an inner cavity of the shell, and the push rod is driven to roll and crush the drug capsule so that the drug in the drug capsule is released out of the shell from the drug feeding hole. The medicine crushing mechanism can crush the medicine sacs in the device in sequence so as to realize the regular and quantitative medicine feeding.
The improved medicine feeding device is characterized in that the medicine feeding holes and the medicine sacs are in one-to-one correspondence, and the port parts of the medicine sacs are fixed at the medicine feeding holes. Not only has played the effect of fixed anther sac through the hole of dosing, and the anther sac is pressed great and then breaks in extrusion in-process port department moreover, and the medicine is released outside the casing from the hole of dosing.
The improved medicine feeding device is characterized in that the medicine feeding holes are multiple and are uniformly arranged on at least one surface of the shell, and the bottom of the medicine bag is fixed on the inner wall of the shell.
