本发明公开了一种功率放大设备,包括:第一放大支路210、第二放大支路220、谐波注入单元230和第一输出匹配单元240,其中,该第一放大支路210中的第一放大器211支持第一频率;该第二放大支路220中的第二放大器221支持该第一频率和第二频率,并且该第二放大器221对于功率值低于使能阈值的第一频率的信号截止;该谐波注入单元230使得从该第二输入端I2输入的该第二频率的信号输入到从该第一输入端I1输入的该第一频率的信号中,以获得经过谐波注入的该第一频率的信号;该第一输出端O1用于输出该经过谐波注入的该第一频率的信号,该第二输出端O2用于输出来自于该第二输入端I2的该第一频率的信号,并且该第一输出端O1和该第二输出端O2对于该第二频率的信号开路,结构简单并且具有较高的效率。
