本发明涉及一种被设置用于维持在流体分配容器中的恒定预定过压的压力控制系统。
背景技术
在WO-A-2005/082744中描述了该压力控制系统,其中高压力容器为具有锥形颈部和凸缘的大致圆柱状,具有台阶形漏斗部的环形插入件或封闭物(closure)安装在凸缘上。该文献的压力控制装置经由具有封闭端和开口端的杯形圆柱设置在环形封闭物内,具有向下突出的杆和较宽的圆柱状端部的活塞能够移动地安装在所述杯形圆柱中。该活塞被O形环密封到杯形圆柱的内壁且可以以往复的方式移动。在台阶形漏斗部的开口端,O形环被环形圆柱挤压,而杆的较宽圆柱状部和O形环提供了一种如下所述的阀,即,所述阀在由活塞和具有其封闭端的杯形圆柱形成的室中、通过受压气体(即空气)的压力、以往复的方式移动。
当将活塞安装到杯形圆柱中时,非常重要的是,O形环的外壁将不被损伤或损坏。非常小的缺口将影响压力控制装置的寿命,由于受压气体或空气能够溢出且逐渐地减小基准压力。与给阀提供杆的较宽圆柱状部的受挤压O形环也会发生相似的问题。尽管在使用中活塞和杆将具有小于1mm的往复运动,但是也将存在少量磨损,这影响压力控制系统的长寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高压力容器的压力控制系统,所述压力控制系统具有简单构造且可以以容易的方式组装和受压。本发明的另一目的在于提供一种部件的磨损可以被忽略的压力控制装置。本发明的这些目的由具有方案1的特征的压力控制系统实现。
根据本发明的实施方案,用于维持在流体分配容器中的恒定预定过压的压力控制系统包括:高压力塑料容器,该高压力塑料容器具有内室、封闭端和开口端;以及压力控制装置,该压力控制装置具有阀且被安装在高压力容器的开口端,而通路被设置成从内室通向外侧,所述通路被所述阀控制。具有突出的杆的活塞设置在引导构件中,而具有气体的室被包围在引导构件和活塞之间,该气体具有小于高压力的基准压力。高压力容器被封闭物封闭,封闭物具有直径小于杆的直径的中心孔,并且活塞的远离突出的杆的端部被流体分配容器中的流体施加压力。通过中心孔的与杆的直径相比较小的直径,该杆可以密封中心孔。来自流体容器中的流体的压力将杆推抵中心孔,使得高压力容器将被气密封闭。
根据压力控制系统的实施方案,活塞通过有回弹力的装置被朝向高压力容器的封闭物施力。该有回弹力的装置为被固定到引导构件的外缘的第二弹性盘。通过该有回弹力的装置,可以增大杆抵着中心孔的压力。
根据压力控制系统的另一实施方案,封闭物的孔由被固定在引导构件和封闭物之间的第一弹性盘覆盖。中心孔将通过第一弹性盘被气密封闭。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有活塞2的压力控制系统1,活塞2具有宽圆柱状部件4和向下突出的杆3,该活塞在引导构件5中被引导。引导构件5具有圆柱形状,该圆柱具有带有第一中心孔7的圆盘6。杆3的直径稍小于第一中心孔7的直径,使得杆3在中心孔7中能够以往复的方式大致气密地移动。活塞2的宽圆柱状部件4的外壁能够沿着引导构件5的内壁大致气密地移动。基准压力室8设置在活塞的底部和引导构件5的与活塞的底部相对的内底壁之间。引导构件5被压配合安装在杯状封闭物9中,该杯状封闭物9具有直径小于突出的杆3的直径的第二中心孔10,使得第二孔10可以被杆3封闭。如可以在图1和2中所看到的,杆3的端部是圆形的且孔10的入口与杆3的圆形锥形相匹配。通道或通路11设置在引导构件5和封闭物9之间,使得受压气体或空气可以从封闭物9的底部向顶部流动。通道11仅具有小于约2mm的小截面。弹性盘12被固定在引导构件5的圆盘6和封闭物9的底部14之间。因此,该第一弹性盘或垫圈12被引导构件5的下壁和封闭物9的内壁夹持。第二弹性盘或垫圈13设置在引导构件5的顶部,该第二弹性盘或垫圈13也通过压配合安装在封闭物9中的环形止动构件(ring-shapedstop member)15来被固定。
活塞2如此被第一垫圈12和第二垫圈13包围,第一垫圈12和第二垫圈13作为有回弹力的装置在息止位置(rest position)对活塞2施力。封闭物9被安装在高压力容器(以数字16表示)上。环形止动构件15敞开至流体分配容器(以数字17表示)中。
在图2中,示出了压力控制系统1,其中,阀通过突出的杆3、第一垫圈12和封闭物9的第二中心孔10而被设置成封闭。在这种封闭状态下,在流体分配容器17中的压力和在基准压力室8中的压力实质上相等。如果因为通过容器17的推扭(未示出)使流体分配而导致流体分配容器17中的压力降低,则活塞2被向上施力且阀打开,使得具有高压力的气体可以流过通路11进入到容器17中,直到基准压力室8中的压力加上杆3朝向孔10的封闭压力与容器17中的压力再次相等为止,在这种状态下,阀被封闭。
杆3的长度限定基准压力室8的容积。如果杆3的长度被扩大,则活塞2的宽圆柱形部件4的厚度相应地减小。
如上所述的压力控制系统1的所有部件由塑料(plastic)形成。尽管活塞2通常为实心的,但是活塞的圆柱状部件4可以是中空的。此外,压力控制系统1正常为圆柱状,但是也可以具有方柱状。还可以使用任何其他柱状形式。
压力控制系统1的部件在大气压力下被安装,使得在系统的息止状态(图1)下,基准室8中的压力为约1巴。如果阀被封闭(图2),即当杆3连同第一垫圈12恰好封闭孔10时,则基准室8中的压力加上杆3的封闭压力应当等于流体分配容器17中的压力。如果活塞2的杆3较长,则基准室8的容积将变大,这意味压力差之间的比和杆3的冲程将较小,从而实现更为精细的压力控制。
此外,对于本领域技术人员清楚的是,对于如上所述的压力控制系统1的功能而言,第一垫圈12和第二垫圈13不是绝对必要的。如果活塞的宽圆柱状部件4的外壁足够大,活塞将抵着引导构件5的内壁被气密密封,使得杆3的外端自身已在封闭位置充分地封闭孔10。杆3还应当能够在中心孔7中气密地移动。
Claims (4)
1.一种压力控制系统,被设置用于维持在流体分配容器(17)中的恒定预定过压,所述压力控制系统包括:高压力塑料容器(16),所述高压力塑料容器(16)具有内室、封闭端和开口端;以及压力控制装置,所述压力控制装置具有阀且被安装在所述高压力塑料容器的所述开口端,而通路(11)被设置成从所述内室通向所述高压力塑料容器的外侧,所述通路(11)被所述阀控制,其特征在于,具有突出的杆(3)的活塞(2)设置在引导构件(5)中,所述引导构件(5)的底部具有第一中心孔(7),所述突出的杆(3)在所述第一中心孔(7)中能够以往复方式大致气密地移动,而具有气体的室(8)被包围在所述引导构件(5)和所述活塞(2)之间,所述气体具有小于所述高压力塑料容器内的气体的压力的基准压力,所述高压力塑料容器(16)被封闭物(9)封闭,所述封闭物(9)具有直径小于所述杆(3)的直径的第二中心孔(10)以使得所述第二中心孔(10)由所述杆(3)封闭,并且远离所述突出的杆(3)的活塞端部被所述流体分配容器(17)中的流体加压,使得:
