本发明公开了一种谷物循环碾磨去皮装置,包括机箱,其特征在于:所述机箱的顶部设有进料口,所述机箱内设有多个连成排的碾磨凹槽,所述碾磨凹槽内转动安装有碾辊,在碾辊的侧壁上设有凹槽,所述碾辊凹槽的底部设有下料口,所述碾磨凹槽的一侧设有下料口,所述各个碾磨凹槽的底部设有下料口连接谷皮吹风管道。本发明结构简单,可以实现循环去皮操作,清理彻底,使用牢固稳定,分离干净。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种谷物加工设备,具体是一种谷物循环碾磨去皮装置。
背景技术
谷物加工面粉的工艺复杂,原料要经过精选—淘洗—润水—蒸炒—冷却—筛选—磨粉等七道工序。虽然现在农村加工面粉谷物的部分工艺操作单元实现了机械业,但大部分操作过程仍靠人工完成。谷物表面生有一层特有的茸毛,在谷物加工过程中随处飞扬,落在人身上奇痒无比,吸入肺内咳嗽剧烈。因此,研究一种全机械化面粉谷物加工设备,将作业工人从繁垂的体力劳功和恶劣的工作环境中解放出来就显得尤为必要。
目前国内对小麦面粉深加工的企业越来越多,把淀粉作为发酵的原料。谷朊粉作为高档的食品添加剂或直接做成高档的食品是发展的必然趋势。但传统的小麦淀粉分离工艺设备比较简单,采用的是立式叶片式和面机,皮带式传动。这类和面机的弊端是和出的面浆浓度很低,不利于谷朊粉的凝聚,以致谷朊粉的收率太低,并且在面浆粘度高的时候容易损坏传动带,给生产造成不必要的损失。因和面机的问题,出来的面浆干基在 35±3% 左右, 面浆中的谷朊粉颗粒全部分散,影响分离效果及谷朊粉颗粒收率。通常采用均质机来解决 上述问题,现有均质机的定子齿片无序排列,功能单一,无法实现谷朊粉颗粒的凝聚。
现有技术中,谷物在加工去皮过程中,容易出现一些谷物彻底被去皮,需要循环加工。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单,可以实现循环去皮操作,清理彻底,使用牢固稳定,分离干净的谷物循环碾磨去皮装置。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种谷物循环碾磨去皮装置,包括机箱,其特征在于:所述机箱的顶部设有进料口,所述机箱内设有多个连成排的碾磨凹槽,所述碾磨凹槽内转动安装有碾辊,在碾辊的侧壁上设有凹槽,所述碾辊凹槽的底部设有下料口,所述碾磨凹槽的一侧设有下料口,所述各个碾磨凹槽的底部设有下料口连接谷皮吹风管道,所述谷皮吹风管道的左端设有鼓风机,所述谷皮吹风管道右端设有谷皮收集管道,所述谷皮吹风管道的右端内壁上设有锥形凸起。
所述谷皮吹风管道的中间段设有下料口,所述下料口的下方设有振动筛,所述下料口连接循环管道,所述循环管道连接上端的进料口,所述循环管道上连接鼓风机。
本发明在机箱的顶部设有进料口,在机箱内设有多个连成排的碾磨凹槽,在碾磨凹槽内转动安装有碾辊,在碾辊的侧壁上设有凹槽,这样通过碾辊与凹槽之间进行互相挤压实现了谷物表面的去皮操作,同时将谷物甩出,从一侧的下料口排出,经过下方的去皮腔,将谷物表面的谷皮去掉,且在出料口连接循环管道,实现了反复清理干净彻底。

参见附图,一种谷物循环碾磨去皮装置,包括机箱1,所述机箱1的顶部设有进料口2,所述机箱1内设有多个连成排的碾磨凹槽3,所述碾磨凹槽3内转动安装有碾辊4,在碾辊4的侧壁上设有凹槽5,所述碾辊凹槽5的底部设有下料口6,所述碾磨凹槽5的一侧设有下料口7,所述各个碾磨凹槽5的底部设有下料口7连接谷皮吹风管道8,所述谷皮吹风管道8的左端设有鼓风机9,所述谷皮吹风管道8右端设有谷皮收集管道10,所述谷皮吹风管道8的右端内壁上设有锥形凸起11。
所述谷皮吹风管道8的中间段设有下料口12,所述下料口的下方设有振动筛13,所述下料口12连接循环管道14,所述循环管道14连接上端的进料口,所述循环管道14上连接鼓风机15。

1.一种谷物循环碾磨去皮装置,包括机箱,其特征在于:所述机箱的顶部设有进料口,所述机箱内设有多个连成排的碾磨凹槽,所述碾磨凹槽内转动安装有碾辊,在碾辊的侧壁上设有凹槽,所述碾辊凹槽的底部设有下料口,所述碾磨凹槽的一侧设有下料口,所述各个碾磨凹槽的底部设有下料口连接谷皮吹风管道,所述谷皮吹风管道的左端设有鼓风机,所述谷皮吹风管道右端设有谷皮收集管道,所述谷皮吹风管道的右端内壁上设有锥形凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述谷物循环碾磨去皮装置,其特征在于:所述谷皮吹风管道的中间段设有下料口,所述下料口的下方设有振动筛,所述下料口连接循环管道,所述循环管道连接上端的进料口,所述循环管道上连接鼓风机。
