背景技术
据世界卫生组织最新公布数据显示，糖尿病已成为除心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤以外的第三大疾病。而我国已成为世界第一糖尿病大国，患病率为9.7％，已高于世界水平的6.4％。最令人担忧的是我国18岁以上居民对于糖尿病知晓率为36.1％。
糖尿病，中医称“消渴”，是一种从古至今严重困扰人类生活的代谢性疾病。糖尿病本身并不可怕，可怕的是由此引起的一系列并发症。如心脑血管疾病、眼底病变、周围神经病变引起的四肢溃烂等。从糖尿病至并发症是一个缓慢发展的过程，大多数患者都无法躲过去，并发症的发生率可能超过80％。但是，如果能尽早发现并确诊糖尿病，提前干预，是可以阻止病程发展的。
目前，大多数糖尿病患者主要依靠口服降糖药及胰岛素来治疗。这些药对中老年患者而言，易导致乳酸酸中毒、低血糖症，因顾忌于此，不得不降低控制标准，导致并发症发生发展，对这些并发症的治疗更棘手，故寻求安全有效地降糖、防止并发症的方法，成为广大糖尿病患者和医生的共同愿望。

生地黄15份，淮山药15份，丹参20份，党参15份，当归15份，牛膝15份，赤芍15份，仙鹤草18份，黄芪18份，麦冬15份，天花粉15份，黄连6份。
本发明药物的制备方法，其方法步骤如下：
(1)将配方中所述重量份配比的生地黄，淮山药，丹参，党参，当归，牛膝，赤芍，仙鹤草，黄芪，麦冬，天花粉，黄连加水煎煮二次，每次加6-10倍量的水，每次1-2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15～1.20(80℃)的浸膏；
(2)在浸膏中加乙醇，使含醇量为50-90％，搅匀，静置24-48小时，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至对密度为1.25～1.30(80℃)的浸膏，用于制备各种制剂。
本发明提取的浓缩液中可以加入制备不同剂型时所需要的辅料，再以常规的中药制剂方法制备成常用口服剂型，如胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂等。
具体实施方式
实施例1：本发明的一种治疗糖尿病的胶囊剂制备方法，其步骤如下：
生地黄15份，淮山药15份，丹参20份，党参15份，当归15份，牛膝15份，赤芍15份，仙鹤草18份，黄芪18份，麦冬15份，天花粉15份，黄连6份。
(1)将配方中所述重量份配比的生地黄，淮山药，丹参，党参，当归，牛膝，赤芍，仙鹤草，黄芪，麦冬，天花粉，黄连加水煎煮二次，每次加8倍量的水，每次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15～1.20(80℃)的浸膏；
(2)在浸膏中加乙醇，使含醇量为70％，搅匀，静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至对密度为1.25～1.30(80℃)的浸膏，加入微晶纤维素，混匀，干燥，粉碎成细粉，装入胶囊，即得胶囊剂。
实施例2：本发明的一种治疗糖尿病的颗粒剂制备方法，其步骤如下：
生地黄15份，淮山药15份，丹参20份，党参15份，当归15份，牛膝15份，赤芍15份，仙鹤草18份，黄芪18份，麦冬15份，天花粉15份，黄连6份。
(1)将配方中所述重量份配比的生地黄，淮山药，丹参，党参，当归，牛膝，赤芍，仙鹤草，黄芪，麦冬，天花粉，黄连加水煎煮二次，每次加10倍量的水，每次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15～1.20(80℃)的浸膏；
(2)在浸膏中加乙醇，使含醇量为90％，搅匀，静置48小时，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至对密度为1.25～1.30(80℃)的浸膏，加入糊精、甜菊素、混匀，制粒，干燥，即制成颗粒剂。
实施例3：本发明的一种治疗糖尿病的片剂制备方法，其步骤如下：
生地黄15份，淮山药15份，丹参20份，党参15份，当归15份，牛膝15份，赤芍15份，仙鹤草18份，黄芪18份，麦冬15份，天花粉15份，黄连6份。
(1)将配方中所述重量份配比的生地黄，淮山药，丹参，党参，当归，牛膝，赤芍，仙鹤草，黄芪，麦冬，天花粉，黄连加水煎煮二次，每次加6倍量的水，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15～1.20(80℃)的浸膏；
(2)在浸膏中加乙醇，使含醇量为50％，搅匀，静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至对密度为1.25～1.30(80℃)的浸膏，加入微晶纤维素，硬脂酸镁，混匀制成颗粒，压片，包衣，即得片剂。
本方经临床应用，对于治疗糖尿病疗效显著，临床未发现任何毒副作用。
实验例
病例1：张某，女，65岁。患糖尿病已3年，近1个月来因没有用药使病情加重，曾服消渴丸，达美康等药，血糖控制不理想。诊见：神疲乏力，声音低微，口干喜饮，多尿，多食，食后腹胀，并常头晕，大便不爽，舌质红，苔薄黄，脉细。空腹血糖19.3mmol/L，尿糖(++++)。口服实施例1：胶囊剂，每次4粒，每日3次，5天后“三多”症状大减，空腹血糖11.6mmol/L，尿糖降为(++)。15天后，诸症消失，空腹血糖降为7.5mmol/L，尿糖转为(-)。又连服1个月，尿糖(-)而痊愈。
虽然，上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明做了详尽的描述，但在本发明基础上，可以对之作一些修改或改进，这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此，在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进，均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种治疗糖尿病药物制备方法，其特征在于它包括下列步骤：
(1)将配方中所述重量份配比的生地黄，淮山药，丹参，党参，当归，牛膝，赤勺，仙鹤草，黄芪，麦冬，天花粉，黄连加水煎煮二次，每次加6-10倍量的水，每次1-2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15～1.20(80℃)的浸膏；
(2)在浸膏中加乙醇，使含醇量为50-90％，搅匀，静置24-48小时，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至对密度为1.25～1.30(80℃)的浸膏，加入制备不同剂型时所需要的辅料，再以常规的中药制剂方法制备成常用口服剂型，如胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂等。
