Abstract
本发明公开了一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带及其制造方法,覆盖层选用聚丙烯(PP)、粉末丁腈橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)等无卤的高分子材料和不含卤、锑的阻燃剂,带芯浸渍胶料选用不含卤、锑的阻燃剂,通过优化配方和工艺,生产的织物整芯阻燃输送带不仅全面满足MT914‑2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》的要求,而且低毒、低烟,是一种安全环保的输送带;采用挤出机贴面成型、动态硫化工艺,工艺简单、能源消耗低,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送带技术领域,具体地说,是一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带及其制造方法。
背景技术
织物整芯阻燃输送带是目前煤矿输送煤炭的主要工具,因其阻燃抗静电性能好,且价格较低,因此深受煤矿的欢迎。但,目前技术生产的织物整芯阻燃输送带都大量使用含卤、锑的阻燃材料,要么基体材料选用含氯的高分子材料,要么大量添加含卤、锑的阻燃剂,虽然有很好的阻燃性能,但在发生火灾时,被引燃的输送带产生大量的有毒气体和烟雾,一是妨碍救灾工作的顺利进行,对生命财产造成二次灾害,二是腐蚀设备和仪器,三是造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足提供一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,覆盖层选用无卤的高分子材料和不含卤、锑的阻燃剂,带芯浸渍胶料选用不含卤、锑的阻燃剂,通过优化配方和工艺,不仅全面满足MT914-2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》的要求,而且低毒、低烟、安全、环保。
本发明的另一目的是提供该输送带的制造方法,工艺简单,易于制造,生产成本低,生产效率高。
本发明的目的通过下述方案予以实现。
本发明的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,包括覆盖层、织物整体带芯及带芯浸渍胶料:
所述的覆盖层按重量比的组成是:聚丙烯(PP)30-40份,粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)30-40份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU) 25-35份,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(PP-g-MA)5-10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)2-3份,促进剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份,导电炭黑10-15份,纳米白炭黑10-15份,芳纶浆粕8-10份,增塑剂10-20份,液体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,固体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂1-2份,抗静电剂4-6份;
所述的带芯浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:聚氯乙烯糊树脂(EPVC)100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)10-15份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,增塑剂40-60份,液体无卤阻燃剂40-60份,固体无卤阻燃剂30-50份,环氧大豆油10-20份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份。
所述的促进剂是2-硫醇基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)、二硫化二苯并噻唑(促进剂DM)、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(促进剂CZ)、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(促进剂TMTD)、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸镉(促进剂CED)中的一种或组合;所述的防老剂是N-苯基-α萘胺(防老剂A)、N-苯基-β萘胺(防老剂D)、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体(树脂状)(防老剂RD)、2,2′-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(防老剂2246-S)、N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺(防老剂4010NA)中的一种或组合;增塑剂是邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)、己二酸二辛酯(DOA)中的一种或其组合;所述的液体无卤阻燃剂可选用磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)、三丁氧乙基磷酸酯(TBEP)、磷酸三辛酯(TOP)中的任意一种;所述的固体无卤阻燃剂可选用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、红磷、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐的一种或其组合;所述的硅烷偶联剂是乙烯基三氯硅烷(A-150)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)中的任意一种;所述的抗静电剂是烷基苯磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐(抗静电剂P)、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐(抗静电剂TM)、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐(抗静电剂SA)中的任意一种。
本发明的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备覆盖层胶料:
1) 所述的覆盖层胶料按重量比的组成是:聚丙烯(PP)30-40份,粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)30-40份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU) 25-35份,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(PP-g-MA)5-10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)2-3份,促进剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份,导电炭黑10-15份,纳米白炭黑10-15份,芳纶浆粕8-10份,增塑剂10-20份,液体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,固体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂1-2份,抗静电剂4-6份;
2)将上述胶料混合、造粒,制得覆盖层胶料颗粒:
I:阻燃剂改性处理:将固体无卤阻燃剂、芳纶浆粕、纳米白炭黑加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在120℃-130℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;
II:高速捏合预塑化:将聚丙烯、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡油、促进剂、防老剂、导电炭黑、增塑剂、液体无卤阻燃剂、硬脂酸铅、二碱式钛酸铅、抗静电剂、表面改性阻燃剂依次加入高速混合机中,混合速度为1200-1400转/分钟,在140℃-150℃的温度下混合10-15分钟,制得预塑化料;
III:冷混合:将II步的预塑化料冷却至常温后加入低速混合机中,依次加入粉末丁腈橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、硫磺、过氧化二异丙苯、,常温下混合5-10分钟,混合机速度150-250转/分钟,制得冷混合料;
:造粒:将III步的冷混合料通过双螺杆造粒机制成颗粒料,造粒机螺杆转速450-600转/分钟,温度170℃-180℃。
(2)制备带芯浸渍胶料:
1) 所述的浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:聚氯乙烯糊树脂(EPVC)100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)10-15份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,增塑剂40-60份,液体无卤阻燃剂40-60份,固体无卤阻燃剂30-50份,环氧大豆油10-20份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份;
2)将上述胶料搅拌混合、研磨、脱泡,制得浸渍胶糊料:
I:高速搅拌混合:将聚氯乙烯糊树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、液体丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、液体无卤阻燃剂、固体无卤阻燃剂、环氧大豆油、液体钡锌复合稳定剂依次加入高速分散机中,常温下高速搅拌,搅拌器速度2500-2900转/分钟,搅拌时间20-30分钟,糊料粘度4000 -5500Pa.s;
II:研磨:将I步高速搅拌混合后的糊料通过三辊研磨机研
磨三遍,研磨机辊距0.15-0.25mm,转速500-750转/分钟;
III:脱泡:将II步研磨后的糊料通过真空脱泡机脱泡,在真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085MPa的条件下常温脱泡20-30分钟,然后放入带芯浸渍池中。
(3)带芯浸胶、塑化:
1)带芯浸胶:织物整体带芯在牵引机的带动下,以1-2米/分钟的速度通过充满糊料的浸渍池和真空箱浸渍糊料,真空箱高度11米,真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085MPa;
2)带芯塑化:浸胶后的带芯进入塑化箱塑化,塑化温度170℃-190℃,塑化箱长度30米,带芯在塑化箱中的速度与浸胶速度一致。
(4)挤出贴面成型:将(1)步的覆盖层颗粒料通过两台挤出机及模具动态硫化,直接与(3)步的塑化带芯在热状态下贴合在一起:
挤出机转速:30-50转/分钟;
挤出机温度:170℃-180℃;
模具温度:170℃-180℃;
带芯表面温度:145℃-165℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、覆盖层选用无卤的高分子材料和不含卤、锑的阻燃剂,带芯浸渍胶料选用不含卤、锑的阻燃剂,通过优化配方和工艺,生产的织物整芯阻燃输送带不仅全面满足MT914-2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》的要求,而且低毒、低烟,燃烧时产生的烟气中卤化氢气体含量小于100 PPM,含卤总量小于50PPM,产烟密度小于50 SDR,可有效避免输送带引燃时产生大量有毒有害气体和烟雾,对生命财产造成二次灾害、腐蚀设备仪器和污染环境等问题,便于救灾工作的顺利进行,是一种安全环保的输送带。
2、采用挤出机贴面成型、动态硫化工艺,工艺简单、能源消耗低、生产效率高。

本实施例提供一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备覆盖层胶料:
1) 所述的覆盖层胶料按重量比的组成是:PP 30份,PNBR 40份, TPU 30份, PP-g-MA5份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1.5份, DCP 2份,促进剂M 1份,促进剂DM0.5份,防老剂A 1份,防老剂D 0.5份,导电炭黑10份,纳米白炭黑15份,芳纶浆粕8份,DOP15份,TCP 10份,TBEP 10份,氢氧化铝10份,硼酸锌10份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂A-150 1.5份,抗静电剂P 4份。
2)将上述胶料混合、造粒,制得覆盖层胶料颗粒:
I:阻燃剂改性处理:将固体无卤阻燃剂、芳纶浆粕、纳米白炭黑加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在120℃-130℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;
II:高速捏合预塑化:将聚丙烯(PP)、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(PP-g-MA)、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡油、促进剂、防老剂、导电炭黑、增塑剂、液体无卤阻燃剂、硬脂酸铅、二碱式钛酸铅、抗静电剂、表面改性阻燃剂依次加入高速混合机中,混合速度为1200-1400转/分钟,在140℃-150℃的温度下混合10-15分钟,制得预塑化料;
III:冷混合:将II步的预塑化料冷却至常温后加入低速混合机中,依次加入粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、硫磺、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),常温下混合5-10分钟,混合机速度150-250转/分钟,制得冷混合料;
:造粒:将III步的冷混合料通过双螺杆造粒机制成颗粒料,造粒机螺杆转速450-600转/分钟,温度170℃-180℃。
(2)制备带芯浸渍胶料:
1) 所述的浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:EPVC100份, MDI 10份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,DOP 50份,TCP 40份,氢氧化铝15份,硼酸锌15份,环氧大豆油10份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂2份;
2)将上述胶料搅拌混合、研磨、脱泡,制得浸渍胶糊料:
I:高速搅拌混合:将EPVC、MDI、液体丁腈橡胶、DOP、TCP、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、环氧大豆油、液体钡锌复合稳定剂依次加入高速分散机中,常温下高速搅拌,搅拌器速度2500 -2900转/分钟,搅拌时间20-30分钟,糊料粘度4000-5500Pa.s;
II:研磨:将I步高速搅拌混合后的糊料通过三辊研磨机研磨三遍,研磨机辊距0.15-0.25mm,转速500-750转/分钟;
III:脱泡:将II步研磨后的糊料通过真空脱泡机脱泡,在真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085MPa的条伴下常温脱泡20-30分钟,然后放入带芯浸渍池中。
(3)带芯浸胶、塑化:
1)带芯浸胶:织物整体带芯在牵引机的带动下,以1.4-1.6米/分钟的速度通过充满糊料的浸渍池和真空箱浸渍糊料,真空箱高度11米,真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085MPa;
2)带芯塑化:浸胶后的带芯进入塑化箱塑化,塑化温度170℃-190℃,塑化箱长度30米,带芯在塑化箱中的速度与浸胶速度一致。
(4)挤出贴面成型:将(1)步的覆盖层颗粒料通过两台挤出机及模具动态硫化,直接与(3)步的塑化带芯在热状态下贴合在一起:
挤出机转速:30-50转/分钟;
挤出机温度:170℃-180℃;
模具温度:170℃--180℃;
带芯表面温度:145℃-165℃。
经测试,本实施例的输送带燃烧时产生的烟气中卤化氢气体含量为85 PPM,含卤总量45 PPM,产烟密度46 SDR,其余指标全部符合MT914-2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》标准要求。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送的带,包括覆盖层、织物整体带芯及带芯浸渍胶料:
所述的覆盖层按重量比的组成是:PP 35份,PNBR 30份, TPU 35份, PP-g-MA 10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1份, DCP 2.5份,促进剂CZ 1份,促进剂TDTM 0.5份,防老剂RD1份,防老剂2246-S 1份,导电炭黑12份,纳米白炭黑12份,芳纶浆粕9份,DOS15份,TCP 15份,TOP 15份,三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐15份,红磷 10份,氢氧化镁10份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂A-151 1.5份,抗静电剂TM 5份;
所述的带芯浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:EPVC100份,MDI12份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,DOA50份,TCP 25份,TOP 25份,红磷20份,氢氧化铝25份,环氧大豆油15份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂3份。
本实施例提供一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备覆盖层胶料:
1) 所述的覆盖层胶料按重量比的组成是:PP 35份,PNBR 30份, TPU 35份, PP-g-MA10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1份, DCP 2.5份,促进剂CZ 1份,促进剂TDTM 0.5份,防老剂RD1份,防老剂2246-S 1份,导电炭黑12份,纳米白炭黑12份,芳纶浆粕9份,DOS 15份,TCP 15份,TOP 15份,三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐15份,红磷 10份,氢氧化镁10份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂A-151 1.5份,抗静电剂TM 5份。
2)将上述胶料混合、造粒,制得覆盖层胶料颗粒:
I:阻燃剂改性处理:将固体无卤阻燃剂、芳纶浆粕、纳米白炭黑加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在120℃-130℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;

:造粒:将III步的冷混合料通过双螺杆造粒机制成颗粒料,造粒机螺杆转速450-600转/分钟,温度170℃-180℃。
(2)制备带芯浸渍胶料:
1) 所述的浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:EPVC100份,MDI12份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,DOA50份,TCP 25份,TOP 25份,红磷20份,氢氧化铝25份,环氧大豆油15份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂3份;
2)将上述胶料搅拌混合、研磨、脱泡,制得浸渍胶糊料:
I:高速搅拌混合:将EPVC、MDI、液体丁腈橡胶、DOA、TCP、TOP红磷、氢氧化铝、环氧大豆油、液体钡锌复合稳定剂依次加入高速分散机中,常温下高速搅拌,搅拌器速度2500-2900转/分钟,搅拌时间20--30分钟,糊料粘度4000-5000Pa.s;
II:研磨:将I步高速搅拌混合后的糊料通过三辊研磨机研磨三遍,研磨机辊距0.15-0.25mm,转速500-750转/分钟;
III:脱泡:将II步研磨后的糊料通过真空脱泡机脱泡,在真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085MPa的条件下常温脱泡20-30分钟,然后放入带芯浸渍池中。
(3)带芯浸胶、塑化:
1)带芯浸胶:织物整体带芯在牵引机的带动下,以1.2-1.4米/分钟的速度通过充满猢料的浸渍池和真空箱浸渍糊料,真空箱高度11米,真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085Mpa;
2)带芯塑化:浸胶后的带芯进入塑化箱塑化,塑化温度170℃-190℃,塑化箱长度30米,带芯在塑化箱中的速度与浸胶速度一致。
(4)挤出贴面成型:将(2)步的覆盖层颗粒料通过两台挤出机及模具动态硫化,直接与(3)步的塑化带芯在热状态下贴合在一起;
挤出机转速:30-50转/分钟;
挤出机温度:170℃-180℃;
模具温度:170℃-18℃;
带芯表面温度:145℃-165℃。
经测试,本实施例的输送带燃烧时产生的烟气中卤化氢气体含量为82 PPM,含卤总量43 PPM,产烟密度45 SDR,其余指标全部符合MT914-2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》标准要求。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送的带,包括覆盖层、织物整体带芯及带芯浸渍胶料:
所述的覆盖层按重量比的组成是:PP 40份,PNBR 35份, TPU 25份, PP-g-MA 10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1份, DCP 3份,促进剂CED 1份,促进剂TDTM 0.5份,防老剂RD1份,防老剂4010NA 0.5份,导电炭黑15份,纳米白炭黑10份,芳纶浆粕10份,DOA 20份,TBEP 20份,TOP 20份,氢氧化镁20份,聚磷酸铵20份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂A-171 1.5份,抗静电剂SA 6份;
所述的带芯浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:EPVC100份,MDI15份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,DOS60份,TBEP 30份,TOP 30份,聚磷酸铵25份,氢氧化镁25份,环氧大豆油20份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂4份。

2)将上述胶料混合、造粒,制得覆盖层胶料颗粒:
I:阻燃剂改性处理:将固体无卤阻燃剂、芳纶浆粕、纳米白炭黑加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在120℃-130℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;

(2)制备带芯浸渍胶料:
1) 所述的浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:EPVC100份,MDI15份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,DOS60份,TBEP 30份,TOP 30份,聚磷酸铵25份,氢氧化镁25份,环氧大豆油20份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂4份。
2)将上述胶料揽拌混合、研磨、脱泡,制得浸渍胶糊料:
I:高速搅拌混合:将EPVC、MDI、液体丁腈橡胶、DOS、TBEP 、TOP、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、环氧大豆油、液体钡锌复合稳定剂依次加入高速分散机中,常温下高速搅拌,搅拌器速度2500-2900转/分钟,搅拌时间20--30分钟,糊料粘度4000--5500Pa.S;
II:研磨:将I步高速搅拌混合后的糊料通过三辊研磨机研磨三遍,研磨机辊距0.15-0.25mm,转速500-750转/分钟;
III:脱泡:将II步研磨后的糊料通过真空脱泡机脱泡,在真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085MPa的条件下常温脱泡20-30分钟,然后放入带芯浸渍池中。
(3)带芯浸胶、塑化:
1)带芯浸胶:织物整体带芯在牵引机的带动下,以1.0-1.2米/分钟的速度通过充满糊料的浸渍池和真空箱浸渍糊料,真空箱高度11米,真空度-0.05MPa至-0.085Mpa;
2)带芯塑化:浸胶后的带芯进入塑化箱塑化,塑化温度170℃-190℃,塑化箱长度30米,带芯在塑化箱中的速度与浸胶速度一致。
(4)挤出贴面成型:将(2)步的覆盖层颗粒料通过两台挤出机及模具动态硫化,直接与(3)步的塑化带芯在热状态下贴合在一起,覆盖层5mm;
挤出机转速:30-50转/分钟;
挤出机温度:170℃-180℃;
模具温度:170℃-180℃;
带芯表面温度145℃-165℃。
经测试,本实施例的输送带燃烧时产生的烟气中卤化氢气体含量为78 PPM,含卤总量41 PPM,产烟密度43 SDR,其余指标全部符合MT914-2008《煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带》标准要求。
Claims (9)
1.一种低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,包括覆盖层、织物整体带芯及带芯浸渍胶料,其特征在于:
所述的覆盖层按重量比的组成是:聚丙烯30-40份,粉末丁腈橡胶30-40份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体25-35份,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物5-10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯2-3份,促进剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份,导电炭黑10-15份,纳米白炭黑10-15份,芳纶浆粕8-10份,增塑剂10-20份,液体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,固体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂1-2份,抗静电剂4-6份;
所述的带芯浸渍胶料按重量比的组成是:聚氯乙烯糊树脂100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-15份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,增塑剂40-60份,液体无卤阻燃剂40-60份,固体无卤阻燃剂30-50份,环氧大豆油10-20份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求l所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的促进剂是2-硫醇基苯并噻唑、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸镉中的一种或组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的防老剂是N-苯基-α萘胺、N-苯基-β萘胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体、2,2′-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或组合。
4.根据权利要求l所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的增塑剂是邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、己二酸二辛酯中的一种或其组合。
5.根据权利要求l所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的液体无卤阻燃剂可选用磷酸三甲苯酯、三丁氧乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三辛酯中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的固体无卤阻燃剂可选用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、红磷、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐的一种或其组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的硅烷偶联剂是乙烯基三氯硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带,其特征在于所述的抗静电剂是烷基苯磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐中的任意一种。
9.一种如权利要求l所述的低卤、低烟织物整芯阻燃输送带的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备覆盖层胶料:
1) 所述的覆盖层胶料按重量比的组成是:
聚丙烯30-40份,粉末丁腈橡胶30-40份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体25-35份,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物5-10份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油2份,硫磺1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯2-3份,促进剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份,导电炭黑10-15份,纳米白炭黑10-15份,芳纶浆粕8-10份,增塑剂10-20份,液体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,固体无卤阻燃剂20-40份,硬脂酸铅1份,二碱式钛酸铅4份,硅烷偶联剂1-2份,抗静电剂4-6份;
2)将上述胶料混合、造粒,制得覆盖层胶料颗粒:
I:阻燃剂改性处理:将固体无卤阻燃剂、芳纶浆粕、纳米白炭黑加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在120℃-130℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;

聚氯乙烯糊树脂100份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-15份,液体丁腈橡胶12份,增塑剂40-60份,液体无卤阻燃剂40-60份,固体无卤阻燃剂30-50份,环氧大豆油10-20份,液体钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份;
2)将上述胶料搅拌混合、研磨、脱泡,制得浸渍胶糊料:
I:高速搅拌混合:将聚氯乙烯糊树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、液体丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、液体无卤阻燃剂、固体无卤阻燃剂、环氧大豆油、液体钡锌复合稳定剂依次加入高速分散机中,常温下高速搅拌,搅拌器速度2500-2900转/分钟,搅拌时间20-30分钟,糊料粘度4000-5500Pa.s;
