Abstract
本发明公开了一种输送带用热塑性弹性体及其制备方法和用于输送带的成型工艺,解决了现有技术发烟量大的问题,其特征在于输送带用热塑性弹性体由聚乙烯树脂、粉状丁腈橡胶、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡油、聚乙烯蜡、硫磺、过氧化二异丙苯、促进剂、防老剂、抗氧剂、导电炭黑、纳米白炭黑、抗静电剂、无卤阻燃增塑剂、无卤阻燃剂、环氧硅树脂、硅烷偶联剂制成,燃烧时发烟量低,且不含有害物质,选用的环氧硅树脂对共混物增粘,提高了共混物的粘合性能、阻燃性能和机械性能;制备方法,工艺简单,易于制造,生产成本低;采用挤出机贴面成型、动态硫化工艺生产输送带,工艺简单、能源消耗低、生产效率高、可回收利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热塑性弹性体材料领域,具体地说,涉及一种输送带用热塑性弹性体材料及其制备方法和成型工艺。
背景技术
输送带是煤矿井下煤炭输送的主要工具,年消耗量极大。我国现有的输送带生产技术仍采用橡胶混炼、成型、硫化等一系列复杂落后工艺,与国外先进的输送带产品相比,质量水平相差甚远,国外已从上世纪80年代开始研制动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPE)在输送带上的应用,取得巨大的成功。采用热塑性弹性体生产的输送带可使用塑料成型加工设备,通过挤出机和模具将覆盖层与带芯贴合、动态硫化,实现连续化生产,省去了传统输送带生产过程中的炼胶、压延、成型、硫化等工艺过程,使生产效率成倍的提高。使用热塑性弹性体生产的输送带具有使用寿命长、粘合强度高、节能环保,废弃的产品可以回收利用等特点。煤矿井下用输送带要求具有阻燃抗静电性能,现有的阻燃输送带都是含卤、锑的,要么胶带基体材料含卤(如氯丁橡胶、氯化聚乙烯、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等),要么添加了大量的含卤、锑的阻燃剂和配合剂。使用过程中发现,这些含卤、锑的阻燃输送带虽然有良好的阻燃效果,但在发生火灾时,燃烧的输送带会产生大量的有毒气体和烟雾,一是妨碍救灾工作的顺利进行,对生命造成二次灾害;二是腐蚀设备和仪器;三是造成环境污染。中国专利CN101096244B公布了一种热塑性弹性体面整芯阻燃输送带及其制造方法,但它发明的热塑性弹性体是含有卤、锑的,燃烧时会产生大量的有毒气体和烟雾,易产生次生灾害。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,使其燃烧时发烟量小,且不含卤素。
本发明的第二个目的是提供该热塑性弹性体的制备方法,工艺简单,易于制造,生产成本低。
本发明的第三个目的是提供该热塑性弹性体用于输送带的成型工艺,方法简单,效率高。
本发明的目的通过下述方案予以实现。
所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由下述原料制成:
聚乙烯(PE)树脂30-50份,粉状丁腈橡胶(PNBR)30-50份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)10-30份,氧化锌3-5份,硬脂酸1-2份,石蜡油1-3份,聚乙烯蜡3-5份,硫磺1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)1-2份,促进剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份,抗氧剂0.5-1份,导电炭黑8-10份,纳米白炭黑8-10份,抗静电剂4-6份,无卤阻燃增塑剂40-60份,无卤阻燃剂40-60份,环氧硅树脂5-10份,硅烷偶联剂0.5-1份。
所述的聚乙烯树脂是粉状的线性低密度聚乙烯(PLLDPE),密度0.92-0.93g/cm3,熔融指数2-10g/min;粉状丁腈橡胶的丙烯腈含量30-36﹪,门尼粘度值50-80,不含卤素隔离剂,非交联型或微交联型;乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物是粉状的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(PEVA),VA含量50%。
所述的促进剂可选用2-硫醇基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)、二硫化二苯并噻唑(促进剂DM)、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(促进剂CZ)、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(促进剂TMTD)、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸镉(促进剂CED)中的一种或组合。
所述的防老剂可选用N-苯基-α-萘胺(防老剂A)、N-苯基-β-萘胺(防老剂D)、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体(树脂状)(防老剂RD)、2,2′-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(防老剂2246-S)、N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺(防老剂4010NA)中的一种或组合。
所述的抗氧剂可选用四[β-(3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗氧剂1010)、β-(3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八酯(抗氧剂1076)、2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚(抗氧剂264)中的任意一种。
所述的抗静电剂选用烷基苯磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐(抗静电P)、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐(抗静电剂TM)、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐(抗静电剂SA)中的任意一种。
所述的无卤阻燃增塑剂选用磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)、三丁氧基乙基磷酸酯(TBEP)、磷酸三辛酯(TOP)中的任意一种。
所述的无卤阻燃剂选用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、红磷、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的一种或其组合。
所述的硅烷偶联剂选用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)中的任意一种。
所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料准备:按配方要求称量原材料;
(2)阻燃剂改性处理:
将纳米白炭黑、无卤阻燃剂、抗氧剂加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为375-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在115℃-125℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;
(3)高速混合预塑化:
将聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡油、聚乙烯蜡、促进剂、防老剂、导电炭黑、抗静电剂、无卤阻燃增塑剂、环氧硅树脂、表面改性阻燃剂依次加入高速混合机中,混合速度为1200-1400转/分钟,在140℃-150℃的温度下混合10-15分钟,制得预塑化料;
(4)冷混合:
将经高速混合后的预塑化料冷却到室温后加入到冷混合器中,依次加入粉状丁腈橡胶、硫磺、过氧化二异丙苯,在常温下混合5-10分钟,混合机速度为375-400转/分钟;
(5)造粒:
将混合后的粉料通过双螺杆造粒机,在螺杆转速300-500转/分钟、温度165℃-175℃的条件下造粒,即得所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体。
所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料用于输送带的成型工艺是:
将造粒后的热塑性弹性体通过两台挤出机及模具挤出贴面成型、动态硫化,直接与浸胶塑化后处于热状态的带芯在压力下贴合在一起;
挤出机转速:25-30转/分;
挤出机温度:1区135-145℃;2区145-155℃;3区155-165℃;4区165-175℃;
模具温度:1区、7区165℃±2℃;2区、6区162℃±2℃;3区、5区160℃±2℃;4区160℃±2℃;
带芯表面温度:140℃-160℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明不含含卤的主体材料和含卤的阻燃剂、配合剂以及发烟量大的锑类阻燃剂,所以燃烧时发烟量低,且不含有害物质,是一种环保型的阻燃材料。
2、本发明采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物与聚乙烯和丁腈橡胶接枝共混、提高了共混物相容性及动态硫化后的弹性。
3、本发明采用硅烷偶联剂对无机阻燃剂进行表面改性处理,提高了有机物和无机物的相容性,同时加入了纳米白炭黑,在提高共混物阻燃性能的同时,同时提高机械性能。
4、本发明选用环氧硅树脂对共混物增粘,在提高共混物粘合性能的同时,提高共混物的阻燃性能和机械性能。
5、本发明采用挤出机贴面成型、动态硫化工艺生产输送带,具有工艺简单、能源消耗低、生产效率高、可回收利用等优点。
具体实施方式
通过下述实施例有助于对本发明的理解,但不能限制本发明的内容。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,按重量份数计,由下述原料制成:
PLLDPE 30份,PNBR 50份,PEVA 20份,氧化锌 5份,硬脂酸2份,石蜡油3份,聚乙烯蜡5份,硫磺1.5份,DCP 1份,促进剂M 0.5份,促进剂剂DM1份,防老剂RD 1份,防老剂 2246-S 1份,抗氧剂1010 1份,导电炭黑10份,纳米白炭黑8份,抗静电剂P 4份,TCP40份,氢氧化铝20份,硼酸锌10份,聚磷酸铵20份,环氧硅树脂6份,硅烷偶联剂A105 0.6份;
PLLDPE的密度0.92-0.93g/cm3,熔融指数2-10g/min;PNBR的丙烯腈含量30-36﹪,门尼粘度值50-80,隔离剂为碳酸钙粉,非交联型;PEVA的VA含量50%。
本实施例提供的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料准备:按配方要求称量原材料;
(2)阻燃剂改性处理:将纳米白炭黑、无卤阻燃剂、抗氧剂加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为375-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在115℃-125℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;
(3)高速混合预塑化:将聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡油、聚乙烯蜡、促进剂、防老剂、导电炭黑、抗静电剂、无卤阻燃增塑剂、环氧硅树脂、表面改性阻燃剂以次加入高速混合机中,混合速度为1200-1400转/分钟,在140℃-150℃的温度下混合10-15分钟,制得预塑化料;
(4)冷混合:将经高速混合后的预塑化料冷却到室温后加入到冷混合器中,依次加入粉状丁腈橡胶、硫磺、过氧化二异丙苯,在常温下混合5-10分钟,混合机速度为375-400转/分钟;
(5)造粒:将混合后的粉料通过双螺杆造粒机,在螺杆转速300-500转/分钟、温度165℃-175℃的条件下造粒,即得所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料。
本实施例提供的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料用于输送带的成型工艺是:
将造粒后的热塑性弹性体材料通过两台挤出机及模具挤出贴面成型、动态硫化,直接与浸胶塑化后处于热状态的带芯在压力下贴合在一起;
挤出机转速:25-30转/分;
挤出机温度:1区135-145℃,2区145-155℃,3区155-165℃,4区165-175℃;
模具温度:1区、7区165℃±2℃;2区、6区162℃±2℃;3区、5区160℃±2℃;4区160℃±2℃;
带芯表面温度:140℃-160℃。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,按重量份数计,由下述原料制成:
PLLDPE 40份,PNBR 30份,PEVA 30份,氧化锌 3份,硬脂酸1.5份,石蜡油1份,聚乙烯蜡4份,硫磺1份,DCP 2份,促进剂CZ 1份,促进剂TMTD 0.5份,防老剂A 1份,防老剂D 1份,抗氧剂1076 1份,导电炭黑9份,纳米白炭黑9份,抗静电剂TM 5份,TBEP 50份,氢氧化镁25份,红磷15份,三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐10份,环氧硅树脂8份,硅烷偶联剂A151 0.8份。
PLLDPE的密度0.92-0.93g/cm3,熔融指数2-10g/min;PNBR的丙烯腈含量30-36﹪,门尼粘度值50-80,隔离剂为滑石粉,非交联型;PEVA的VA含量50%。
本实施例提供的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法及用于输送带的成型工艺同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,按重量份数计,由下述原料制成:
PLLDPE 50份,PNBR 40份,PEVA 10份,氧化锌 4份,硬脂酸1份,石蜡油2份,聚乙烯蜡3份,硫磺1.2份,DCP 1.5份,促进剂CED 1份,促进剂TMTD 0.5份,防老剂2246-S 1份,防老剂4010Na 1份,抗氧剂264 1份,导电炭黑8份,纳米白炭黑10份,抗静电剂SA 5份,TOP 60份,硼酸锌15份,红磷15份,聚磷酸铵15份,环氧硅树脂10份,硅烷偶联剂A171 1份。
PLLDPE的密度0.92-0.93g/cm3,熔融指数2-10g/min;PNBR的丙烯腈含量30-36﹪,门尼粘度值50-80,隔离剂为云母粉,微交联型; PEVA的VA含量50%。
本实施例提供的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法及用于输送带的成型工艺同实施例1。

Claims (8)
1.一种输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由下述原料制成:
聚乙烯树脂30-50份,粉状丁腈橡胶30-50份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-30份,氧化锌3-5份,硬脂酸1-2份,石蜡油1-3份,聚乙烯蜡3-5份,硫磺1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯1-2份,促进剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份,抗氧剂0.5-1份,导电炭黑8-10份,纳米白炭黑8-10份,抗静电剂4-6份,无卤阻燃增塑剂40-60份,无卤阻燃剂40-60份,环氧硅树脂5-10份,硅烷偶联剂0.5-1份;
所述的促进剂选用2-硫醇基苯并噻唑、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸镉中的一种或组合;所述的防老剂选用N-苯基-α-萘胺、N-苯基-β-萘胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体、2,2′-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或组合;
所述的抗静电剂选用烷基苯磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,所述的聚乙烯树脂是粉状的线性低密度聚乙烯,密度0.92-0.93g/cm3,熔融指数2-10g/10min;所述的粉状丁腈橡胶丙烯腈含量30-36﹪,门尼粘度值50-80,不含卤素隔离剂,非交联型或微交联型;所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物是粉状的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,VA含量50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂选用四[β-(3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八酯、2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,所述的无卤阻燃增塑剂选用磷酸三甲苯酯、三丁氧基乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三辛酯中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,所述的无卤阻燃剂选用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、红磷、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的一种或其组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料,其特征在于,所述的硅烷偶联剂选用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷中的任意一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料准备:
按配方要求称量原材料;
(2)阻燃剂改性处理:
将纳米白炭黑、无卤阻燃剂、抗氧剂加入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为375-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在115℃-125℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成表面改性阻燃剂;
(3)高速混合预塑化:
将聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡油、聚乙烯蜡、促进剂、防老剂、导电炭黑、抗静电剂、无卤阻燃增塑剂、环氧硅树脂、表面改性阻燃剂依次加入高速混合机中,混合速度为1200-1400转/分钟,在140℃-150℃的温度下混合10-15分钟,制得预塑化料;
(4)冷混合:
将经高速混合后的预塑化料冷却到室温后加入到冷混合器中,依次加入粉状丁腈橡胶、硫磺、过氧化二异丙苯,在常温下混合5-10分钟,混合机速度为375-400转/分钟;

8.如权利要求7所述的输送带用热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将造粒后的热塑性弹性体材料通过两台挤出机及模具动态硫化,直接与浸胶塑化后处于热状态的带芯在压力下贴合在一起;
挤出机转速:25-30转/分;
挤出机温度:1区135-145℃;2区145-155℃;3区155-165℃;4区165-175℃;
模具温度:1区、7区165℃±2℃;2区、6区162℃±2℃;3区、5区160℃±2℃;4区160℃±2℃;
带芯表面温度:140℃-160℃。
