Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型的轮毂轴承单元用密封组件,包括依附在骨架上的橡胶突起、不锈钢骨架、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四;所述的橡胶突起、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四为依附于骨架上的一整单片式结构;所述的骨架安装在轮毂外圈上,所述的不锈钢骨架安装在轮毂法兰盘上;所述的唇口一在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架之间有间隙;该发明进一步减小了泥水直接流入的几率;增加一个唇口来提高大载荷时密封性能,小载荷时还不会增加转矩。

轮毂轴承单元用密封组件
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轮毂领域,具体涉及到一种新型的轮毂轴承单元用密封组件。
背景技术
由于汽车的轮毂轴承对于耐久性以及高可靠度有很高的要求,除了避免汽车轴承出现滚道疲劳失效以外,轮毂轴承密封件失效也是比较常见的失效形式,往往会导致外界的泥沙、粉尘和水汽等污染物侵入到轴承中,使轴承产生异响,加速沟道和钢球的磨损,使钢球、沟道表面出现疲劳剥落,内部油脂向外侧泄露,造成润滑不良,影响产品寿命,若油脂泄漏到制动盘或者制动鼓上,会导致其制动能力下降而失效,后果非常严重。
现有的轮毂轴承单元用密封组件一般采用组合式密封件的结构,而且密封件采用3唇口设计,骨架通过折弯行成挡水结构,其缺陷在于:
1、现有方案采用的骨架结构比较简单,水还是会顺着缝隙流入唇口中,使轴承产生异响,加速沟道和钢球的磨损,使钢球、沟道表面出现疲劳剥落;
2、唇口始终接触,转矩在侧向载荷比较小时与侧向载荷大时都是一致的,当侧向负荷较大时,密封性能较差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中轮毂轴承密封件骨架结构比较简单,水还是会顺着缝隙流入唇口中,使轴承产生异响,加速沟道和钢球的磨损,使钢球、沟道表面出现疲劳剥落;唇口始终接触,转矩在侧向载荷比较小时与侧向载荷大时都是一致的,当侧向负荷较大时,密封性能较差等种种缺陷,本发明提供了一种轮毂轴承单元用密封组件,所述的密封组件包括依附在骨架上的橡胶突起、不锈钢骨架、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四;
所述的橡胶突起、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四为依附于骨架上的一整单片式结构;
所述的骨架安装在轮毂外圈上,所述的不锈钢骨架安装在轮毂法兰盘上;
所述的唇口一在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架之间有间隙。
优选地,所述的轮毂轴承单元用密封组件中的橡胶突起部分突出于不锈钢骨架靠近橡胶突起一端之上,所述的唇口二、唇口三、唇口四在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架相接触。
此发明设计采用依附在骨架上的橡胶凸起起到阻挡外部泥水从上侧直接流入唇口的作用,不锈钢骨架起到阻挡泥水从右侧流入,唇口在载荷小的是否与骨架不接触,这样旋转摩擦力矩较小,当载荷大时与骨架就会接触,以提高密封性能;其余唇口二、三、四另外三个唇口始终接触保证轴承在小载荷时的密封性能;该发明进一步减小了泥水直接流入的几率;增加一个唇口来提高大载荷时密封性能,小载荷时还不会增加转矩。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例:
如附图1所示,本发明提供了一种新型的轮毂轴承单元用密封组件,包括依附在骨架1上的橡胶突起2、不锈钢骨架3、唇口一4、唇口二5、唇口三6、唇口四7;橡胶突起、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四为依附于骨架上的一整单片式结构;骨架1安装在轮毂外圈8上,不锈钢骨架3安装在轮毂法兰盘9上;唇口一4在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架3之间有间隙;橡胶突起2部分突出于不锈钢骨架3顶端之上,唇口二、唇口三、唇口四在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架相接触,此发明设计采用依附在骨架上的橡胶凸起起到阻挡外部泥水从上侧直接流入唇口的作用,不锈钢骨架起到阻挡泥水从右侧流入,唇口在载荷小的是否与骨架不接触,这样旋转摩擦力矩较小,当载荷大时与骨架就会接触,以提高密封性能;其余唇口二、三、四另外三个唇口始终接触保证轴承在小载荷时的密封性能;该发明进一步减小了泥水直接流入的几率;增加一个唇口来提高大载荷时密封性能,小载荷时还不会增加转矩。

1.一种轮毂轴承单元用密封组件,其特征在于:所述的密封组件包括依附在骨架上的橡胶突起、不锈钢骨架、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四;
所述的橡胶突起、唇口一、唇口二、唇口三、唇口四为依附于骨架上的一整单片式结构;
所述的骨架安装在轮毂外圈上,所述的不锈钢骨架安装在轮毂法兰盘上;
所述的唇口一在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架之间有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂轴承单元用密封组件,其特征在于:所述的橡胶突起部分突出于不锈钢骨架之上,所述的唇口二、唇口三、唇口四在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架相接触。
