背景技术
樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)又名香樟、乌樟、樟木、芳樟等,是樟科樟属常绿高大阔叶乔木。樟树是我国天然香料树种之一,它的根、茎、叶、果实等部位均可以提炼分离出精油来。樟树精油的化学成分很丰富,樟树叶精油中有大约300种的化学成分。樟树叶精油的主要成包含芳樟醇、黄樟油素、樟脑、龙脑、橙花叔醇、异橙花叔醇、柠檬醛、香叶醇等化合物;大多数化学成分有杀菌、杀虫、抑菌的作用,在轻工业、香料产业、美容业、医药业等产业的用途广泛,具有广阔的开发利用前景。
溴氰菊酯是菊酯类杀虫剂中毒力最高的一种,对害虫的毒效可达滴滴涕的100倍,西维因的80倍,马拉硫磷的550倍,对硫磷的40倍。具有触杀和胃毒作用,触杀作用迅速,击倒力强,没有熏蒸和内吸作用,在高浓度下对一些害虫有驱避作用。持效期长(7~12天)。配制成乳油或可湿性粉剂,为中等杀虫剂。杀虫谱广,对鳞翅目、直翅目、缨翅目、半翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目等多种害虫有效,但对螨类、介壳虫、盲蝽象等防效很低或基本无效,还会刺激螨类繁殖,在虫螨并发时,要与专用杀螨剂混用。
溴氰菊酯属于中毒毒类。皮肤接触可引起刺激症状,出现红色丘疹。急性中毒时,轻者有头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、乏力,重者还可出现肌束震颤和抽搐。对人的皮肤及眼粘膜有刺激作用,对鱼和蜜蜂剧毒。对滴滴涕产生抗药性的昆虫,对溴氰菊酯表现有交互抗药性。
长期使用化学农药,导致严重环境污染,抗药性的增加,开发具有杀虫广谱、低毒,不易产生抗药性和环境相容性好等优点的植物源农药是当前的热点课题。此外将不同结构类型的农药有效成分进行复配,是目前解决农药单剂应用过程中成本和抗性等问题的一种有效方式。复配增效很好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药的使用量,有助于延缓抗性的产生,是科学防治病虫害的重要手段。目前在国内外还没有樟树叶精油与溴氰菊酯复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种具有显著增效作用的农药增效组合物,具有低毒、环境友好的特点。
本发明的另一目的是为增效组合物提供一种新的应用。
为克服现有技术的不足,发明人通过大量室内生物测定试验,意外发现樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯以一定比例复配后,对小菜蛾、茶尺蠖均具有显著的增效作用。
本发明的农药增效组合物,包含活性成分樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯,二者的重量比为1:30-30:1。
作为优选,本发明的农药增效组合物中,活性成分樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯的重量比为1:10-15:1。
本发明还提供了一种包含所述的农药增效组合物的农药制剂,其特征在于,还包含农业上可接受的助剂。

本发明还提供了所述的农药制剂用于防治作物虫害的用途。
本发明还提供了所述的农药制剂用于防治小菜蛾、茶尺蠖的用途。
本发明所述的樟树叶精油的提取方法:首先采集樟树的叶片(嫩叶、老叶或鲜落叶),洗净后,自然晾干叶表面水分,待用;其次称取一定量处理好的材料,剪碎放入圆底烧瓶中,在挥发油提取装置中用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取,蒸馏时间4h,精油用无水Na2SO4干燥,获得樟树叶精油密封待用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的农药组合物具有明显的增效作用,减少了用药量,能有效防治对现有药剂已产生抗性的害虫。
(2)本发明的农药组合物一次施药可兼治多种害虫,降低了用药成本。
(3)本发明的农药组合物通过混配,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓害虫产生抗药性,延长药剂的使用寿命。
(4)本发明的农药组合物的活性成分均为植物源农药,具有低毒,不易产生抗药性和环境相容性好等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明用以下具体实施例予以详细说明其有益效果。
一、室内毒力试验测定
生物测定实例1:樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯增效组合物对茶尺蠖室内毒力测定
试验对象:茶尺蠖
测试方法为浸叶法。将新鲜茶叶梢在药液中浸渍后插枝晾干,剪下晾干的茶梢放入罐头瓶中,每瓶3-4个茶梢,挑选大小一致的2龄幼虫接入罐头瓶中,每个处理接虫15头,重复三次,温度控制26-27℃,并保持适宜湿度,饲喂正常新鲜叶片。药后120h调查其死亡率,用最小二乘法计算抑制中浓度LC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。当CTC<80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC〉120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100;毒力测定结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯在特定配比范围内,该农药组合物对茶树茶尺蠖具有显著增效作用;当樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯的质量配比在1:30-30:1的范围内,其共毒系数均大于120,表现出显著增效作用;尤其当樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯的质量配比在5:1时,其共毒系数为175.9,表现出很强的增效作用。
本发明杀虫组合物可以用已知的方法制备成适合农业上使用的制剂。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用以解释本发明,并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。
二、农药制备实施例
实施例1:
樟树叶精油10%、溴氰菊酯1%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮4%、农乳1601#6%、吐温-60#3%、农乳2201#4%、环氧氯丙烷7%、苯甲酸2%、丙二醇2%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得11%樟树叶精油·溴氰菊酯水乳剂。
实施例2:
樟树叶精油5%、溴氰菊酯1%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮5%、农乳1601#5%、吐温-60#3%、农乳2201#3%、环氧氯丙烷6%、苯甲酸4%、丙二醇2%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得6%樟树叶精油·溴氰菊酯水乳剂。
实施例3:
樟树叶精油2%、溴氰菊酯2%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮12%、农乳1601#10%、烷基磺酸钠15%、有机硅2%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得4%的樟树叶精油·溴氰菊酯微乳剂。
实施例4:
樟树叶精油0.4%、溴氰菊酯2%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮7%、农乳1601#11%、烷基磺酸钠20%、有机硅3%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得2.4%的樟树叶精油·溴氰菊酯微乳剂。
实施例5:
樟树叶精油4%、溴氰菊酯2%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮12%,农乳500#6%,二甲苯至100%。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分重量百分含量为6%樟树叶精油·溴氰菊酯乳油。
实施例6:
樟树叶精油7%、溴氰菊酯2%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮14%,农乳500#9%,二甲苯至100%。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分重量百分含量为9%樟树叶精油·溴氰菊酯乳油。

Claims (7)
1.一种含樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯的农药增效组合物,其特征在于,包含活性成分樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯,二者的重量比为1:30-30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药增效组合物,其特征在于,活性成分樟树叶精油和溴氰菊酯的重量比为1:10-15:1。
3.一种包含权利要求1-2任一项所述的农药增效组合物的农药制剂,其特征在于,还包含农业上可接受的助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的农药制剂,其特征在于,活性成分A与活性成分B的重量百分含量为0.1-40%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的农药制剂,其特征在于,所述的农药制剂的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂或微乳剂。
6.根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的农药制剂用于防治作物虫害的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的农药制剂用于防治小菜蛾、茶尺蠖的用途。
