Abstract

本发明涉及一种家装板材，包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的竹炭粉层、泡沫层和基板，所述基板为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述竹炭粉层为竹炭纤维。相对现有技术，本发明的竹炭粉层能吸附甲醛，降低甲醛的散发量，泡沫层能有效进行隔音，能有效缓冲外部压力，松树板制成的基板，强度大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家装板材。
背景技术
造成装修污染有两大因素，一是没有使用环保板材或绿色材料，二是施工程序没有做到位。目前，污染源主要来自于人造板材(经销商称环保板材)、油漆、胶合剂以及家具。
现有技术中的环保板材的甲醛含量标准要相差好几倍。而在施工中，若板材不作任何处理不仅不是环保板材，若直接做成橱柜、书架，甲醛挥发量会相当厉害。所以有必要对这些问题进行解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种家装板材，所要解决的技术问题是：甲醛挥发量会相当厉害。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种家装板材，包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的竹炭粉层、泡沫层和基板，所述基板为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述竹炭粉层为竹炭纤维。
进一步，所述竹炭粉层、泡沫层和基板之间通过粘贴剂固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是：竹炭粉层能吸附甲醛，降低甲醛的散发量，泡沫层能有效进行隔音，能有效缓冲外部压力，松树板制成的基板，强度大。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示，一种家装板材，包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的竹炭粉层1、泡沫层2和基板3，所述基板3为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述竹炭粉层1为竹炭纤维。
上述实施例中，所述竹炭粉层1、泡沫层2和基板3之间通过粘贴剂固定连接。
本发明的竹炭粉层能吸附甲醛，降低甲醛的散发量，泡沫层能有效进行隔音，能有效缓冲外部压力，松树板制成的基板，强度大。

1.一种家装板材，其特征在于：包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的竹炭粉层、泡沫层和基板，所述基板为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述竹炭粉层为竹炭纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种家装板材，其特征在于：所述竹炭粉层、泡沫层和基板之间通过粘贴剂固定连接。
