背景技术
小菜蛾是一种世界性的十字花科蔬菜主要害虫。长期以来,小菜蛾的防治主要依赖于化学农药。由于不合理使用大量杀虫剂,使小菜蛾对几乎所有90年代以前开发的杀虫剂均产生了较高的抗药性。九十年代以来,国外农药公司开发了几种对小菜蛾有特效的新型杀虫剂,如阿维菌素、锐劲特、有机磷类等,但这些杀虫剂价格昂贵,极大地增加防治成本,且单一地使用这些杀虫剂,也将导致这些杀虫剂产生抗药性。
绿僵菌素,又称腐败菌素或破坏素,是由5个氨基酸和1个羟基酸组成的环缩羧肽素,为绿僵菌在代谢过程中产生的一种次生代谢产物,对鳞翅目、同翅目、双翅目鞘翅目等20多种害虫具有触杀作用和拒食作用;绿僵菌素具有高效、低毒、防治效果稳定的特点,但长期使用也不可避免的导致害虫抗药性的产生。
多杀菌素(spinosad):又名多杀霉素,是在刺糖多胞菌(Saccharopolysporaspinosa)发酵液中提取的一种大环内酯类无公害高效生物杀虫剂。它的作用机理被认为是烟酸乙酰胆碱受体的作用体,可以持续激活靶标昆虫乙酰胆碱烟碱型受体,但是其结合位点不同于烟碱和吡虫啉。多杀菌素也可以影响GABA受体,但作用机制不清。可使害虫迅速麻痹、瘫痪,最后导致死亡。其杀虫速度可与化学农药相媲美。安全性高,且与目前常用杀虫剂无交互抗性为低毒、高效、低残留的生物杀虫剂,既有高效的杀虫性能,又有对有益虫和哺乳动物安全的特性,最适合无公害蔬菜、水果生产应用。是一种低毒、高效、广谱的杀虫剂。对害虫具有快速的触杀和胃毒作用,对叶片有较强的渗透作用,可杀死表皮下的害虫,残效期较长,对一些害虫具有一定的杀卵作用,无内吸作用。能有效的防治鳞翅目、双翅目和缨翅目害虫,也能很好的防治鞘翅目和直翅目中某些大量取食叶片的害虫种类,对刺吸式害虫和螨类的防治效果较差。对捕食性天敌昆虫比较安全,因杀虫作用机制独特,目前尚未发现与其他杀虫剂存在交互抗药性的报道。对植物安全无药害。适合于蔬菜、果树、园艺、农作物上使用。杀虫效果受下雨影响较小。
无论是绿僵菌素还是多杀菌素,在低使用率或针对单独的害虫使用时往往不能满足防治的目的,且长期单一种类的使用某一种活性成分会导致害虫抗药性的产生,进而导致农药防治效果下降,使用量增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题或其至少一个方面,本申请的发明人经过大量的室内活性测定和田间药效试验,意外的发现将绿僵菌素和多杀菌素复配后,对有害生物的活性远远高于单独的活性化合物性能总和,可以达到明显的增效作用,进而完成了本发明。
现已发现,将绿僵菌素和多杀菌素复配后,活性远远大于其各组分的单独活性,因此,本发明的另一目的在于提供所述农药组合物发挥其活性,用于防治有害生物的用途,特别是用于防治、甜菜、果树、园艺、花卉等农业园艺作物害虫,如小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、菜粉蝶、棉铃虫等鳞翅目害虫。
为达到上述目的,本发明的农药组合物通过采用以下技术方案实现:
一种农药组合物,它的活性成分主要包含绿僵菌素和多杀菌素,其中,绿僵菌素和多杀菌素的质量比为1:30-20:1。
优选的,所述绿僵菌素和多杀菌素的重量比为1:20-10:1。
优选的,所述农药组合物中绿僵菌素和多杀菌素所占组合物的重量百分含量为1-90%,优选为10-60%,其余为农药制剂加工中常规的表面活性剂和/或增容剂。
优选的,本发明的农药组合物通过农药制剂加工中的常规制备方法制备成任意一种剂型,选自乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂中任一种。
优选的,本发明的农药组合物中还可含有其它农药活性成分,例如可以是杀虫剂、杀菌剂、肥料、植物生长调节剂、增效剂、生物刺激素等,或可与它们结合使用。
优选的,本发明的农药组合物中活性成分可以分开、一次或同时施用绿僵菌素和多杀菌素。
与现有技术相比,本发明的农药组合物的有益效果为:
1、绿僵菌素和多杀菌素复配后,具有明显的增效作用,可以减少农药单个活性成分的使用量,提高防治效果;
2、绿僵菌素和多杀菌素作用机理互不相同,两者复配可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生,有利于提高农药活性成分的使用寿命;
3、本发明的农药组合物特别适用于防治小菜蛾等害虫,且可以兼治多种其它害虫,从而降低用药成本,收到显著的经济效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于解释本发明,但不能因此理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
一、制剂实施例
1、实施例1: 42%绿僵菌素·多杀菌素可湿性粉剂(1:20)
绿僵菌素 2%
多杀菌素 40%
十二烷基硫酸钠 4%
木质素磺酸钠 14%
白炭黑 15%
硅藻土 余量
所述可湿性粉剂的制备方法为:按上述配方将绿僵菌素、多杀菌素、润湿剂、分散剂以及填料混合均匀,经超微气流粉碎机粉碎后,即可制得本发明所述的可湿性粉剂。
2、实施例2:36%绿僵菌素·多杀菌素水分散粒剂(1:1)
绿僵菌素 18%
多杀菌素 18%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐 4%
烷基磺基琥珀酸盐 12%
木质素磺酸钠 2%
硫酸铵 6%
淀粉 4%
高岭土 余量
所述水分散粒剂的制备方法为:按上述配方将绿僵菌素、多杀菌素加入高岭土中,然后加入润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂混合,经气流粉碎后加入适量的水,经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分即可制得本发明所述的水分散粒剂。
3、实施例3:12.1%绿僵菌素·多杀菌素水乳剂(10:1)
绿僵菌素 11%
多杀菌素 1.1%
油酸甲酯 10%
环己酮 4%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯 3%
黄原胶 1%
丙三醇 3%
有机硅酮 1.6%
甲醛 0.4%
去离子水 余量
所述水乳剂的制备方法为:首先将绿僵菌素、多杀菌素、溶剂和乳化剂加在一起,使其溶解为均匀油相;将部分水、抗冻剂、消泡剂、防腐剂等其它农药助剂混合在一起形成均匀的水相了;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,缓缓加水直至达到转相点,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,加入剩余的水,剪切约半小时以上,即可制得本发明所述的水乳剂。
4、实施例4:26%绿僵菌素·多杀菌素悬浮剂(9:4)
绿僵菌素 18%
多杀菌素 8%
木质素磺酸钠 3%
二丁基萘磺酸盐 4%
聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯 4%
硅酸镁铝 1.2%
C10脂肪醇 1.1%
溴硝醇 0.8%
丙二醇 3%
去离子水 余量
所述悬浮剂的制备方法为::按上述配方将润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗冻剂经高速剪切混合均匀,然后加入绿僵菌素和多杀菌素,在球磨机中球磨2小时以上,使得粒径全部在5微米以下,加入去离子水,继续搅拌均匀,即可制得本发明所述的悬浮剂。
三、室内毒力测定
1、试验对象:甘蓝小菜蛾3龄幼虫;
2、试验方法:参照《中华人民共和国农业行业标准 NY-T1154.7-2006》,将采自甘蓝地的小菜蛾经室内饲养5代,挑选生长一致的3龄幼虫,接于置放甘蓝菜叶的直径9 cm的培养皿,每皿接10头三龄幼虫并作麻醉预处理,用Potter喷雾塔在50PST压力下喷雾,每次喷一个皿,每皿喷药液1 mL,空白对照喷等量清水。每个处理设置6个浓度梯度,重复4次。将处理过的培养皿放入25 ℃,12H/12H光照培养箱内培养,72小时检查死活虫数,计算死亡率。用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,然后按照孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC),试验结果如表1所示。
当CTC≤80时,组合物表现为拮抗作用;
当80<CTC<120时,组合物表现为相加作用;
当CTC≥120时,则组合物表现为增效作用。
室内毒力测定结果表明,将绿僵菌素和多杀菌素复配后对小菜蛾的防治在一定的范围内表现出协同增效作用。其中,当绿僵菌素和多杀菌素复配比例在1:20-10:1时,共毒系数均在160以上,协同增效作用更明显。而当两者复配比例为9:4时,共毒系数最高,协同增效作用最明显。
三、田间药效试验
为了更好的验证本发明的农药组合物的实际应用效果,应用本发明实施例的农药组合物进行防治甘蓝小菜蛾田间药效试验,以0.5%绿僵菌素悬浮剂、20%多杀菌素悬浮剂为对照药剂。
试验方法:试验设置在广东省广州市花都区某地蔬菜种植园进行,试验采用常规兑水喷雾,施药器械为WF-16型背负式手动喷雾器,喷头为单个扇形喷喷雾头,工作压力为0.2-0.4 Mpa,喷雾量为0.36-0.48 L/min,进行常规喷雾,喷药时力求均匀周到,施药时甘蓝菜地小菜蛾为幼虫发生盛期(以2-3龄为主)。分别于施药前在每小区按对角线5点取样,每点选取有甜菜夜蛾卵及幼虫的甘蓝2-3株,统计标定株上甜菜夜蛾幼虫头数,以此作为施药前虫口基数,于施药后3、7、14天调查定点株上残留存活的小菜蛾幼虫数,以校正虫口减率作为防治效果,试验结果如表2所示。药效计算方法如下:
田间试验结果表明,绿僵菌素和多杀菌素复配后对甘蓝小菜蛾的防治表现出优异的持效性和速效性。实施例1-4的农药组合物制剂药后3天的防效均在80%以上,明显好于对照单剂,且持效性更好。另外,用药范围内,未发现本发明的农药组合物制剂对甘蓝作物有药害产生,表明本发明的农药组合物安全性也较好,值得在生产上推广应用。
Claims (7)
1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含绿僵菌素和多杀菌素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述绿僵菌素和多杀菌素的重量比为1:30-20:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述绿僵菌素和多杀菌素的重量比为1:20-10:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述绿僵菌素和多杀菌素的重量比优选为9:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,它的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂中任一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项权利要求所述的杀虫组合物用于防治农作物害虫的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物害虫优选为小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、菜粉蝶、棉铃虫。
