Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circumcision, in particular to an everting type electric circumcision device.
Background
Too long prepuce or phimosis is one of the sources of urinary tract infections in men and sexually transmitted diseases. Too long prepuce or phimosis can cause urinary tract infection to cause chronic prostatitis, and a series of symptoms such as soreness of waist and back, impotence and premature ejaculation can occur, so that the removal of too long prepuce is one of good measures for preventing the symptoms.
Traditionally, phimosis or overlong foreskin is removed by surgical operation, and the technical points are to cut redundant foreskin, stop bleeding and incised edge skin alignment suture. Patients can not walk after operation, and the patients can not bear huge pain when taking out stitches finally after changing one medicine, and in addition, the prepuce hematoma can be caused by incomplete ligation hemostasis, so that the patients need to be treated by operation again. In addition, since the circumcision and the hemostatic process are separately performed, the operation time is prolonged, and the panic mind of the patient is aggravated.
Laser and high frequency electrotome techniques have been developed for circumcision treatments that, although replacing scissors cuts, can coagulate bleeding sites. However, this treatment burns the patient's tissue and is susceptible to infection.
The circumcision device is used for suturing the circumcision once only, but the circumcision device in the prior art adopts manual driving or remote pedal driving, the characteristics of manual driving per se lead to the time and the dynamics of performing operation, especially punching out the staples, to have great instability, excessive force can lead to the staples to clamp and break the skin tissue so as to lead to operation failure, and excessive force can lead to incomplete pouring of the staples so as to lead to failure of hemostasis and also to operation failure, and the manual driving also requires that the circumcision device itself has two sets of driving structures to respectively drive the ring cutter and the staples, and once the two sets of driving structures are inconsistent, the ring cutter can appear to finish ring cutting but the staples are not simultaneously haemostatic, or the staples are punched out but the ring cutting is not completed, and in any case, the ring cutting can cause great risk and pain of patients.

Further, the inner comprehensive cover comprises a positioning rod, a positioning groove is formed in the positioning rod, an inner thread is arranged in the positioning groove, and the inner thread is in threaded fit with the end thread.
Further, the motor further comprises a motor front shell and a comprehensive cover, wherein the inner comprehensive cover is arranged in the comprehensive cover, the front end of the motor front shell is connected to the rear end of the comprehensive cover, and/or the front end cross section of the motor front shell is in a second annular shape, and the second annular shape can accommodate the first annular shape.
Further, the motor also comprises a motor rear shell, and a space formed by the motor rear shell and the motor front shell in a matching way is used for accommodating the motor.
Further, a cable is included that is connected to and powers the motor.
Further, the motor driving device also comprises a switch which is arranged on the motor rear shell, the motor front shell or the comprehensive cover and is used for controlling the switch and/or the propulsion distance and/or the propulsion speed of the motor.
Further, a threading hole is formed in the motor rear shell, and the cable passes through the threading hole and is connected to the motor.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the motor to drive the staples, avoids instability and various risks caused by manual driving, particularly adopts the motor to drive the staples, has adjustable and stable pushing force to the staples, avoids the surgical failure caused by excessive force to cause the staples to clamp and break the skin tissue, and simultaneously can avoid the failure of hemostasis caused by incomplete reverse of the staples caused by too small force, and simultaneously adopts the switch to adjust the pushing distance and the speed, thereby being suitable for different surgical objects and surgical environments; in addition, adopt the motor to drive and need not to additionally set up manual drive's drive arrangement and actuation structure, avoided setting up the asynchronous risk that two sets of drive structures brought, the whole outward appearance of ring cutter is brief after adopting motor drive moreover, no longer adopts handle articulated etc. device, die sinking and manufacturing cost are on the contrary greatly reduced.
