Abstract
The invention relates to an eversion type gasket circumcision device which comprises an inner comprehensive cover, an inner ring, a first gasket and/or a second gasket, wherein the inner comprehensive cover and the inner ring are arranged up and down correspondingly, the first gasket is arranged at one end of the inner ring, which faces the inner comprehensive cover, and/or a U-shaped groove is arranged at the outer edge of the inner comprehensive cover, and the second gasket is arranged at the top of the U-shaped groove. After the staples are driven out, the first gasket is penetrated, the foreskin tissue is penetrated, the second gasket is penetrated before the staples contact the staple holder, then the staples are buckled by chamfering the staple holder, a gasket-foreskin-gasket sandwich structure is formed in the buckled staples, and the foreskin tissue is prevented from contacting the metal staples to the greatest extent possible, so that allergy, infection, too deep driving and staple falling are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circumcision, in particular to an everting type gasket circumcision device.
Background
Too long prepuce or phimosis is one of the sources of urinary tract infections in men and sexually transmitted diseases. Too long prepuce or phimosis can cause urinary tract infection to cause chronic prostatitis, and a series of symptoms such as soreness of waist and back, impotence and premature ejaculation can occur, so that the removal of too long prepuce is one of good measures for preventing the symptoms.
Traditionally, phimosis or overlong foreskin is removed by surgical operation, and the technical points are to cut redundant foreskin, stop bleeding and incised edge skin alignment suture. Patients can not walk after operation, and the patients can not bear huge pain when taking out stitches finally after changing one medicine, and in addition, the prepuce hematoma can be caused by incomplete ligation hemostasis, so that the patients need to be treated by operation again. In addition, since the circumcision and the hemostatic process are separately performed, the operation time is prolonged, and the panic mind of the patient is aggravated.
Laser and high frequency electrotome techniques have been developed for circumcision treatments that, although replacing scissors cuts, can coagulate bleeding sites. However, this treatment burns the patient's tissue and is susceptible to infection.
In the prior art, the circumcision device is generally made of metal, and after the surgical operation is performed on the foreskin of a patient, the metal staple directly contacts the skin to easily cause skin/tissue allergy of the patient, so that the infection is more serious; and the metal staples directly contact skin and human tissues and are easy to be pricked into the tissues to cause damage during operation, the friction force between the metal and the skin/tissues is small, and the risk of failure of the staple removing operation caused by staple falling off in the later period exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an everting type gasket circumcision device, which is characterized in that after a U-shaped nail is beaten out and chamfer is fixed with a foreskin by arranging one or more gaskets, the U-shaped nail does not directly contact skin or tissues, and allergy, infection and too deep driving or nail removal are avoided, and the technical scheme is as follows:
the utility model provides an eversion type packing ring circumcision ware, includes interior comprehensive cover, inner ring and first packing ring and/or second packing ring, interior comprehensive cover and inner ring correspond from top to bottom and set up, wherein, the inner ring sets up first packing ring towards the one end of interior comprehensive cover, and/or, interior comprehensive cover outer fringe is equipped with the staple groove, the staple groove top sets up the second packing ring.
Further, the first washer and the second washer are both positioned on the same axis with the staples in the staple slots.
Further, a first annular groove is formed in the lower end face of the inner ring, facing the inner comprehensive cover, and the first gasket is arranged in the first annular groove.
Further, the width of the first gasket is slightly larger than that of the first annular groove, so that the first gasket is elastically buckled in the first annular groove.
Further, the second gasket is arranged outside the U-shaped nail groove and is positioned at the upper part of the notch.
Further, the second washer has an annular ring and a protrusion on a bottom surface of the annular ring for snap-fitting within the staple channel.
Further, the second gasket is arranged at the top end inside the U-shaped groove.
Further, the width of the second gasket is slightly larger than that of the U-shaped groove, so that the second gasket is elastically buckled in the U-shaped groove.
Further, a second annular groove with the top being flush with the top of the inner comprehensive cover is formed between the inner edge of the inner comprehensive cover and the U-shaped groove, and the second gasket is arranged in the second annular groove.
Further, the device further comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, the upper cover and the lower cover are arranged correspondingly up and down, the inner comprehensive cover is arranged in the lower cover, the inner ring is arranged in the upper cover, and the inner comprehensive cover and the inner ring are arranged correspondingly up and down.
Compared with the prior art, the invention is provided with one or more gasket structures, and when the circumcision is performed, the staple firstly passes through the gasket after being ejected, so that the main surface of the staple can be ensured not to contact with the skin or tissue of the foreskin after being stapled with the tissue of the foreskin.
When a plurality of washer structures are arranged, the staples firstly pass through the first washer and then pass through the foreskin tissue after being driven out, pass through the second washer before the staples contact the staple holder, then are buckled at the chamfer angles of the staple holder, a washer-foreskin-washer sandwich structure is formed in the buckled staples, and the foreskin tissue is prevented from contacting the metal staples to the greatest extent, so that allergy, infection and too deep stapling are avoided, and the staples are prevented from falling off.
