本发明涉及一种含叶菌唑的协同减量杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀菌组合物以氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺为有效成分,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的重量比为1‑80:1‑80:1‑80,用于防治小麦赤霉病,小麦白粉病、小麦锈病、瓜类枯萎病、苹果炭疽病、苹果腐烂病,小麦纹枯病、水稻稻瘟病、水稻恶苗病等真菌性病害,增效效果明显。

技术领域:
本发明属于农业杀菌剂领域,具体的涉及一种含叶菌唑的协同减量杀菌组合物及其应用。
背景技术:
氰烯菌酯,试验号:JS399-19,化学名称为:2-氰基-3-氨基-3-苯基丙烯酸乙酯。由江苏省农药研究所合成,是具有我国自主的知识产权的新型杀菌剂。该药剂耐雨水冲刷,具有良好的内吸穿透性能及优异的保护和治疗作用。氰烯菌酯对镰刀菌属的禾谷镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌等均有很高的生物活性,适用于小麦赤霉病、水稻恶苗病和西瓜枯萎病等作物病害的有效防治。
室内研究表明,赤霉病菌在此类药剂高的药剂选择压下极易产生抗药性,存在一定的抗药性风险。因此在目前抗病品种缺乏的情况下,为了延缓或克服病原菌抗药性的形成和发展,避免连续单一的使用氰烯菌酯,应与其他类型的杀菌剂轮换或混合使用。
叶菌唑(Metconazole),又叫羟菌唑,化学名称:5-(4-氯苯基)-2,2-二甲基-1-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)-环戊醇,通过抑制或干扰菌体附着胞及吸器的发育、菌丝和孢子的形成,还可致使膜渗漏加剧,从而降低病原菌致病力。叶菌唑是一种高效、广谱、内吸性的三唑类杀菌剂,具有保护、治疗、铲除作用,因而被广泛用于由子囊菌、担子菌等真菌引起的多种病害的防治。
氟唑菌酰胺(fluxapyroxad),化学名称:3-(二氟)-1-甲基-N-(3',4',5'-三氟[1,1'-联苯]-2-基)-1-H-吡唑-4-酰胺,氟唑菌酰胺属吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,防治兼备。它能抑制真菌的呼吸作用,抑制孢子发芽,发芽管伸长,菌丝生长和孢子形成。可用于控制和抑制多种作物上的多种真菌性病害。将优越的持效性与持续的传输特性集于一体。对谷类、大豆、玉米、油料作物以及香蕉、番茄、葡萄有强效的选择性杀菌作用。
现有专利CN101595890A公开了氰烯菌酯和三唑类的农药组合物,公开了氰烯菌酯可以和三唑酮、叶菌唑、苯醚甲环唑等三唑类杀菌剂混合使用;专利CN103493818A公开了氰烯菌酯和叶菌唑的组合物,用于防治小麦赤霉病、白粉病和锈病,效果显著,可以用于延缓病原菌对三唑类杀菌剂的抗性发展;专利CN103444783A公开了氟唑菌酰胺和三唑酮、溴菌腈、氰烯菌酯等杀菌剂的组合物,用于防治赤霉病、炭疽病等;专利CN103749454A公开了氰烯菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺等的杀菌组合物,用于防治赤霉病、水稻恶苗病等。没有三者混合使用的相关报道
随着农药现代化水平的提高,现在农药面临着生态和环境问题的巨大压力。连续使用同种或同类有毒农药引起有害生物抗性增强,农民不得不采取增加用药量来加以防治,长此以往,造成恶性循环。由于新农药品种研制和生产的投资与风险越来越大,市场开发的周期越来越长,再加上有害生物抗药性发展迅速,使得有效药剂的供应越发显得短缺。而农药混配的使用在延缓有害生物的抗性、提高防效、降低成本、延长使用寿命、减少农药对环境的污染等方面均起到了重要的作用。
我们在室内筛选和田间试验的基础上,将氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺进行复配,发现具有明显的增效作用,经进一步研究,完成了本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种杀菌效果好、用药成本低、杀菌谱广、对小麦赤霉病、白粉病等真菌性病害具有显著增效效果的组合物。为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一种含叶菌唑的协同减量杀菌组合物,其特征在于,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的重量比为1-80:1-80:1-80,优选的重量比为1-50:1-50:1-50,更进一步优选为1-30:1-30:1-30,有效成分的含量为1-85%,优选20-75%。
本发明的组合物用于小麦赤霉病,小麦白粉病、小麦锈病、瓜类枯萎病、苹果炭疽病、苹果腐烂病,小麦纹枯病、水稻稻瘟病、水稻恶苗病等的防治谱内的真菌性病害的防治
本发明的组合物可以按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制的制剂剂型,包括水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、湿拌种剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬剂、悬乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂等,在制备上述制剂时,可以根据需要在其中加入已知的助剂,例如乳化剂、润湿分散剂、助悬剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂等。已知的助剂有乳化剂、润湿分散剂、助悬剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂等;乳化剂例如可以是苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀醚、苯乙烯基苯酚甲醛树脂、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、甘油单月桂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、乙氧基蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基酚甲醛缩合物、十二烷基磺酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等中的一种或多种;分散剂可以为木质素磺酸钠、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、聚丙烯酸钠、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸缩聚物的钠盐和亚甲基双萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物等中的一种或多种;润湿剂包括十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐、茶枯、茶皂素等的一种或多种的混合物;溶剂包括水、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、磷酸三丁酯、四氢糠醇、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基亚砜、四氢呋喃、1,4二氧六环、环己醇、环己酮、环氧大豆油、植物大豆油、液蜡、润滑油等,还可以是其他本领域常用溶剂;填料可以为白炭黑、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土、玉米淀粉、石英砂、滑石粉、硫酸铵、硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化钾、轻钙等的一种或多种;防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素、二甘醇、甘油等的一种或几种;增稠剂选自黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、有机膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝等的一种或几种;消泡剂可以为氮酮、有机硅类等农药中合适的助剂均可以用于本发明。
本发明的优点是明显的,主要表现在:
1、本发明的组合物,各成分之间无拮抗作用,增效作用显著。
2、本发明的组合物,扩大了杀菌谱,杀菌效果更好。
3、本发明的组合物复配增效可降低各单剂的使用量,成本低,易推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量比,但本发明并不局限于此。
1、室内活性测定
室内毒力测定方法为:将氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑及氟唑菌酰胺原药,根据设定的配比浓度,配置成所需的药液,备用。试验方法参考《NY/T 1156.2-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第2部分:抑制病原真菌菌丝生长试验平皿法》。
在无菌条件下,将预先融化的培养基定量加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取药液,分别加入上述锥形瓶,充分摇匀。然后等量倒入3个以上直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板。不含药剂的处理作为空白对照。重复4次。
将培养好的病原菌,在无菌条件下,用直径5mm的打孔器,自菌落边缘切取菌饼,用接种器将菌病接种于含药平板中央,菌丝面朝上,盖上皿盖,置适宜温度的培养箱培养。
根据空白对照培养皿中菌的生长情况调查病原菌菌丝生长情况,用游标卡尺测量菌落直径,十字交叉法垂直各测一次,取平均值。
菌丝生长抑制率=(空白对照菌落直径-药剂处理菌落直径)/空白对照菌落直径×100。
采用共毒系数法评价本发明提供的含叶菌唑的协同减量杀菌组合物分别对小麦赤霉病菌、小麦白粉病菌及水稻恶苗病菌的增效作用,以药剂浓度的对数和防效几率值求回归方程,并计算得出药剂对的EC50值,然后求得共毒系数。以共毒系数评价复配药剂对小麦赤霉病、白粉病及水稻恶苗病的联合作用,共毒系数>120表示为增效作用,共毒系数在80~120之间表示为相加作用,共毒系数<80表示为拮抗作用。

表1-3的测定结果表明,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的组合在1-80:1-80:1-80比例范围内,对白粉病菌、赤霉病菌和水稻恶苗病菌均具有明显的增效作用,药效明显好于各自单剂单独试验效果。
2、制剂实施例
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量比,但本发明并不局限于此,本发明组合物各种剂型的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
实施例1、含氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的悬浮剂

实施例2、45%氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺可湿性粉剂
氰烯菌酯15%,叶菌唑5%,氟唑菌酰胺25%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10%,木质素磺酸钙6%,十二烷基硫酸钠10%,硅藻土2%,丙二醇0.5%,高岭土补足100%。按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为45%的氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例3、35%氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺水分散粒剂
称取氰烯菌酯10%,叶菌唑5%,氟唑菌酰胺20%,聚羧酸盐8%,烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物7%,茶枯10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙6%,白碳黑2%,硅藻土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取35%的氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺水分散粒剂。
实施例4、70%氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺水乳剂
氰烯菌酯30%,叶菌唑30%,氟唑菌酰胺10%,亚甲基双荼磺酸钠8%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,茶皂素13%,丙三醇0.5%,黄原胶1%,水补足100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为70%的氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺水乳剂。
实施例5、60%的氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺的乳油
将氰烯菌酯20%,叶菌唑30%,氟唑菌酰胺10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙11%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、聚氧乙烯烷基酚甲醛缩合物7%、油酸7%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮补足100%,混合均匀,既得60%的氰烯菌酯·叶菌唑·氟唑菌酰胺乳油制剂。
3、田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1-5及对照例1-3中的制剂。
对照药剂:
25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂(对照药剂1);
60%叶菌唑可湿性粉剂(对照药剂2);
10%氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂(对照药剂3)。
防治作物:小麦。
防除对象:小麦赤霉病、小麦白粉病
1、赤霉病试验方法:按照试验小区的面积(约为50m2),准确称量好各药剂,兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,于小麦扬花期第一次施药,灌浆初期第二次施药,分别于7天、15天后进行病情调查,比较各种药剂的活性。结果见表4。

2、白粉试验方法:按照试验小区的面积(约为30m2),准确称量好各药剂,兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,于病情初期施药一次,7天后施药一次,共施药两次,末次施药7天和14天后分别调查病情指数并计算防效。结果见表5。

大田试验结果表明,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺三元的复配对小麦赤霉病、白粉病的防效较好,与对照例相比,活性有了较大的提高,增效作用明显。根据田间目测,在试验剂量范围内,作物生长正常,未见植株产生药害及异常现象,对小麦安全。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种含叶菌唑的协同减量杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀菌组合物以氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺为有效成分,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的重量比为1-80:1-80:1-80,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的累积量为所述组合物总重量的1%-85%。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其特征在于,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的重量比为1-50:1-50:1-50,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的累积量为所述组合物总重量的20%-75%。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,氰烯菌酯、叶菌唑和氟唑菌酰胺的重量比为1-30:1-30:1-30。
4.一种复合杀菌剂,其特征在于,包含权利要求1-3任一所述的组合物和农药制剂上允许的常规助剂配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。
5.根据权利要求4的杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述剂型为水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、乳油、水悬浮剂、油悬剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、微乳剂。
6.权利要求1-3任一所述的组合物或权利要求4-5任一所述的杀菌剂用于防治小麦赤霉病,小麦白粉病、小麦锈病、瓜类枯萎病、苹果炭疽病、苹果腐烂病,小麦纹枯病、水稻稻瘟病、水稻恶苗病的应用。
