Abstract
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物及其应用,该组合物主要包括有效量的组分A和组分B两种活性成分,组分A是吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,组分B选自甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂中嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、唑胺菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺的任一种,其中组分A和组分B的质量份数比为20∶1~1∶20。本发明组合物应用时制成悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂或水乳剂,复配增效协同作用显著;本发明不仅提高了对水稻纹枯病及立枯病的防治效果,对其他作物上的白粉病、叶斑、锈病、霜霉病、炭疽病、疫病等病害具有较好的兼治作用,扩大了杀菌谱,还降低了农药使用量,减少了农药在农作物上的残留量,减轻了对环境的污染,延缓了病害抗药性的产生。

技术领域
本发明是一种农业杀菌剂,特别涉及一种以吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂为有效成分的杀菌组合物,用于防治水稻纹枯病。
背景技术
一种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,化学名称:N-(2-(2-氯-4-(三氟甲基)苯氧基)苯基-3-(二氟甲基)-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-酰胺,分子式:C19H13ClF5N3O2;作用于病原菌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDHI)而抑制其呼吸作用,作用特异,药效强、作用持久、对水稻纹枯病具有优异的防效,同时对白粉病、马铃薯晚疫病具有高效杀菌活性。
甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,是一类低毒、高效、广谱、内吸性杀菌剂,具有保护治疗铲除作用。活性基团是甲氧基丙烯酸(酯/酰胺),主要作用于真菌的线粒体呼吸链中的细胞色素复合物,阻止电子传递从而抑制真菌生长。作用机理独特,与现有大多数杀茵剂无交互抗性。对子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、半知菌纲、卵菌纲等病菌均有良好的防效。尤其对担子菌纲真菌引起的病害如纹枯病、立枯病等有特效。所述的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂具体为:
嘧菌酯是第一个商品化的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,高效、广谱,几乎可以防治所有真菌(卵菌纲、藻菌纲、子囊菌纲和半知菌纲)病害,如对白粉病、锈病、颖枯病、网斑病、霜霉病、稻瘟病等均有良好的活性,具有保护、铲除、渗透和内吸作用,能抑制孢子的萌发和菌丝的生长。可用于茎叶处理、种子处理,也可以进行土壤处理。适宜的作物为谷物、水稻、葡萄、马铃薯、蔬菜、果树、豆类及其它作物等。
氯啶菌酯是沈阳化工研究院研制开发的具有自主知识产权的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,化学名称:N-甲氧基-N-[2-[[(3,5,6-三氯吡啶-2-基)氧]甲基]苯基]氨基甲酸甲酯,已获得中国发明专利授权和PCT专利授权,目前生产的制剂为15%氯啶菌酯乳油。氯啶菌酯是一种高效广谱低毒杀菌剂,具有预防及治疗作用,对由子囊菌、担子菌及半知菌引起的小麦白粉病、稻瘟病、稻曲病、瓜类白粉病、番茄白粉病、苹果锈病、西瓜炭疽病、花卉白粉病等多种病害表现出优异的防治效果,田间应用中对供试作物生长无不良影响,对非靶标生物和环境安全。
唑胺菌酯是沈阳化工研究院研制开发的具有自主知识产权的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂新杀菌剂,已经获得中国专利授权,申请了美国、日本、巴西和韩国专利。原药和20%唑胺菌酯悬浮剂已获得农业部农药临时登记,登记对象为黄瓜白粉病。唑胺菌酯杀菌谱广、杀菌活性高,与其他同类型杀菌剂相比,具有独特的内吸传导性,对多种病害兼具保护和治疗活性,对白粉病、锈病、霜霉病和疫病有优异的防治效果。
烯肟菌胺是由沈阳化工研究院开发的具有自主知识产权的杀菌剂,杀菌谱广、活性高、具有保护和治疗作用,与环境相容性好,低毒、无致癌致畸作用,对由鞭毛菌、结合菌、子囊菌、担子菌及半知菌引起的多种病害有良好的防治作用。
丁香菌酯是沈阳化工研究院开发的具有自主知识产权的广谱性杀菌剂,对小麦纹枯病、水稻恶苗病、水稻纹枯病、稻瘟病、苹果树腐烂病、苹果轮纹病、苹果斑点病、番茄炭疽病等多种病原菌有较好的抑制作用。
肟醚菌胺系巴斯夫于1995年研发的,目前主要用于防治稻瘟病和纹枯病。中等毒性,对水稻安全。
瓜亡革菌(Thanatephoruscucumeris)引起纹枯病对水稻危害严重且较为常见。该病多在高温、高湿条件下发生,水稻拔节期病情开始激增,抽穗前以叶鞘为害为主,抽穗后向叶片、穗颈部扩展。该病使水稻不能抽穗,或抽穗的秕谷较多,粒重下降。近年来,防治水稻纹枯病的问题受到人们的重视,开发了一些相关的杀菌剂,例如中国专利申请件03132050.3号《一种防治水稻纹枯病的复配农药》、200510115741.5号《水稻纹枯病防治剂》、200510023168.5号《氟铃脲在防治水稻纹枯病中的应用》、200910114526.1号《一种用于防治水稻纹枯病的超低容量组合药剂》、201010294321.9号《一种用于防治水稻纹枯病的组合农药》、201110389699.1号《一种促生长并防治水稻纹枯病的杀菌剂及其应用》、201210401279.5号《防治水稻纹枯病的杀菌组合物》等。其中,201210401279.5号公开了该杀菌组合物有效成分为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂和丙硫咪唑。这些杀菌剂效果如何尚不明确。目前尚无用该吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂复配防治水稻纹枯病的相关申请件。
发明人对吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的复配配方筛选进行了深入研究,发现在一定的复配比例范围内,对防治水稻纹枯病具有显著的增效作用,在实际使用过程中,对水稻立枯病及其他作物上的白粉病、叶斑、锈病、疫病均有着较好的防治效果,经过进一步研究,完成了本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效、低毒且持效期长,在使用中可以降低用药量,延缓病害抗药性的产生,有利于水稻纹枯病综合治理的的杀菌组合物。
本发明实现目的所使用的技术方案是:一种含有吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂的杀菌组合物,有效成分为组分A和组分B,所述的组分A是一种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,其结构式为所述的组分B为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂中的一种,其余为助剂。
进一步地,所述的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂选自嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、唑胺菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺中的一种。进一步地,组分A和组分B的质量份数比为20∶1~1∶20。更进一步地,组分A和组分B的质量份数比为7∶1~5∶1。
进一步地,组分A和组分B的质量之和占组合物总质量的5%~80%。
进一步地,所述杀菌组合物以组分A和组分B为活性成分和助剂可配制成任意一种剂型。更进一步地,所述的剂型为悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂或水乳剂。
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂进行复配,对防治水稻纹枯病具有显著的增效作用,在实际使用过程中,对水稻立枯病及其他作物上的白粉病、叶斑、锈病、疫病均有着较好的防治效果。本发明组合物的施用频率和施用量随农作物、病害、天气情况变化而有小量变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、增效作用明显:组合物在一定配比范围内表现良好的增效作用,提高了组合物的防病效果;
2、扩大防治谱:组合物可防治农业生产上的多种病害;
3、降低使用成本:因复配提高了防效、扩大了防治谱,减少了使用次数,降低了使用成本;
4、延缓抗药性:两种不同作用机制的成分复配,病原菌不易产生抗药性,延缓病原
物对单剂抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明,但不能视为对本发明的限制。
(一)本发明组合物的室内生物活性测定
将该吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂及其复配组合物对水稻纹枯病菌的室内联合毒力测定。
室内生测的试验方法:以水稻纹枯病菌为靶标,采用菌丝生长速率法,挑取预先制备的菌丝块接种于不同药剂浓度的AEA培养基平板上,在25℃下培养4d,检查菌落直径,计算各药剂处理抑制菌丝生长的百分率,通过抑制率的机率值和系列药剂浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的EC50,根据Wadley的方法计算混配剂的增效作用,即SR<0.5,则两种药剂混配有拮抗作用,0.5≤SR≤1.5,则两种药剂混配有相加作用,SR>1.5,则两种药剂混配有增效作用。

从表1-6可以看出,该吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在7∶1~5∶1(按重量比)范围内复配使用时,其增效系数(SR)大于1.5,表明其对水稻纹枯病菌的防治具有增效协同作用,可见该吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的复配存在合理性和可行性。
(二)配方实施例应用于防治水稻纹枯病
选择以下实例1~6进行防治水稻纹枯病的田间试验,通过与该吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂(组分A)和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂单剂的效果对比,验证复配后的增效效果。试验地点为江西南昌塘南水稻示范田,时间为2016年7月20日,试验每个处理三个重复,小区随机排列,每个小区面积为44m2,采用背负式电动压缩喷雾器,施药当天晴天,试验期间温度29℃~35℃,适宜水稻纹枯病发生。
调查方法参照五点取样法,每小区调查100株并根据以下分级方法计算病情指数。
0级:植株叶鞘叶片未见症状;病情指数为0
1级:稻株基部有少数零星病斑;病情指数为0.1-20
3级:病斑延伸至倒三叶;病情指数为20.1-40
5级:病斑延伸至倒二叶;病情指数为40.1-60
7级:病斑延伸至倒一叶;病情指数为60.1-80
9级:病斑延伸至剑叶或全株枯死;病情指数为80.1-100
分别在首次施药后7天、14天、28天调查。计算公式如下:
病情指数=[∑(各级病株数×相对级数值)/(调查总株数×最高级别数)]×100
防治效果%=(1-Pt/CK)×100
其中:CK代表空白对照区施药后病情指数;Pt代表药剂处理区施药后病情指数。
实施例1 42%吡唑酰胺类·嘧菌酯悬浮剂
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂40%、嘧菌酯2%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%,木质素磺酸钠1.5%,乙二醇5%,消泡剂1%,硅酸镁铝3%,去离子水加至100%。
42%吡唑酰胺类·嘧菌酯悬浮剂按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为75.42%、79.63%、72.89%。本实施例中的嘧菌酯可替换为氯啶菌酯、唑胺菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天均在70~80%间,效果基本相同。
对比例1,95%吡唑酰胺类和97%嘧菌酯原药按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为60.56%、55.72%;65.25%、59.68%;68.94%、62.34%。
结论:该种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与上述甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在特定配比下复配增效明显,对水稻纹枯病防效高于单剂,且用量明显减少。
实施例2 32%吡唑酰胺类·烯肟菌胺水乳剂
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂28%、烯肟菌胺4%,500#3%,601#2%,磷酸酯类聚氧乙烯醚3%,乙二醇5%,消泡剂1%,硅酸镁铝3%,溶剂油10%,去离子水补足至100%。
32%吡唑酰胺类·烯肟菌胺水乳剂按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为90.62%、92.85%、91.03%。本实施例中的烯肟菌胺可替换为嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、唑胺菌酯、丁香菌酯、肟醚菌胺等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天均在88~94%间,效果基本相同。
对比例2,95%吡唑酰胺类和97%烯肟菌胺原药按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为60.56%、60.73%;65.25%、65.94%;68.94%、70.33%。
结论:该种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与上述甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在特定配比下复配增效明显,对水稻纹枯病防效高于单剂,且用量明显减少。
实施例3 30%吡唑酰胺类·丁香菌酯可湿性粉剂
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂25%、丁香菌酯5%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,烷基萘磺酸盐3%,白炭黑30%,高岭土补足至100%。
30%吡唑酰胺类·丁香菌酯可湿性粉剂按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为86.53%、90.75%、93.78%。本实施例中的丁香菌酯可替换为嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、唑胺菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天均在85~96%间,效果基本相同。
对比例3,95%吡唑酰胺类和97%丁香菌酯原药按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为60.56%、62.53%;65.25%、65.66%;68.94%、69.38%。
结论:该种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与上述甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在特定配比下复配增效明显,对水稻纹枯病防效高于单剂,且用量明显减少。
实施例4 30%吡唑酰胺类·唑胺菌酯水分散粒剂
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂15%、唑胺菌酯15%,,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,烷基萘磺酸盐3%,聚羧酸盐6%,白炭黑12%,高岭土补足至100%。
30%吡唑酰胺类·唑胺菌酯水分散粒剂按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为73.58%、76.13%、77.53%。本实施例中的唑胺菌酯可替换为嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天均在70~83%间,效果基本相同。
对比例4,95%吡唑酰胺类和97%唑胺菌酯原药按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为60.56%、64.83%;65.52%、67.43%;68.94%、68.32%。
结论:该种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与上述甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在特定配比下复配增效明显,对水稻纹枯病防效高于单剂,且用量明显减少。
实施例5 20%吡唑酰胺类·肟醚菌胺乳油
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂15%、肟醚菌胺5%,500#2%,601#3%,700#3%,溶剂油补足至100%。
20%吡唑酰胺类·肟醚菌胺乳油按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为78.99%、81.83%、85.33%。本实施例中的肟醚菌胺可替换为嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌胺、唑胺菌酯等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天均在78~88%间,效果基本相同。
对比例5,95%吡唑酰胺类和97%肟醚菌胺原药按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为60.56%、65.13%;65.52%、70.21%;68.94%、73.43%。
结论:该种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与上述甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在特定配比下复配增效明显,对水稻纹枯病防效高于单剂,且用量明显减少。
实施例6 42%吡唑酰胺类·氯啶菌酯可湿性粉剂
吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂2%、氯啶菌酯40%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,烷基萘磺酸盐3%,白炭黑30%,高岭土补足至100%。
42%吡唑酰胺类·氯啶菌酯可湿性粉剂按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为73.53%、78.75%、80.78%。本实施例中的氯啶菌酯可替换为嘧菌酯、丁香菌酯、唑胺菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天均在70~82%间,效果基本相同。
对比例6,95%吡唑酰胺类和97%丁香菌酯原药按4.8g/亩加水稀释喷雾,药后7天、14天、28天防效分别为60.56%、62.53%;65.25%、65.66%;68.94%、69.38%。
结论:该种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂与上述甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在特定配比下复配增效明显,对水稻纹枯病防效高于单剂,且用量明显减少。

1.一种含有吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,有效成分为组分A和组分B,所述的组分A是一种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,其结构式为所述的组分B为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂中的一种,其余为助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂选自嘧菌酯、氯啶菌酯、唑胺菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌胺、肟醚菌胺中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,组分A和组分B的重量份数比为20∶1~1∶20。
