本发明涉及农业领域,具体涉及一种含有螺虫乙酯与依维菌素的杀虫组合物;本发明特别的涉及一种预防或控制有害生物的方法。
背景技术
化学防治是农业上预防和控制害虫的一个重要手段。然而,当前,由于害虫等的种类、生存特性,生存环境等导致的效果差、抵抗性发达等原因有时不能够有效进行防除。
依维菌素(Ivermectin) 是一种新型的低毒、高效、广谱抗生素类药剂,是阿维菌素的结构改造产物之一。依维菌素纯品为灰白色粉末,难溶于水,易溶于甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、醋酸乙酯等有机溶剂。依维菌素对农业害虫、害螨也具有良好的防治效果。目前依维菌素主要用于防治家畜寄生虫,在农业上应用较少。因此,依维菌素作为农药开发将具有广阔的前景。
螺虫乙酯(Spirotetramat)是拜耳公司开发的季酮类化合物,与Bayer公司的杀虫杀螨剂螺螨酯(Spirodiclofen)和螺甲螨酯(Spiromesifen)属同类化合物。螺虫乙酯具有独特的作用特征,是迄今具有双向内吸传导性能的现代杀虫剂之一。该化合物可以在整个植物体内向上向下移动,抵达叶面和树皮,从而防治如生菜和白菜内叶上,及果树皮上的害虫。这种独特的内吸性能可以保护新生茎、叶和根部,防止害虫的卵和幼虫生长。其另一个特点是持效期长,可提供长达8周的有效防治。其结构式为:
螺虫乙酯在WO98/05638中已公开。
所述单独化合物的活性良好;然而,在低施用率或针对单独的害虫使用时它们不是总能满足杀昆虫剂、杀螨剂或杀线虫剂所必须满足的高要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为解决上述至少一个问题或其至少一个方面,特别是为有效控制有害生物,经大量生物测试筛选,本发明人出乎意料的发现可将螺虫乙酯和依维菌素组合用于有效预防或控制有害生物。令人惊奇的是,本发明活性化合物的组合控制有害生物的活性大大高于单独的活性化合物性能总和。该意料之外的效果是真正的协同效应,而不仅仅是补充作用。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种含螺虫乙酯、依维菌素的杀虫组合物及其用途。
一种含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物是采取以下技术方案实现:

一种保护作物预防有害生物侵袭的方法,包括使作物与含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物接触。
一种预防或控制有害生物的方法,包括分开、依次或同时施用螺虫乙酯、依维菌素。
本发明还提供了一种预防或控制有害生物的方法,将一种含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物作用于目标有用植物、目标有害生物或其环境、目标有用植物的繁殖材料;所述植物繁殖材料是籽苗、根茎、圃苗、插条或种子;所述有害生物特别优选梨木虱、柑橘红蜘蛛。

本发明发现:将螺虫乙酯和依维菌素组合不仅可带来对于杀虫谱的加和性提高,而且还实现令人惊喜的协同作用。
本文中使用的术语“协同作用”指本发明活性剂组合或组合物的杀虫效果大于各活性剂效果之和,或者说,其作用是超加和性的。
本发明提供一种含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物,所述螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的重量比为10:1-100:1,优选10:1-90:1,15:1-80:1,15:1-70:1,15:1-60:1,15:1-50:1,15:1-40:1,15:1-35:1,15:1-30:1。
所述的螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的重量比还可以是10:1,12:1,14:1,16:1,18:1, 20:1,21:1, 22:1,23:1, 24:1,25:1, 26:1,27:1, 28:1,29:1,30:1,32:1,34:1,36:1,38:1,40:1,45:1,50:1, 55:1,60:1,65:1,70:1, 75:1, 80:1, 85:1, 90:1,95:1, 100:1。
本发明的杀虫组合物中活性成分化合物的总量可根据具体因素而进行选择,以实现所期望的作用。所述因素例如,剂型、待施用对象、施用方法等。螺虫乙酯和依维菌素总共占所述组合物以重量计的5%-90%,优选10%-80%,更优选10%-50%。
所述螺虫乙酯和依维菌素总共占所述杀虫组合物还可以是5%,8%,10%,12%,15%,18%,20%,20.8%,22%,25%,28%,30%,32%,35%,38%,40%,42%,45%,48%,50%,52%,55%,58%,60%,62%,65%,68%,70%,72%,75%,78%,80%,82%,85%,88%,90%。
本发明的组合物可任选地包含农学上可接受的表面活性剂和/或增充剂。
根据本发明,术语“填充剂”指可与活性化合物相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述载体优选为惰性的,至少应为农学可接受的。所述填充剂可以为固体或液体。
本发明中可以使用的非活性填充剂既可以是固体也可以是液体的,可以作为固体填充剂使用的有例如:植物质粉末类(例如大豆粉、淀粉、谷物粉、木粉、树皮粉、锯末、核桃壳粉、麸皮、纤维素粉末、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草茎的颗粒,提取植物精华后的残渣等)、纸张、锯末,粉碎合成树脂等的合成聚合体、黏土类(例如高岭土、皂土、酸性瓷土等)、滑石粉类。硅石类(例如硅藻土、硅砂、云母、含水硅酸,硅酸钙)、活性炭、天然矿物质类(浮石、绿坡缕石及沸石等)、烧制硅藻土、砂、塑料媒介等(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯等)、氯化钾、碳酸钙、磷酸钙等的无机矿物性粉末、硫酸铵、磷酸铵、尿素、氯化铵等的化学肥料、土肥,这些物质可以单独使用或者2种以上混用。
可以作为液体填充剂使用的可以在下列材料中选择,例如水,酒精类(例如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇等)、酮类(例如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、二异丁基甲酮、环己酮等)、醚类(例如乙醚、二恶烷、甲基纤维素、四氢呋喃等)、脂肪族碳氢化合物类(例如煤油、矿物油等)、芳香族碳氢化合物类(例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂油、烷基萘、氯代芳烃、氯代脂肪烃、氯苯,等)、卤化碳氢化合物类、酰胺类、砜类、二甲基亚砜、矿物和植物油、动物油等。
为使有效成分化合物乳化、分散、可溶化、以及/或者润湿可以使用表面活性剂例如可以列举脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯高级脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯醇或酚的磷酸酯、多元醇的脂肪酸酯、萘磺酸聚合物、木质素磺酸盐、高分子梳形的支状共聚物、丁基萘磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸钠、油脂、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基牛磺酸盐的聚丙烯酸盐、蛋白质水解物。合适的低聚糖物或聚合物,例如基于单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯和/或聚氧丙烯或者其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的结合。
为使有效成分化合物分散、稳定化、附着,可使用例如黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、明胶、淀粉、纤维素甲醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯和天然磷脂(如脑磷脂和卵磷脂)以及合成磷脂、皂土、木质素磺酸钠等辅助剂。
其中防冻剂可选用乙二醇,丙二醇,丙三醇,山梨醇。作为悬浮性产品的抗絮凝剂可以使用例如萘磺酸聚合物、聚合磷酸盐等的辅助剂。作为消泡剂可使用有机硅消泡剂。为改良固体产品的流动性,可使用例如石蜡、硬脂酸盐、磷酸烷基酯等辅助剂。
可以使用的着色剂,例如无机颜料,如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;以及有机颜料/染料:茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料;以及微量元素,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
任选地,还可包含其它附加组分,例如保护胶体、粘合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、渗透剂、稳定剂、掩蔽剂。
所述一种含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物的剂型为:气雾剂、悬浮剂、微囊粒剂、细粒剂、可流动浓缩物、即用溶液剂、粉剂、水乳剂、油乳剂、微粒剂、油分散粉剂、油混溶流动性浓缩物、油混溶液体、泡沫剂、糊剂、悬浮浓缩物、悬乳剂、可溶性浓缩物、可溶性粉剂、颗粒剂、水溶性颗粒和/或片剂、水溶性粉剂、可湿性粉剂、经活性化合物浸渍的天然或合成材料、聚合物材料中的微囊剂以及水分散性颗粒。
在优选的实施方案中,所述杀虫组合物为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬乳剂、乳油、种衣剂、可湿性粉剂、挤出颗粒剂、包衣颗粒剂、烟雾剂、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂。
本发明的所述制剂可通过已知方式将所述活性化合物与常规添加剂混合而制备。所述常规添加剂如常规增充剂以及溶剂或稀释剂、乳化剂、分散剂、和/或粘合剂或固定剂、润湿剂、防水剂,如果需要,还可以包含催干剂和着色剂、稳定剂、颜料、消泡剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、水以及其它加工助剂。
这些组合物不仅包括可借助合适的设备如喷雾或撒粉设备立即适用于待处理的对象,而且还包括在施用于对象之前需进行稀释的浓缩商业组合物。
本发明的杀虫组合物可以以其活性成分化合物之组合物的形式制成适于施用的制剂,也可以以其适当剂量的商品制剂之组合的形式施用。
本发明的杀虫组合物还可以与其它活性成分联合施用,所述其它活性成分例如杀真菌剂、杀细菌剂、引诱剂、杀昆虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、生长调节剂、除草剂、安全剂、肥料或化学信息素等。
本发明的一种含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物,就有良好的植物相容性和有利的恒温动物毒性,适于防治在农业、林业、保护储藏产品和材料以及卫生领域中遇到的有害生物,优选节肢动物和线虫,尤其是昆虫和螨虫。它们对于通常敏感和抗性的物种具有活性,并且对于所有或单个发育阶段均具有活性。
本发明中使用术语“有害生物”意指可对植物的正常状态造成损失的任何有机体。“有害生物”可包括鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目、同翅目、直翅目、膜翅目、等翅目、蚤目、蜚蠊目、缨尾目以及螨虫等。

所有植物和植物部位都可根据本发明处理。本文中的植物的含义应理解为所有植物和植物群体,如需要和不需要的野生植物或作物植物(包括天然存在的作物植物)。作物植物为可通过常规育种和优选方法或可通过生物技术和遗传工程方法或可通过这些方法的组合获得的植物,所述植物包括转基因植物,也包括可受植物育种者权(plantbreeders' rights)保护或不受其保护的植物品种。植物部位的含义应理解为所述植物全部地上和地下的部分和器官,如枝条、叶、花和根,可提及的实例为叶、针、叶、茎、干、花、子实体、果实和种子,以及根、块茎和根茎。所述植物部位也包括采收物以及无性与有性繁殖物,如插枝、块茎、根茎、幼枝和种子。
本发明的杀虫组合物适合的植物包括:
农作物:玉米、水稻、小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、高粱、棉花、大豆、小豆、菜豆、 花生、荞麦、甜菜、油菜、向日葵、甘蔗、烟草等;

需强调的是本发明的杀虫组合物用于例如以下植物时特别有利的效果: 谷类植物如小麦、燕麦、大麦、斯佩耳特小麦( spelt )、黑小麦和黑麦,以及玉米、高梁和栗、稻、甘蔗、大豆、向日葵、马铃薯、棉花、油菜( oil seed rape)、加拿大油菜(canola) 、烟草、甜菜、饲用甜菜、芦笋、啤酒花和果实植物(包括梨果如苹果和梨,核果如桃、蜜桃、樱桃、李子、杏,柑桔类水果如橙子、葡萄柏、酸橙、拧禄、金桔、柑橘和萨摩蜜橘,坚果如阿月浑子、扁桃、核桃和美洲山核桃,热带水果如芒果、番木瓜、菠萝、海枣和香蕉,和葡萄)和蔬菜(包括叶菜类如苦苣、野苣、茴香、叶用莴苣、直立莴苣、瑞士甜菜、菠菜及沙拉用菊苣,甘蓝如花椰菜、青花椰菜、生菜叶、Brassica oleracea (L. )convar. acephalavar. sabellicaL. 根据本发明的杀虫组合物对植物和植物部位的处理,通过常规处理方法直接进行或者处理其环境、生境或储存空间来进行,所述常规处理方法例如浸液、喷雾、蒸发、弥雾、撒播、涂抹,并且对于繁殖材料尤其是种子还可包衣一层或多层。
用液体组合物浸湿植物所在地点、或将固体形式的有效成用本发明的方法处理目标有用生物,或者用本发明的组合物处理目标有害生物,可以通过通常处理方法直接进行,或者通过作用于其环境,生境或贮存区域而进行,所述通常处理方法如通过浇灌(浸渍)、滴灌、喷雾、蒸发、雾化、撒播、撒粉、发泡、涂布等方式向植物的叶片施用(叶面施用),可以调节施用的频率和用量,使其适应被所述有害生物侵害的程度。
有效成分掺入植物所在地点,例如以颗粒的形式掺入土壤中(土壤施用),有效成分也可通过根系进入植物内部(内吸作用)。在将本发明的使用方法进行实施时所说的植物的土壤或栽培媒介是指能够使农作物生根、生长的支撑体,例如:土壤,水等,具体的原材料可以使用例如砂子、浮石、蛭石、硅藻土、琼胶、凝胶状物、高分子物质、石棉、木屑、树皮等。
向土壤中施用药剂的方法,例如将液体药剂稀释于水中或不稀释直接施用于植物体的根部或育秧用的秧田中等方法,将颗粒剂散播到植物体的根部或者育秧的秧田中的方法有在播种前将粉剂、水分散粒剂等喷洒于土壤中并与土壤整体混合的方法,播种前或栽种植物体前将粉剂、水分散粒剂稀释后喷洒于种植孔、播种沟中,在进行播种的方法等。
本发明的杀虫组合物也适合于保护植物的繁殖材料例如种子、果实、块茎或核仁或者植物插条不受有害生物特别是昆虫和螨虫的侵害。可在施用前用组合物处理该繁殖材料,例如在播种前拌种。也可通过在液体组合物中浸泡核仁或用固体组合物包被核仁,将活性成分施加到种仁上(包被)。当在播种过程中将繁殖材料施加到例如种子播沟内时,也可将该组合物施加到应用地点。这些对植物繁殖材料的处理方法和如此处理的植物繁殖材料都是本发明进一步的主题。
大部分由害虫造成的对作物植物的损害早在种子,在存储期间以及种子被播入土壤后及在植物发芽期间或发芽后,被侵扰时就发生了。此阶段特别关键,因为正在生长植物的根和苗特别敏感,即使是微小的损害也可导致整株植物的死亡。因此,通过使用合适的组合物来保护种子和发芽植株是特别值得关注的。
通过处理植物种子来防治害虫是很久以来已知的并且是不断改进的主题。然而,处理种子也带来了一系列不是总能找到以令人满意的方式解决的问题。因此,需要开发保护种子和发芽植物的方法,其可免除在种植后或植物出芽后再额外施用作物保护产品。另外,还需要优化所用活性化合物的量,从而可向种子和发芽植物提供最佳保护,以防止害虫侵袭,而所用的活性化合物不会损害植物本身。特别地,处理种子的方法也可考虑转基因植物的固有杀虫性质以使用最少作物保护产品达到对种子和发芽植物的最佳保护。
因此,本发明还特别涉及一种通过用本发明杀虫组合物处理种子而保护种子和发芽植物免受害虫侵袭的方法。本发明保护种子和发芽植物免于害虫侵袭的方法包括同时用螺虫乙酯和依维菌素处理所述种子的方法。其还包括一种用螺虫乙酯和依维菌素在不同时间处理所述种子的方法。本发明还涉及本发明的杀虫组合物用于处理种子以保护所述种子和由其长出的植物免于害虫侵袭的用途。此外,本发明还涉及经本发明的杀虫组合物处理从而获得保护免受害虫侵袭的种子。本发明还涉及螺虫乙酯和依维菌素同时处理的种子。本发明还涉及经螺虫乙酯和依维菌素在不同时间处理的种子。对于经螺虫乙酯和依维菌素在不同时间处理的种子,本发明杀虫组合物的各个活性化合物可在所述种子上的不同层中存在。其中,含有螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的层可任选通过一个中间层分开。本发明还涉及其中将螺虫乙酯和依维菌素作为涂层组分或作为涂层外的一层或多层附加层施用的种子。
本发明的优点之一是本发明活性化合物结合物的特殊内吸性,即用本发明的杀虫组合物处理种子不仅保护种子本身而且保护萌芽后得到的植物免于害虫。这样,可以免除在播种时或稍后立即处理作物。
另一个优点是,与各单独活性化合物相比,本发明活性化合物结合物的协同增加的杀虫活性;所述杀虫活性超过所述两种活性化合物各自施用时的活性之和。这使得优化所用活性化合物的量成为可能。
另一方面,本发明的处理还可产生如下的超加和效应:改善植物生长、提高对高温或低温的耐受性、提高对干旱或者对水或土壤含盐量的耐受性、提高开花品质、使采收更简便、加快成熟、提高采收产率、改善采收产品的质量和/或提高其营养价值、改善采收产品的贮存稳定性和/或其加工性能。
本发明的杀虫组合物通常以以下剂量施用是常见的和有利的:
-对于叶部处理:0.1-10000 g/ha,优选10-1000 g/ha,更优选20-300 g/ha;对于浸渍或滴注施用而言,所述剂量甚至还可以降低,特别是当施用惰性基质如石棉或珍珠岩石时;
-对于种子处理:2-200g/100kg种子,优选3-150g/100kg种子;
-对于土壤处理:0.1-10000 g/ha,优选1-5000 g/ha。
上述剂量仅是一般性的示例性剂量,实际施用时本领域的技术人员会根据实际情况和需要,尤其是根据待处理的植物或作物的性质以及虫害情况来调整施用率。
应当指出,本发明的意义上,术语“螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物”包括分开、依次或同时施用螺虫乙酯和依维菌素。优选地,所述螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物为包含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的组合物的形式。
本发明所述的杀虫组合物可以以成品制剂形式提供,即组合物中各物质已经混合;也可以以单剂制剂提供,使用前在桶(罐)中直接混合。本发明的浓缩物通常与水混合得到所需要活性物质的浓度。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
(1)本发明两者复配后,与单剂相比,增效作用明显,提高了杀虫效果;
(2)本发明两者复配后,两者作用机理和作用方式完全不同,组合之后对低龄和高龄幼虫都有很好的杀灭作用,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓害虫抗药性的产生;
(3)本发明两者复配后,减少用药次数,降低用药成本,减少环境污染和农药残留;另外,一定程度上增加了害虫的防治谱。
(4) 本发明的杀虫组合物对梨木虱、柑橘红蜘蛛、棉蚜、烟粉虱有特别的防效。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
除另有说明之外,本发明所述的比例均为重量比,本发明所述的含量均为重量含量。
(一)制剂实施例
实施例1 1%依维菌素+14%螺虫乙酯水乳剂
称取依维菌素1%,螺虫乙酯14%,N-甲基吡咯烷酮18%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8%,甘油脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚8%、阿拉伯胶5%,磷酸异丁酯1%,乙二醇4%,水补足至100%。将有效成分用溶剂溶解制备成油相,将其他各组分加入水中搅拌均匀制备成水相,然后边搅拌边将油相加入水相,搅拌均匀,制得水乳剂。
实施例2 0.8%依维菌素+20%螺虫乙酯水乳剂
称取依维菌素0.8%,螺虫乙酯20%, SolvessoTM 200 ND 25%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯胺7%,聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚7%、阿拉伯胶5%,硅酮1%,丙二醇4%,亚磷酸三苯酯1%,水补足至100%。将有效成分用溶剂溶解制备成油相,将其他各组分加入水中搅拌均匀制备成水相,然后边搅拌边将油相加入水相,搅拌均匀,制得水乳剂。
实施例3 0.5%依维菌素+12.5%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂
称取依维菌素0.5%,螺虫乙酯12.5%,十二烷基三甲基铵5%,三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚5%,聚乙烯醇3%,丙二醇3%,硅酮1%,水补足至100%。将有效成分以及各种助剂与水混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机砂磨后,形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得悬浮剂。

称取依维菌素12.2%,螺虫乙酯27.8%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物9%,N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠11%,膨润土补足至100%。将各组分混合,经研磨、粉碎,制得可湿性粉剂。
实施例7 0.8%依维菌素+18%螺虫乙酯水分散粒剂
称取依维菌素0.8%,螺虫乙酯18%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚7%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚7%,硫酸铵3%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%,高岭土补足至100%。将上述各组分混合、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
实施例8 1%依维菌素+35%螺虫乙酯水分散粒剂
称取依维菌素1%,螺虫乙酯35%,甘油脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚12%,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,硫酸铵5%,羧乙基纤维素5%,白炭黑补足至100%。将上述各组分混合、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
实施例9 0.8%依维菌素+20% 螺虫乙酯悬乳剂
称取依维菌素0.8%, 螺虫乙酯20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠 10%,改性木质素磺酸钙 5%, 乙氧基化蓖麻油 4%,SolvessoTM 200ND 5%, 黄原胶 0.5%, 膨润土1%, 丙三醇 5%,消泡剂 0.6%, 水补足至100%。将依维菌素溶解在SolvessoTM 200ND中,加入乙氧基化蓖麻油,得到依维菌素乳油;将螺虫乙酯,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠,改性木质素磺酸钙,黄原胶,膨润土,丙三醇,水等上述各组分按比例混合均匀,并经砂磨,制备成螺虫乙酯的悬浮剂。将依维菌素的油相加入到含螺虫乙酯的悬浮剂中,得到悬浮乳剂。
实施例10 1%依维菌素+20% 螺虫乙酯乳油
称取依维菌素1%, 螺虫乙酯20%,N-甲基吡咯烷酮 20%,乙氧基化蓖麻油 4%, 十二烷基苯磺酸钙 2%,SolvessoTM 200ND 补足至100%; 将依维菌素、螺虫乙酯溶解在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,加入乙氧基化蓖麻油,十二烷基苯磺酸钙,SolvessoTM 200ND 搅拌得到均一透明的相,制备得到1%依维菌素+20%螺虫乙酯乳油。
实施例11 0.5% 依维菌素+20% 螺虫乙酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂
称取依维菌素0.5%,螺虫乙酯20%,Synperonic PE/64 15%,柠檬酸 0.05%,水10%,PAPI 20%, SOLVESSOTM 100 5%, 分散剂 LFH0.15%, 消泡剂 0.16%,尿素 5.5%;水补足至100%;将PAPI、依维菌素、SOLVESSOTM100形成的油相加入含Synperonic PE/64的水溶液中,形成乳状液。然后加热并保温在50℃下加入催化剂反应2小时。冷却后得到依维菌素的微囊剂。Synperonic PE/64、分散剂LFH、消泡剂、尿素、螺虫乙酯和水按比例混合均匀,并经砂磨,制备成悬浮剂。将得到的依维菌素的微囊剂加入螺虫乙酯的悬浮剂中,搅拌均匀得到0.5%依维菌素+20% 螺虫乙酯 微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
实施例12 1%依维菌素+40%螺虫乙酯种衣剂
称取依维菌素1%,螺虫乙酯40%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠 10%,改性木质素磺酸钙 5%,黄原胶1%,膨润土1%。丙三醇5%,PVP-K30 1%,补足至100%,将上述各组分按比例混合均匀,并经砂磨,制备成1%依维菌素+40%螺虫乙酯 种衣剂。
实施例13 0.5%依维菌素+22.5%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂
称取依维菌素0.5%,螺虫乙酯22.4%,烷基二甲基苄基铵10%,三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚8%,聚乙烯醇4%,丙二醇4%,硅酮1%,水补足至100%。将有效成分以及各种助剂与水混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机砂磨后,形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得悬浮剂。
实施例14 15%依维菌素+35%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂
称取依维菌素15%,螺虫乙酯35%,烷基二甲基苄基铵10%,三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚8%,聚乙烯醇4%,丙二醇4%,硅酮1%,水补足至100%。将有效成分以及各种助剂与水混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机砂磨后,形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得悬浮剂。
实施例15 7%依维菌素+70%螺虫乙酯水分散粒剂
称取依维菌素20%,螺虫乙酯70%,甘油脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚3%,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,硫酸铵1%,羧乙基纤维素1%,白炭黑补足至100%。将上述各组分混合、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
实施例16 10%依维菌素+ 80%螺虫乙酯水分散粒剂
称取依维菌素20%,螺虫乙酯70%,甘油脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚3%,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,硫酸铵1%,羧乙基纤维素1%,白炭黑补足至100%。将上述各组分混合、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
以上实施例中的配比为重量百分配比。
(二)室内生物测试
1、对柑橘红蜘蛛的室内生物测试
试验对象:柑橘红蜘蛛,选取生长健康、大小一致的成虫供生测试验用。
试验方法参考“浸叶法”和《农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T 1154.7-2006》杀虫剂第7部分“混配的联合作用测定”,测定依维菌素、螺虫乙酯以及二者不同比例的复配对试虫的室内生物活性。
将下表所述各配比药剂用丙酮溶解,并用0.1%吐温80水溶液配制成系列浓度。然后,将准备好的柑橘叶片在药液中浸渍20s,取出晾干,置于直径10cm的培养皿中,每处理4次重复,并设不含药剂(含溶剂和乳化剂)的处理做空白对照。然后,每皿接入25头试虫,置于温度为25℃±1℃、相对湿度60-80%、光照周期为L:D=(16:8)条件下饲养试虫,48h后检查结果,计算死亡率,并计算各处理的LC50,然后用共毒系数法计算组合物在各比例下的共毒系数。
共毒系数计算方法如下:
共毒系数若大于120,表明有增效作用;若小于80,表明为拮抗作用;若在80~120之间,表明为相加作用。

室内毒力测定结果表明,螺虫乙酯和依维菌素在10:1-100:1的比例范围内,对试虫的共毒系数均大于120,均表现出增效作用,且在15:1-50:1的范围内增效作用最明显。
2、对梨木虱的室内生物测试
试验对象:梨木虱,选取生长健康、大小一致的3-4龄幼虫供生测试验用。
试验方法参考《农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T 1154.9-2008》杀虫剂第6部分“喷雾法”和《农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T 1154.7-2006》杀虫剂第7部分“混配的联合作用测定”,测定依维菌素、螺虫乙酯以及二者不同比例的复配对试虫的室内生物活性。
将下表所述各配比药剂用丙酮溶解,并用0.1%吐温80水溶液配制成系列浓度。然后,用毛笔选取生理状态一致的试虫放入培养皿中,将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行定量喷雾,喷液量为2ml/皿,药液沉降1min后取出试虫,正常条件下饲养。每处理4次重复,每重复10头试虫,并设不含药剂(含溶剂和乳化剂)的处理做空白对照。处理后24h调查试虫死亡情况,计算死亡率,并计算各处理的LC50,然后用前述共毒系数法计算组合物在各比例下的共毒系数。

Claims (10)
1.一种含螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,含有活性成分螺虫乙酯和依维菌素,所述螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的重量比为10:1-100:1,优选10:1-90:1,再优选15:1-80:1,再优选15:1-70:1,再优选15:1-60:1,再优选15:1-50:1,再优选15:1-40:1,再优选15:1-35:1,再优选15:1-30:1。
2.根据权利要求1的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述螺虫乙酯和依维菌素的重量总共占所述组合物以重量计的5%-90%,优选10%-80%,更优选10%-50%,更优选10%-40%。
3.根据权利要求1的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,还包含表面活性剂和/或增充剂。
4.根据权利要求1的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、种衣剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬乳剂、挤出颗粒剂、包衣颗粒剂、烟雾剂、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、超低容量液剂。
5.权利要求1的杀虫组合物用于预防或控制有害生物的用途。
6.权利要求1的杀虫组合物用于预防或控制昆虫、螨虫的用途。
7.权利要求1的杀虫组合物用于预防或控制梨木虱、柑橘红蜘蛛、棉蚜、烟粉虱的用途。
8.一种预防或控制有害生物的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1的杀虫组合物作用于目标有用植物、目标有害生物或其环境、目标有用植物的繁殖材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述有害生物为梨木虱、柑橘红蜘蛛、棉蚜、烟粉虱。
10.一种保护作物预防有害生物侵袭的方法,其特征在于,包括使作物与权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物接触。
