Abstract
本发明公开了一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备浆料,浆料放入混料制浆设备,搅拌均匀制备成注浆浆料;(2)浆料注入到在多孔树脂模具中成型,得到生坯,注(3)将生坯至于烘箱中在得到干坯。(4)将干坯在高温真空烧结炉中进行渗硅反应烧结,在真空条件下最高温度为1350~1750℃下进行渗硅、保温0.5~5小时、冷却后得到成品。该方法的制备设备占地面积小、生产效率高、能实现自动化生产,而且成型的产品具有致密度高、均匀性好等优点;原料无毒,而且干燥效率高,生产周期短;其成本大幅降低,而且产品的均匀性更好;生产的产品更加多样化,能满足大尺寸异形复杂制品的生产。

技术领域
本发明属于无机非金属材料领域,主要涉及陶瓷胶态压力成型技术工艺,具体来说是一种采用高压注浆成型反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法。
背景技术
反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷是利用熔融硅与含碳/碳化硅素坯在高温下反应制备出的硅/碳化硅复合材料,该方法烧结过程没有尺寸变化,对于制备大尺寸复杂形状制品具有较明显的优势。
反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷具有优异的耐磨性、高强度、较好的韧性、耐腐蚀性以及较好的抗氧化性,其在机械密封、化工、能源及军工等技术领域得到广泛的应用。
目前反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷的成型方法有石膏模注浆成型、凝胶注模成型、干压成型、以及挤出成型等。石膏注浆成型是一种较为传统的制备方法,其过程是先将制备好的浆料注入到石膏模中进行吸浆成型,待坯体具有一定强度后脱模得到生坯;采用这种工艺生产反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷效率低、产品厚度有限、需要大量的石膏模具及较大场地进行生产而且产品的成品率较低以及性能较差。
申请号为2015106629369.3公开的“一种反应烧结碳化硅的制备方法”采用凝胶注模成型法将制备好的浆料注入到模具中形成凝胶,待产品具有一定强度后脱模得到生坯。这种工艺采用丙烯酰胺的单体作为凝胶剂,其具有较强的神经毒素,不利于大规模的生产;而且脱模后的生坯含水率较高使得干燥过程中很容易出现产品开裂变形等现象,通常需要高湿度的干燥装置,使得干燥效率低、生产周期长。
专利号为CN101289319B的“一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷及其生产方法”采用干压成型的方法将喷雾造粒粉于模具中,然后在一定压力下成型、脱模得到整体防弹板材生坯。采用这种方法一般需要流动性较好的喷雾造粒粉使得生产成本大幅提高,而且采用干压成型的方法对于异形复杂形状制品的成型难以实现,而且对于大尺寸产品均匀性较差,产品性能难以达到要求。
专利号为CN102219520B的“一种碳化硅坯体及其生产工艺”采用挤出成型的方法成型出了反应烧结碳化硅方梁、棍棒类产品。挤出成型工艺通常需要采用真空练泥装置制备质量较好的泥料,而且挤出成型难以成型复杂形状的制品,而且挤出成型的产品厚度较小。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种与现有传统石膏模注浆成型反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法相比其设备占地面积小、生产效率高、能实现自动化生产,而且成型的产品具有致密度高、均匀性好等优点;与凝胶注模成型相比,原料无毒,而且干燥效率高,生产周期短;与干压成型相比,其不需要进行喷雾造粒,使其成本大幅降低,而且产品的均匀性更好;与挤出成型相比,生产的产品更加多样化,能满足大尺寸异形复杂制品的生产的反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种具有以下方法的一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备浆料,所述浆料包括以下重量百分比的各组分:碳化硅粉体为45~98wt%碳源为2~50wt%,分散剂为0.1~8wt%,结合剂为0.1~20wt%,去离子水为20~50wt%,以上各组分重量之和为100%;将以上这些原料放入混料制浆设备,搅拌均匀制备成注浆浆料;(2)先将注浆浆料吸入到高压注浆机的储料灌中,然后将浆料注入到在多孔树脂模具中成型,得到生坯,注浆条件为一定加压时间为5~800秒,注浆压力1.5~10MPa,保压时间为10~800s,所述高压注浆机的注浆成型压力0.1~10MPa,所述多孔树脂模具的树脂气孔中位径为5~50μm;(3)将生坯至于烘箱中在30~150℃的温度下干燥5~24小时后得到干坯。(4)将干坯在高温真空烧结炉中进行渗硅反应烧结,在真空条件下最高温度为1350~1750℃下进行渗硅、保温0.5~5小时、冷却后得到成品。
所述碳源为炭黑、石墨粉、焦炭粉、石油焦粉以及有机物热解碳中的一种或一种以上混合。
所述分散剂为氨水、四甲基氢氧化铵、聚丙烯酸铵、聚乙烯亚胺、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯比咯烷酮中的一种或一种以上混合。
所述结合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、酚醛树脂、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸、亚硫酸纸浆废液、糊精中的一种或一种以上混合。
所述最后制成的干坯包括多种尺寸的整体板状、圆柱状、环状及其它异形复杂形状等。
所述最后制成的干坯的厚度2~80mm。
采用以上步骤后,本发明技术与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明首次将高压注浆成型工艺应用到反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的成型工艺中,相比现有制备反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的技术,本发明生坯制备时间短,生产效率高,由浆料直接高压注浆成型,不但能满足多种尺寸的复杂异形产品的生产需求,而且生产成本大幅降低,产品的均匀性大为改善;制备出生坯的含水率较低,干燥过程中收缩变形小,干燥效率高;此外该技术还能实现自动化生产工艺流程,而且产品质量都大提高。同时(一)与现有传统石膏模注浆成型反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法相比其设备占地面积小1、设备小;2、石膏模注浆需要大量的空间放置模具、本发明的方法采用一副模具就能完成3、生产效率高,石膏注浆成型得到生坯一般需要24h,本发明的方法得到生坯就10分钟;4、本发明方法得到的生坯含水率低,干燥效率提高;5、能实现自动化生产,由于高压注浆成型卫浴产品已经实现自动化了,而且成型的产品具有致密度高,传统石膏模注浆成型的依靠的是毛细管力,颗粒堆积不够致密,而这种方法是高压条件下成型,其成型压力比毛细管力要大很多,这样自然颗粒的堆积更加紧密;6、均匀性好,石膏模注浆成型过程依靠毛细管力,在厚度方向上产品的致密度上是存在较大偏差的,靠近石膏的地方致密度高,离石膏模远的地方致密度低,而本发明的方法是在高压下注浆成型,产品厚度方向上的差异被大幅缩小,均匀性好。(二)、与凝胶注模成型相比,原料无毒,而且干燥效率高,生产周期短。(三)、与干压成型相比,其不需要进行喷雾造粒,使其成本大幅降低,而且产品的均匀性更好;与挤出成型相比,生产的产品更加多样化,能满足大尺寸异形复杂制品的生产。
具体实施方式
下面具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
(1)将98wt%碳化硅、2wt%石墨粉、1.2wt%六偏磷酸钠、10wt%酚醛树脂、35wt%去离子水搅拌混合24小时,得到注浆浆料。
(2)将以上制备好的高压注浆浆料通过吸料管吸入高压注浆机储料灌,通过高压注浆机进行注浆成型,注浆成型压力在50s内由0.1MPa增加到4MPa,然后在4MPa的高压下保压100s、卸压、打开模具脱模,得到生坯产品,该多孔树脂模具的树脂气孔中位径为25μm。
(3)将生坯产品至于烘箱中,在50℃下干燥12小时,然后再升温至90℃干燥2小时,得到干坯产品。
(4)将干坯产品在脱蜡炉中脱蜡后进行埋硅烧结,在真空气氛下最高温1600℃保温1h,产品的烧后密度>3.00g/cm3,弯曲强度为>300MPa。
实施例2:
(1)将55wt%碳化硅、20wt%石墨粉、25wt%炭黑粉、1.2wt%六偏磷酸钠、0.6wt%羧甲基纤维素、50wt%去离子水搅拌混合24小时,得到注浆浆料。
(2)将以上制备好的高压注浆浆料通过吸料管吸入高压注浆机储料灌,通过高压注浆机进行注浆成型,注浆成型压力在50s内由0.1MPa增加到4MPa,然后在4MPa的高压下保压200s、卸压、打开模具脱模,得到生坯产品,该多孔树脂模具的树脂气孔中位径为25μm。
(3)将生坯产品至于烘箱中,在50℃下干燥12小时,然后再升温至90℃干燥2小时,得到干坯产品。
(4)将干坯产品在脱蜡炉中脱蜡后进行埋硅烧结,在真空气氛下最高温1610℃保温1h,产品的烧后密度>3.00g/cm3,弯曲强度为>300MPa。
实施例3:
(1)将75wt%碳化硅、25wt%石墨粉、1.2wt%六偏磷酸钠、0.6wt%羧甲基纤维素、40wt%去离子水搅拌混合24小时,得到注浆浆料。
(2)将以上制备好的高压注浆浆料通过吸料管吸入高压注浆机储料灌,通过高压注浆机进行注浆成型,注浆成型压力在50s内由0.1MPa增加到4MPa,然后在4MPa的高压下保压100s、卸压、打开模具脱模,得到生坯产品,该多孔树脂模具的树脂气孔中位径为25μm。
(3)将生坯产品至于烘箱中,在50℃下干燥12小时,然后再升温至90℃干燥2小时,得到干坯产品。
(4)将干坯产品在脱蜡炉中脱蜡后进行埋硅烧结,在真空气氛下最高温1610℃保温1h,产品的烧后密度>3.00g/cm3,弯曲强度为>300MPa。
实施例4:
(1)将75wt%碳化硅、25wt%炭黑粉、1.2wt%六偏磷酸钠、0.6wt%羧甲基纤维素、45wt%去离子水搅拌混合24小时,得到注浆浆料。
(2)将以上制备好的高压注浆浆料通过吸料管吸入高压注浆机储料灌,通过高压注浆机进行注浆成型,注浆成型压力在50s内由0.1MPa增加到4MPa,然后在4MPa的高压下保压100s、卸压、打开模具脱模,得到生坯产品,,该多孔树脂模具的树脂气孔中位径为25μm。
(3)将生坯产品至于烘箱中,在50℃下干燥12小时,然后再升温至90℃干燥2小时,得到干坯产品。
(4)将干坯产品在脱蜡炉中脱蜡后进行埋硅烧结,在真空气氛下最高温1610℃保温1h,产品的烧后密度>3.00g/cm3,弯曲强度为>300MPa。
以上仅是本发明的特征实施范例,对本发明保护范围不构成任何限制。凡采用同等交换或者等效替换而形成的技术方案,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:(1)制备浆料,所述浆料包括以下重量百分比的各组分:碳化硅粉体为45~98wt%碳源为2~50wt%,分散剂为0.1~8wt%,结合剂为0.1~20wt%,去离子水为20~50wt%,以上各组分重量之和为100%;将以上这些原料放入混料制浆设备,搅拌均匀制备成注浆浆料;(2)先将注浆浆料吸入到高压注浆机的储料灌中,然后将浆料注入到在多孔树脂模具中成型,得到生坯,注浆条件为一定加压时间为5~800秒,注浆压力1.5~10MPa,保压时间为10~800s,所述高压注浆机的注浆成型压力0.1~10MPa,所述多孔树脂模具的树脂气孔中位径为5~50μm;(3)将生坯至于烘箱中在30~150℃的温度下干燥5~24小时后得到干坯。(4)将干坯在高温真空烧结炉中进行渗硅反应烧结,在真空条件下最高温度为1350~1750℃下进行渗硅、保温0.5~5小时、冷却后得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述碳源为炭黑、石墨粉、焦炭粉、石油焦粉以及有机物热解碳中的一种或一种以上混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为氨水、四甲基氢氧化铵、聚丙烯酸铵、聚乙烯亚胺、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯比咯烷酮中的一种或一种以上混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述结合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、酚醛树脂、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸、亚硫酸纸浆废液、糊精中的一种或一种以上混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述最后制成的干坯包括多种尺寸的整体板状、圆柱状、环状及其它异形复杂形状等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述最后制成的干坯的厚度2~80mm。
