本发明涉及一种双组份水性环氧树脂涂料,属涂料化工领域。该水性环氧树脂涂料包括A组分和B组分,其中A组分包括:水性环氧树脂胶体30~50 wt%、锌粉60~70 wt%、石墨烯微片0.5~3 wt%、颜填料和助剂10~20 wt%;B组分为以对苯二胺作为主要胺类化合物的水性环氧固化剂;控制水性环氧乳液与水性环氧固化剂质量比为4~8:1。本发明制备的水性环氧树脂涂料操作简单,以水作为溶剂无VOCs排放,得到的漆膜表面光滑平整、柔韧性好(≤1级),附着力强(≤1级),光泽度高,具有极好的耐酸、耐碱、耐水、耐盐雾性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性环氧树脂涂料,属涂料化工领域。
背景技术
腐蚀问题一直是影响国民经济发展的重要因素。我国每年因腐蚀造成的经济损失约占GDP的3%~5%,2014年全年腐蚀损失超过2.1万亿元。防腐领域,特别是重防腐领域,其涂料体系一般要求配套使用,包括底漆、中涂和面漆。底漆是涂层基础,是涂层最重要的部分。底漆含有较多的颜填料,必须对基体具有良好的润湿性和附着力,同时还要有较强的屏蔽性和耐酸碱性。
由于环氧树脂与基体间的附着力好,固化剂种类多,固化后体积收缩仅有2%,固化后能形成三维网状结构,具有较好的耐水性、耐酸碱性、耐油性,所以环氧富锌涂料是防腐领域中应用最广泛涂料之一。溶剂型环氧涂料含有大量挥发性有机物(Volatile OrganicCompounds, VOCs),VOCs是造成光化学烟雾的主要原因,它会引发慢性呼吸道疾病、损伤中枢神经、刺激黏膜、致癌致畸等,所以控制VOCs的排放量势在必行。因此,国家出台了一系列政策法规来限制VOCs的排放,水性环氧富锌涂料是目前涂料发展的一大趋势。
但是环氧树脂不溶于水,制备水性环氧富锌涂料需要将环氧树脂水性化,目前常用方法有:机械法、化学改性法、外加乳化剂法等。现有技术水性化后只能够形成一种乳液,稳定性、亲水性以及环氧树脂在乳液中存在的尺寸大小并不能完全满足要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有水性环氧富锌涂料用乳液制备的不足,提供一种水性环氧树脂胶体制备水性环氧树脂涂料的方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种水性环氧树脂涂料,包括A组分和B组分,其特征在于,所述水性环氧涂料A组分包括:水性环氧树脂胶体30~50 wt%、锌粉50~70 wt%、石墨烯微片0.5~3 wt%、颜填料10~20 wt%;B组分为水性环氧固化剂。控制水性环氧乳液与水性环氧固化剂质量比为4~8:1。
所述的水性环氧树脂涂料,其特征是:所述水性环氧树脂是以水性环氧树脂胶体的形式存在。
所述的水性环氧树脂涂料,其特征是:所述石墨烯微片片径0.5-10um,厚度0.4-20nm,可以是粉体,也可以是水性浆料。
所述的水性环氧树脂涂料,其特征是:所述水性环氧固化剂是分散在水中的以对苯二胺作为主要胺类化合物改性后的环氧树脂。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按配方的剂量将水性环氧胶体加入至物料桶中,在800r/min的速度搅拌下依次加入锌粉、石墨烯微片和颜填料,待体系混匀后以2000 r/min的速度分散20 min,经砂磨机研磨10 min,200目过滤,加适量的去离子水调节体系至合适粘度,静置一段时间即得到A组分;
(2)按配方剂量向A组分中加入B组分,搅拌均匀即得到水性环氧涂料。
本发明以水作为溶剂,无VOCs排放,得到的漆膜表面光滑平整、柔韧性好(≤1级),附着力强(≤1级),光泽度高(≤1级),具有极好的耐酸、耐碱、耐水、耐盐雾性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
一种水性环氧富锌底漆,其制备步骤如下:
(1)取水性环氧树脂胶体50g加入至物料桶中,在800r/min的速度的搅拌下依次加入锌粉60 g、石墨烯微片2g、云母粉3 g、滑石粉2 g、硅微粉1 g、超细硫酸钡2 g、高岭土0.75 g、有机膨润土0.25 g、三聚磷酸铝5 g、磷酸锌2 g,待体系混匀后以2000 r/min的速度分散20 min,经砂磨机研磨10 min,200目过滤,加5~8 mL去离子水调节体系至合适粘度,加入消泡剂0.05 g、分散剂0.02 g、流平剂0.05 g搅拌均匀,静置一段时间即得到A组分;
(2)向A组分中加入水性环氧固化剂10g,搅拌均匀静置消泡2min即得到水性环氧树脂涂料。
按照标准《水性环氧树脂防腐涂料》HG/T 4759-2014进行检测,该环氧树脂漆膜性能指标如下:
涂层外观:平整光滑无颗粒;
固化时间:表干< 30 min,实干< 3 h;
附着力/级:≤1;
耐冲击/cm:50;
柔韧性/mm:≤1;
干膜厚度/μm:10~100;
光泽度/级:1;
耐盐雾/h:1000h;
耐水性/168h:无起泡、起皱、脱落、生锈;
耐酸性/24h:无起泡、裂痕、剥落、粉化;
耐碱性/168h:无起泡、裂痕、剥落、粉化;
耐盐水性/240h:无起泡、裂痕、剥落、粉化。

1.一种水性环氧树脂涂料,由组分A和组分B水性环氧固化剂组成,其特征在于,所述水性环氧树脂涂料A组分包括:水性环氧树脂胶体30~50wt%、锌粉30~70wt%、石墨烯微片0.5~3wt%、颜填料10~20wt%;
所述水性环氧树脂是以水性环氧树脂胶体的形式存在;
所述石墨烯微片片径0.5-10um,厚度0.4-20nm,可以是粉体,也可以是水性浆料;
所述水性环氧固化剂是分散在水中的以对苯二胺作为主要胺类化合物改性后的环氧树脂。
