技术领域
本发明涉及日用洗涤领域,尤其涉及一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片。
背景技术
目前,生活中常用的洗衣剂主要有洗衣粉、洗衣液和洗衣皂三种。其中洗衣粉通常为袋装,使用时将包装袋剪开,取用少量的洗衣粉之后再以夹子之类的物品将包装袋夹上。此种洗衣粉由于包装袋打开后密封性不好,容易导致洗衣粉受潮、结块而影响其溶解性和清洁力,而且在取用的过程中洗衣粉也非常容易散落在盥洗台附近,难以清理。
洗衣液通常为瓶装,取用时需要测量杯测量;另外还有挤压式瓶装洗衣液,此种洗衣液的液体出口由于多次挤压或挤压头封装问题,容易导致洗衣液在挤压过后常常自动溢出,增加了洗涤后的清洁工作。
洗衣皂在搓洗的过程中会残留水分,在放入皂盒后,水分的长期留存会软化洗衣皂,造成不必要的浪费。
综上所述,现有的洗涤用品大多存在各种缺点,且不易携带,占用空间,不便于出差旅行时使用。因此,需要对洗涤用品进行改进。
现有技术中也有洗衣片产品,目前市面山的洗衣片有两种:一种是用无纺布作为载体,件洗衣液粘附在无纺布上,每次洗涤后需要去除无纺布,而且还会出现无纺布中纤维脱落的现象,脱落的纤维会粘附在衣服上;另一种是用聚乙烯醇作为成膜剂,用高岭土、二氧化硅、玉米淀粉等作为填充物,添加矢量的表面活性剂烘干成片,洗涤时溶解后有非常明显的沉淀物、水非常浑浊,沉淀物在洗涤过程中会吸附在衣服纤维中,到最后残留。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种体积小、溶解快、不沉淀、既能去污、又能杀菌的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,从物理形态上实现了洗衣剂的纸化,体积小,便于携带和取用方便。活性物含量大于60%,与洗衣液、洗衣粉和洗衣皂相比,使用量大大降低,保持了传统洗衣液和洗衣粉的洗涤效果,在冷热水中会立即溶解,不结块、不沉淀。本发明添加植物杀菌成分和植物去污成分,3.3%该洗衣片的水溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念球菌的杀菌率均大于90%,符合国家卫生部的《消毒技术规范》(2002版),衣物清洗后可以除霉除味。植物去污成分与常用表面活性剂复配使用,增强了洗涤效果。去污能力强,按照QB/T 1224-2012(衣料用液体洗涤剂),3.3%该洗衣片的水溶液与标准洗衣液的去污力相比,对皮脂油污布的去污力为1.6,对蛋白污布的去污力为1.5,对碳黑油污布的去污力为1.2,均大于标准洗衣液的去污力。相比常用洗衣用产品,既具有去污效果,又具有杀菌效果,更安全环保。本发明不含磷、不含荧光增白剂,pH值接近中性,不伤手,可生物降解,不会造成环境污染。
具体实施方式
本发明超浓缩杀菌洗衣片中的对氯间二甲基苯酚是一种广谱的防霉抗菌剂,对多数革兰氏阳性菌,革兰氏阴性菌,真菌,霉菌都具有杀灭功效,可使微生物的蛋白质变性、沉淀,使微生物的酶系统失活,能抑制和杀死部分细菌的繁殖体和亲脂病毒。
市面上常见的酚类杀菌剂包括苯酚、甲酚、对氯间二甲苯酚和三氯羟基二苯醚,表1为上述四种酚类杀菌剂的性能参数对比,测试时选择等量、等稀释度的酚类杀菌剂,同等的测试对象。抗菌效果中以苯酚的抗菌效果为基础数值,其他抗菌效果以苯酚的抗菌效果为基础进行倍数对比。基于不同的酚类杀菌剂的杀菌效果、对环境的污染、对皮肤刺激性均有所不同,本发明的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片中优选了对氯间二甲基苯酚作为杀菌剂,对氯间二甲基苯酚相比其他的酚类杀菌剂而言,杀菌效果更高,对皮肤刺激性小,对环境的污染小,不含刺激性味道,衣服清洗后可以除霉除味。

本发明的植物杀菌剂选用含有反应活性很高的官能团化合物和萜类化合物的植物杀菌剂,这些化合物溶解后形成直径很小活性很强的分子,活性很强的天然植物分子与织物中的异味分子发生碰撞而破坏异味分子中的化学键促使其分解,并发生相似相容物理吸收和溶解;植物杀菌剂中的生物碱还与织物上污渍的的碳、氮、硫等酸性氧化物发生酸碱中和反应;植物杀菌剂中的有效成分,能与污渍的有害、异味分子迅速发生聚合、取代、置换、吸附、分解等化学反应。由于不同的植物杀菌剂的提取成本、提取工艺成熟度、提纯物纯度存在差异,本发明优选樟脑油、桉叶油、芦荟提取液、生姜提取液、大蒜精油、艾叶油、茶树油。上述植物在我国的种植范围广,提取工艺成熟,提取成本低,杀菌除味效果好。
植物去污剂的去污原理是含有表面活性剂成分,可以和丝毛织物上的污渍发生起泡、去污、乳化等反应,进而将织物表面的污渍去除。植物去污剂相比化学去污剂而言,不含碱性,对丝毛织物无损伤。并且本发明中除了添加植物去污剂外,还添加了十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠等化学表面活性剂,植物去污成分与常用表面活性剂复配使用,增强了洗涤效果。去污能力强。植物去污剂中优选无患子提取液、皂荚提取液和油茶籽提取物。无患子、皂荚、油茶籽作去污剂使用时间长,提取工艺成熟,提取成本更低,适合工业生产。
在洗衣片中添加防腐剂是为了抑制衣服上的微生物生长和繁殖,本发明中优选甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、DMDM乙内酰脲作为防腐剂,上述三种防腐剂是一种高效杀菌剂,具有耐热水性,可以抑制细菌、真菌及霉菌的生长,可以直接加入个人护理用品,化妆品、涂料等领域。本发明的洗衣片添加了防腐剂,进一步增强了杀菌效果,同时还具有了防霉抗菌的作用。
成膜剂是一种能让洗衣片内活性物质粘合在一起的助剂,本发明中的成膜剂可以为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种,由于聚乙二醇无毒、无刺激,具有良好的水溶性,能与许多有机物组分有良好的相容性,故此本发明的成膜剂优选为聚乙二醇。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明超浓缩杀菌洗衣片作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇6g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3g,樟脑油1g,艾叶油2g,生姜提取液1g,茶树油1g,对氯间二甲基苯酚1.5g,皂荚提取液3g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15g,十二烷基硫酸钠10g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚8g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠3g,泡花碱7g,纯碱13g,乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.5g,香精0.3g,色素0.0002g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.15g,去离子水24.5495g。

一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇3g,聚乙烯醇4g,桉叶油2g,芦荟提取液2g,大蒜精油1g,对氯间二甲基苯酚2.5g,无患子提取液3g,油茶籽提取物2g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠13g,十二烷基硫酸钠10g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚10g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠2g,泡花碱6g,纯碱12g,柠檬酸钠0.3g、葡萄糖酸钠0.2g,香精0.1g,色素0.0001g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1g,甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2g,去离子水26.5999g。
将上述原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。
实施例3:
一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇2g,聚乙烯醇3g,樟脑油0.2g,芦荟提取液0.1g,生姜提取液0.1g,茶树油0.1g,对氯间二甲基苯酚0.5g,皂荚提取液1g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10g,十二烷基硫酸钠5g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚5g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠1g,泡花碱5g,纯碱10g,柠檬酸钠0.1g,葡萄糖酸钠0.3g,香精0.05g,色素0.0002g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1g,去离子水56.4498g。
将上述原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。
实施例4:
一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇3g,聚乙烯醇3g,樟脑油0.3g,芦荟提取液0.3g,生姜提取液0.2g,茶树油0.2g,对氯间二甲基苯酚1g,皂荚提取液2g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠12g,十二烷基硫酸钠8g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚6.5g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠2g,泡花碱6g,纯碱12g,柠檬酸钠0.1g,葡萄糖酸钠0.3g,香精0.13g,色素0.0002g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1g,去离子水42.3998g。
将上述原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。
实施例5:
一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇4g,聚乙烯醇4g,樟脑油1g,芦荟提取液2g,生姜提取液1g,茶树油1g,对氯间二甲基苯酚1.5g,皂荚提取液3g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15g,十二烷基硫酸钠10g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚8g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠3g,泡花碱7g,纯碱13g,柠檬酸钠0.2g,葡萄糖酸钠0.2g,香精0.3g,色素0.0002g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.15g,去离子水24.8495g。
将上述原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。
实施例6:
一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇4.5g,聚乙烯醇4.5g,樟脑油0.5g,芦荟提取液0.5g,生姜提取液0.5g,茶树油0.5g,对氯间二甲基苯酚2g,皂荚提取液4g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠20g,十二烷基硫酸钠12g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚9g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠4g,泡花碱8g,纯碱17g,柠檬酸钠0.2g,葡萄糖酸钠0.3g,香精0.1g,色素0.0002g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.3g,去离子水12.0998g。
将上述原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。
实施例7:
一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其原料配方如下:聚乙二醇5g,聚乙烯醇5g,樟脑油0.8g,芦荟提取液0.8g,生姜提取液0.7g,茶树油0.7g,对氯间二甲基苯酚2.5g,皂荚提取液5g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠20g,十二烷基硫酸钠12g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚9g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠5g,泡花碱10g,纯碱20g,柠檬酸钠0.2g,葡萄糖酸钠0.3g,香精0.5g,色素0.0002g,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.5g,去离子水1.9998g。
将上述原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。
下面是实施例1-7超浓缩杀菌洗衣片的PH值测试试验:
参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)(卫法监发[2002]282号)中2.2.1.4进行测试;试验温度22摄氏度,相对湿度61%。
由表2-1可以得出,本发明实施例1-7的消毒片PH值在6.40-7.10之间,接近中性,不易对人体皮肤造成腐蚀伤害。

下面是实施例1-7的一次完整皮肤刺激试验:
将本发明实施例1-7的洗衣片溶解稀释5倍后涂于新西兰家兔左侧去毛区皮肤,然后用无刺激塑料膜覆盖,新西兰家兔右侧去毛区皮肤作为空白对照。敷贴时间4h。随后用温水也洗去残留液体,分别与1h、24h、48h观察皮肤局部反应,进行刺激反应评分。
表2-2显示:观察期间内,受试新西兰家兔皮肤未见红斑、水肿异常反应,未发现其他中毒症状,最高刺激指数为0。

综合表2-1和表2-2得出以下结论:本发明的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片PH值在6.40-7.10之间,尤其是实施例5、6、7中洗衣片的配方基本接近中性,对人体皮肤基本无刺激性,不伤手。
下面是实施例1-7对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭试验:
菌悬液的制备:依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.3,含菌量为1×108cfu/mL-5×108cfu/mL。
实施例1-7中和剂鉴定试验:依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.5。试验菌为大肠杆菌。每一实施例试验分组为:(1)洗衣片溶液+菌悬液,(2)(洗衣片溶液+菌悬液)+中和剂,(3)中和剂+菌悬液,(4)(洗衣片溶液+中和剂)+菌悬液,(5)TPS+菌悬液,(6)试验所用同批次TPS、中和剂、培养基。洗衣片溶液3.3%稀释液,作用时间10min,试验重复3次。试验温度19℃-21℃。
实施例1-7中和剂鉴定试验结果:
如表3-1所示,实施例1的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.24×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为2.51%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例2的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.20×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为2.24%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例3的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.37×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率2.52%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例4的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.27×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为2.58%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例5的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.18×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为3.01%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例6的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.24×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为2.75%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例7的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为4.38×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为2.54%。第(6)组无菌生长。

实施例1-7对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果:
如表3-2所示,实施例1-7均经3次重复试验表明:实施例1-7的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,在试验温度19℃-21℃时,该洗衣片溶液3.3%稀释液,作用20min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均大于5.00,其中实施例1对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为95.1%、94.9%,实施例2对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为95.8%、95.5%,实施例3对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为92.0%、92.6%,实施例4对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为92.2%、92.5%,实施例5对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为97.8%、96.3%,实施例6对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为95.3%、95.4%,实施例7对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别为95.2%、94.7%。综合表3-1和表3-2得出以下结论:本发明的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均大于90%,其中实施例5对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌效果最佳。

下面是实施例1-7对白色念珠菌的杀灭试验:
菌悬液的制备:依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.3,含菌量为1×107cfu/mL-5×107cfu/mL。
中和剂鉴定试验:依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.5。试验菌为白色念珠菌。试验分组为:(1)洗衣片溶液+菌悬液,(2)(洗衣片溶液+菌悬液)+中和剂,(3)中和剂+菌悬液,(4)(洗衣片溶液+中和剂)+菌悬液,(5)TPS+菌悬液,(66)试验所用同批次TPS、中和剂、培养基。洗衣片溶液2%稀释液,作用时间10min,试验重复3次。试验温度19℃-21℃。
实施例1-7中和剂鉴定试验结果:
如表4-1所示,实施例1的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.04×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为4.24%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例2的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.09×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为4.72%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例3的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.19×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为3.01%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例4的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.08×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为2.30%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例5的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.04×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为4.25%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例6的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.09×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为4.13%。第(6)组无菌生长。
实施例7的第(1)组平均生长菌数为0cfu/mL,第(2)组平均生长菌数为2.15×102cfu/mL,第(3)、(4)、(5)组平均生长菌数相近,三组间误差率为3.57%。第(6)组无菌生长。

定量杀菌试验:依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.7。实施例1-7的洗衣片溶液3.3%稀释液,作用时间10min、20min、30min,试验重复3次。试验温度19℃-21℃。
实施例1-7对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果:如表4-2所示,经3次重复试验表明:实施例1-7超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,在试验温度19℃-21℃时,该洗衣片溶液3.3%稀释液,作用20min,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均大于6.00,消毒合格,其中实施例1对白色念球菌的杀菌率为93.9%,实施例2对白色念球菌的杀菌率为93.2%,实施例3对白色念球菌的杀菌率为91.4%,实施例4对白色念球菌的杀菌率为91.1%,实施例5对白色念球菌的杀菌率为96.7%,实施例6对白色念球菌的杀菌率为92.6%,实施例7对白色念球菌的杀菌率为92.3%。综合表4-1和表4-2可以得出以下结论:本发明实施例1-7的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片对白色念球菌的杀菌率均大于90%,其中,实施例5对白色念球菌的杀菌率最佳。

以下为本发明实施例1-7对织物消毒现场试验:
将实施例1-7用其3.3%稀释液进行以下实验,采样液的配方包括:含0.3%卵磷脂、3.0%吐温80、0.5%甘氨酸、0.3%组氨酸的PBS。稀释液的配方为含0.1%吐温80的TRS溶液。依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)中2.1.2.10进行实验。剪污染的织物5cm×5cm放入10ml采样液中作为对照组。剩余污染的织物用实施例1-7的溶解液3.3%稀释液浸泡,作用20min,取出放入10ml采样液中作为实验组,将上述实验织物洗脱后洗脱液进行活菌培养技术。实验重复5次。试验温度20℃。
表5实施例1-7对织物自然菌的消毒现场试验
实施例1-7对织物消毒试验表明:本发明实施例1-7的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片3.3%稀释液,作用20min,对织物自然菌的平均杀灭对数值分别为1.94、1.91、1.68、1.66、2.00、1.84和1.74,各次试验杀灭对数值均>1.50,消毒合格,其中实施例5的超浓缩杀菌洗衣片3.3%稀释液,作用20min,对织物自然菌的平均杀灭对数值最高,即实施例5配方的洗衣片对织物自然菌的杀灭效果最佳。
表6为本发明实施例1-7的去污力与普通市售洗衣粉、洗衣液对比。由表6可以得出:

洗衣片的pH值最接近中性,对手的刺激最小,活性物含量最高,相对来说清洗相同重量的衣物的使用量最少,按照QB/T 1224-2012(衣料用液体洗涤剂),3.3%该洗衣片的水溶液与标准洗衣液的去污力相比,对皮脂油污布的去污力为1.6,对蛋白污布的去污力为1.5,对碳黑油污布的去污力为1.2,均大于标准洗衣液的去污力,磷含量也最低。3.3%该洗衣片的水溶液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均大于90%,能够有效杀菌。
表7为本发明实施例1-7洗衣片以及市售洗衣粉在等质量情况下在同等水溶液下的溶解情况对比。由表7可以看出:

由表7可以看出,本发明实施例1-7的洗衣片不论溶于热水中还是溶于冷水中,形成的水溶液均是清澈透明的,没有结块,不存在浑浊物;同时本发明的洗衣片在热水中的溶解时间平均为22秒,在冷水中的溶解时间平均为53秒,其中实施例1-7在热水中溶解速度排序为:实施例5>实施例1=实施例6>实施例2>实施例7>实施例4>实施例3;其中实施例1-7在冷水中溶解速度排序为:实施例5>实施例1>实施例6>实施例7>实施例2>实施例4>实施例3。
本发明的洗衣片将原料按质量分数混合均匀后,经油加热烘干、筒烘干成膜处理后成为片状洗衣剂,再经剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成洗衣片。成品洗衣片的厚度可以达到0.5-1.0mm,外部形状一般为11×15mm的矩形片状,整个洗衣片体积小巧,便于携带,一片洗衣片可以清洗5-6件衣服,活性物质高,去污能力强。
本发明的优势在于:
1、本发明的洗衣片的厚度为0.5-1.0mm,体积小,便于携带和取用方便。
2、含天然植物杀菌成分,3.3%该洗衣片的水溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念球菌的杀菌率均大于90%,符合国家卫生部的《消毒技术规范》(2002版)。
3、植物去污成分与常用表面活性剂复配使用,增强了洗涤效果。去污能力强,按照QB/T 1224-2012(衣料用液体洗涤剂),0.1%该洗衣片的水溶液与标准洗衣液的去污力相比,对皮脂油污布的去污力为1.6,对蛋白污布的去污力为1.5,对碳黑油污布的去污力为1.2,均大于标准洗衣液的去污力。
4、不含磷,不含荧光增白剂,pH值接近中性,不伤手。
5、在冷热水中立即溶解,溶解后水溶液呈透明。

1.一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括如下组分:
成膜剂:5-10%;
植物杀菌剂:0.5-5%;
对氯间二甲基苯酚:0.5-2.5%;
植物去污剂:1-5%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:10-30%;
十二烷基硫酸钠:5-15%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚:5-10%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠:1-5%;
泡花碱:5-10%;
纯碱:10-20%;
金属离子螯合剂:0.1-1%;
香精:0.05-0.5%;
色素:0.001-0.005%;
防腐剂:0.1-0.5%;
去离子水:1-50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,该超浓缩杀菌洗衣片的具体组分如下:
成膜剂:8%;
植物杀菌剂:5%;
对氯间二甲基苯酚:1.5%;
植物去污剂:3%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:15%;
十二烷基硫酸钠:10%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚:8%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠:3%;
泡花碱:7%;
纯碱:15%;
金属离子螯合剂:0.5%;
香精:0.3%;
色素:0.0002%;
防腐剂:0.15%;
去离子水:23.5498%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,成膜剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述植物杀菌剂为樟脑油、桉叶油、芦荟提取液、生姜提取液、大蒜精油、艾叶油、茶树油中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述植物去污剂为无患子提取液、皂荚提取液、油茶籽提取物中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述金属离子螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、葡萄糖酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮或DMDM乙内酰脲中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩杀菌洗衣片,其特征在于,超浓缩杀菌洗衣片呈厚度为0.5-1.0mm的片状。
