Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a spiral separator for separating fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed liquid, belonging to the technical field of mixed liquid separation.
Background
Extraction refers to a process in which a compound is transferred from one solvent to another by utilizing the difference in solubility or partition coefficient of the compound in two solvents that are not (or slightly) miscible with each other, and thus, most of the compound is extracted over a number of repetitions. Extraction is a common technical means in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering and biopharmaceuticals, and is widely applied.
The extract obtained after extraction is generally layered by a standing mode and then separated and obtained, but the method is long in time consumption, needs large-volume tank storage, cannot observe the separation condition in real time, and is not suitable for industrial, large-scale and industrialized production.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing extraction liquid separation method needs large-volume storage equipment to be matched, and meanwhile, the efficiency is low and the time is long, and provides a spiral separator for separating fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed liquid.
The invention relates to a spiral separator for separating fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed liquid, which comprises a drainage separation spiral pipe, a guide pipe and a collecting barrel,
the drainage separation spiral pipe is a spiral pipeline with gradually smaller spiral diameter and gradually smaller spiral pitch from top to bottom, the drainage separation spiral pipe comprises a guide section at the head end and a spiral section connected with the guide section, and the tail end of the spiral section corresponds to the inlet of the catheter; the spiral section is positioned in the collecting barrel;
the outer surface of the drainage separation spiral tube is coated with a lipoid/cellulose acetate composite adsorption film.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention is used for the subsequent separation process of the fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed extract, a lipoid/cellulose acetate composite adsorption film coating is added on the surface of the drainage separation spiral tube, and the lipoid/cellulose acetate composite adsorption film coating has lipophilicity, so that the mixed extract flowing on the drainage separation spiral tube is automatically layered, and the lipophilic solution is tightly adhered to the tube wall of the drainage separation spiral tube and falls along the tube wall of the drainage separation spiral tube; whereas the aqueous solution is located on the outer surface side of the mixed extract. The flow velocity of the extraction liquid along the surface of the spiral tube is faster and faster, the pitch (lead) is smaller and smaller along with the diameter of the spiral tube, the flow velocity is obviously increased, water-soluble substances are thrown out under the action of centrifugal force and collected in the collecting barrel, and the lipophilic solution is continuously separated and purified along the wall of the spiral tube and is led out through the guide tube.
The invention utilizes the lipophilic principle of the fat-soluble substances and combines the action of centrifugal force to perfectly separate the fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed liquid, realizes separation and collection while extraction and recovery, and achieves the effect of large-scale industrialized rapid separation and collection. The device has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, easy implementation, good separation effect and high separation efficiency, and is beneficial to the separation of mixed liquid with low cost.
The device of the invention can be used for preparing medicines.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a spiral separator for separating a fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed solution according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: the present embodiment, which is a spiral separator for separating a fat-soluble and water-soluble mixed solution, is described below with reference to fig. 1, and includes a drainage separation spiral pipe, a conduit 2 and a collection tank 3,
the drainage separation spiral pipe is a spiral pipeline with gradually smaller spiral diameter and gradually smaller spiral pitch from top to bottom, the drainage separation spiral pipe comprises a guide section 1-1 at the head end and a spiral section 1-2 connected with the guide section, and the tail end of the spiral section 1-2 corresponds to the inlet of the guide pipe 2; the spiral section 1-2 is positioned inside the collecting barrel 3;
the outer surface of the drainage separation spiral tube is coated with a lipoid/cellulose acetate composite adsorption film.
In the process of separating mixed liquid, firstly, the mixed liquid to be separated is guided to the outer wall surface of the spiral section 1-2 by using the guide section 1-1, so that the mixed liquid is completely attached to the spiral section 1-2 to flow downwards, and in order to ensure the separation effect, the head end of the spiral section 1-2 adopts a relatively large screw pitch and a relatively large diameter size, and the mixed liquid is ensured to completely follow the pipe wall of the spiral section 1-2 at a relatively slow flow speed, so that the loss of the mixed liquid is reduced. As the pitch and diameter of the screw section 1-2 decrease, the flow rate increases and the water-soluble substance floats out of the screw section 1-2 into the collection tub 3 due to centrifugal force. The separated fat-soluble substance flows into the catheter 2 and is guided out and collected.
The main body of the drainage separation spiral pipe adopts a deformable pipe body, or the diameter-height ratio, the number of spiral cycles (layers), the reduction amplitude of the spiral diameter, the diameter of the pipe body and the like of the spiral section of the drainage separation spiral pipe are adjusted according to the property of the separated extraction liquid.
Compressed air can also be used to increase the initial flow rate of the extract to better achieve separation.
The device according to the embodiment is suitable for the fields of medicine, biological extraction and chemical product manufacturing.
