本发明提供一种中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,原料包括杜仲叶、野葛叶、夏枯草、马齿苋,所述原料各组分重量配比为:野葛叶10‑20%、杜仲叶15‑25%、夏枯草10%‑20%、马齿苋45%‑60%。其制备方法包括:各中草药原料的鲜叶或全草,分别切碎,经隧道式微波干燥机杀青、灭菌、干燥;按配方重量比例将各中草药原料混合均匀,混合料干法挤压制粒,干燥,即得中草药复方饲草颗粒剂产品。本发明原料中含有杜仲绿原酸、葛根异黄酮、马齿苋酰胺、三萜皂苷、芸香苷及熊果酸、咖啡酸、游离齐敦果酸等多种活性成分,具有抑菌、消炎、止血、抗氧化、催乳泌乳等多种功效。对猪牛羊家畜产道感染、乳房感染、产后不食,乳臭汁少等产后诸病,具有显著的预防和治疗作用。

背景技术
随着我国畜牧业由传统粗放型向现代化集约型生产经营方式的转变,高密度圈养引发的动物疾病传播及死亡,对养殖业经济效益与食品安全带来至关严重的影响,如“黄浦江死猪”事件等环境问题,成为公众关注的焦点。
现代集约化养殖为预防动物疾病,普遍大量使用化学药品及抗生素类饲料添加剂,以降低养殖过程中的动物发病率与死亡率。但随之带来抗药性增强、使用剂量倍增、产品中残留超标等诸多食品安全公害问题。在国外,欧盟、日本、美国等国家已先后立法禁止或部分禁止使用化学药品及抗生素。在我国,畜牧业的健康养殖,已成为行业可持续发展亟待解决的关键共性技术难题。
目前世界范围内,随着抗生素残留及抗药性问题的突出,迫使生产者不得不减少对抗生素和化学药品的依赖,继而去寻找抗生素的替代品。而中草药以其天然性,多效性,安全可靠性等优点,正在吸引着饲料供应商及生产者的目光。中草药为添加剂加入到饲料中已不鲜见。如中国专利公开的“种母猪饲料及其制备方法”( CN106173381A) ,在饲料中添加有三七、麝香、海藻、甘草等中草药,其可以增强母猪的保健功效,降低了母猪乳房炎发生率,减轻患猪的乳房红、肿、热、痛。其主要喂养对象为母猪,对其他家畜是否有效存疑。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其根据家畜繁殖母畜健康养殖的需要,依据传统中兽医理论,选用既是中草药,又是国家饲料目录中的品种,组成中草药饲草配方,采用现代加工工艺制备得到颗粒型饲草剂,用于猪牛羊母畜的健康养殖,预防猪牛羊家畜产道感染、乳房感染、产后不食,乳臭汁少等产后诸病。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,原料包括杜仲叶、野葛叶、夏枯草、马齿苋,所述原料各组分重量配比为:野葛叶10-20%、杜仲叶15-25%、夏枯草10%-20%、马齿苋45%-60%。
作为猪用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,各原料的重量配比为:野葛叶15%、杜仲叶15%、夏枯草10%、马齿苋60%。
作为奶牛用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,各原料的重量配比为:野葛叶20%,杜仲叶25%,夏枯草15%,马齿苋40%。
作为羊用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,各原料的重量配比为:野葛叶10%,杜仲叶20%,夏枯草20%,马齿苋50%。
作为优化,所述杜仲叶为7-9月采摘的矮林栽培模式当年生枝条萌发的叶,野葛叶为7-9月采摘的藤茎上叶,夏枯草为初花期全草,马齿苋为开花前15-25厘米长的嫩枝。

作为优化,将中草药原料切碎时,切碎后中草药原料粒度2-5mm;微波干燥机频率2450MHz,物料干燥后的含水量18-22%;制粒干燥后的饲草颗粒剂含水量<8%。
本饲草颗粒剂的推荐使用剂量:精料或日粮重量的20%~100%。
本发明提供的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,含有杜仲绿原酸、葛根异黄酮、马齿苋酰胺、三萜皂苷、芸香苷及熊果酸、咖啡酸、游离齐敦果酸等多种活性成分,具有抑菌、消炎、止血、抗氧化、催乳泌乳等多种功效。对猪牛羊家畜产道感染、乳房感染、产后不食,乳臭汁少等产后诸病,具有显著的预防和治疗作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:猪用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其原料和制备方法如下:
于8月采摘杜仲矮林当年生鲜叶15kg,鲜野葛叶15kg, 夏枯草10kg,马齿苋60kg;洗净,沥干。将每种原料趁鲜用9CFZ-680型青草粉碎机粗碎,湿草料经药材隧道式微波干燥机杀青、灭菌、干燥脱水。将4种草粉按配方重量比例混合均匀,混合料含水量19.6%。混合料用YHKJ100型牧草制粒机造粒,再装盘放入LS2-1800型热风循环烘箱烘干,得复方饲草颗粒剂36.8kg,含水量5.4%。
实施例2:奶牛用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其原料和制备方法如下:
于7月采摘杜仲矮林当年生鲜叶25kg,鲜野葛叶20kg, 夏枯草15kg,马齿苋40kg;洗净,沥干。将每种原料趁鲜用9CFZ-680型青草粉碎机粗碎,湿草料经药材隧道式微波干燥机杀青、灭菌、干燥脱水。将4种草粉按配方重量比例混合均匀,混合料含水量21.4%。混合料用YHKJ100型牧草制粒机造粒,再装盘放入LS2-1800型热风循环烘箱烘干,得复方饲草颗粒剂33.5kg,含水量5.8%。
实施例3:羊用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其原料和制备方法如下:
于9月采摘杜仲矮林当年生鲜叶20kg,鲜野葛叶10kg, 夏枯草15kg,马齿苋50kg;洗净,沥干。将每种原料趁鲜用9CFZ-680型青草粉碎机粗碎,湿草料经药材隧道式微波干燥机杀青、灭菌、干燥脱水。将4种草粉按配方重量比例混合均匀,混合料含水量18.3%。混合料用YHKJ100型牧草制粒机造粒,再装盘放入LS2-1800型热风循环烘箱烘干,得复方饲草颗粒剂38.2kg,含水量5.0%。
实施例4:按实施例1法扩大生产猪用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,用于饲喂种猪场产后母猪。供试母猪品种为杜洛克,10头使用母猪配方饲料日粮加复方饲草颗粒剂,添加量为日粮量的20%,连续饲养60天;10头仅使用母猪配合饲料为对照。哺乳期不同处理结果如下表:
例4中母猪哺乳期使用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂比对照处理母猪表现泌乳早,泌乳能力强,食欲旺盛,无便秘、厌食、乳房炎等症;仔猪表现成活率高,个体强壮,生长速度快,预后发育良好。
实施例5:按实施例2法扩大生产奶牛用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,用于饲喂奶牛场泌乳期奶牛。品种为荷斯坦奶牛,12头使用奶牛基础日粮加复方饲草颗粒剂,添加量为奶牛日粮精料量的50%,连续饲养90天;12头不使用复方饲草颗粒剂为对照。泌乳期不同处理结果如下表:
例5中基础日粮添加中草药复方饲草颗粒剂的处理,奶牛采食量、产奶量显著增加;常见病乳房炎大幅减少,原奶中体细胞数大大下降,奶牛健康状况得到显著改善。
实施例6:按实施例3法扩大生产羊用中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,用于山羊规模化养殖。随机将羊场的羊群分为试验栏和对照栏。试验栏羊群65头,品种成都麻羊,年龄2-16个月,每日放牧回羊舍后,饲喂复方饲草颗粒剂,每头给料0.5kg,自由采食。对照栏羊群54头,品种成都麻羊,品种成都麻羊,年龄2-16个月,每日放牧回羊舍后不饲喂复方饲草颗粒剂。不同处理饲养期间发病率及存栏率如下表:

例6中放牧加中草药复方饲草颗粒剂养羊处理,比对照发病率大大减少,存栏成活率显著提高;特别是对预防引起妊娠母羊流产的关节炎、支气管炎、乳房炎等病效果显著。
Claims (9)
1.一种中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其特征在于,由以下中草药原料制成:杜仲叶、野葛叶、夏枯草、马齿苋,所述原料各组分重量配比为:野葛叶10-20%、杜仲叶15-25%、夏枯草10%-20%、马齿苋45%-60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其特征在于,各中草药原料的重量配比为:野葛叶15%、杜仲叶15%、夏枯草10%、马齿苋60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其特征在于,各中草药原料的重量配比为:野葛叶20%,杜仲叶25%,夏枯草15%,马齿苋40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其特征在于,各中草药原料的重量配比为:野葛叶10%,杜仲叶20%,夏枯草20%,马齿苋50%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述杜仲叶为7-9月采摘的矮林栽培模式当年生枝条萌发的叶,野葛叶为7-9月采摘的藤茎上叶,夏枯草为初花期全草,马齿苋为开花前15-25厘米长的嫩枝。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:各中草药原料的鲜叶或全草,分别切碎,经隧道式微波干燥机杀青、灭菌、干燥;按配方重量比例将各中草药原料混合均匀,混合料干法挤压制粒,干燥,即得中草药复方饲草颗粒剂产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将中草药原料切碎时,切碎后中草药原料粒度2-5mm;微波干燥机频率2450MHz,物料干燥后的含水量18-22%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,干燥后的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂含水量<8%。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的中草药复方饲草颗粒剂的使用方法,其特征在于,其使用剂量为精料或日粮比例的20%~100%。
