背景技术
飞机施药是一种重要的农药施用技术,其中的飞机喷雾始于1922年的美国,至1949年美国用飞机施药防治面积中已有半数是采用喷雾,喷药液量为9-28 L/ha。飞机喷雾的主要发展趋势是高浓度低喷雾,即提高喷洒药液的浓度面积降低单位面积上药液喷洒量。航空飞机喷雾可以用于大面积的快速处理,而且不像地面喷雾作业,当地面状况限制车轮行驶时也可以进行喷雾,其优点是喷雾作业时间不受地面状况限制,并且不会把土壤压实。当然,航空飞机喷雾也有缺点,过高的风速以及逆温现象可能会限制飞机喷雾作业,同时喷雾作业中对树木、水渠、环境的顾虑以及空中的电线也会限制在一些地块上进行飞机喷雾处理。航空飞机喷雾作业过程中,在郁闭作物的冠层取得均匀的药剂沉积分布也更加困难。航空飞机喷雾过程中的雾滴蒸发以及雾滴漂移也会是个问题,如果喷雾作业不当,就会带来严重的环境污染问题。
氯氟氰虫酰胺,化学名称:3-氯-N1-(2-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯基)-N2-(1-甲基-1-氰基乙基)邻苯二甲酰胺,是由浙江省化工研究院有限公司自主开发的邻苯二甲酰胺类新型杀虫剂;其杀虫谱主要是鳞翅目害虫(尤其是水稻螟虫),也可用于防治菜青虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、棉铃虫等;尤其是针对水稻螟虫的防治,效果非常理想;其作用机制是鱼尼丁受体抑制剂,以触杀和胃毒作用为主。由于其作用机制独特,因此与传统杀虫剂没有交互抗性,适宜于害虫的综合治理和害虫抗性治理。
氟虫吡喹是日本农药公司开发,属于一种新的喹唑啉类杀虫剂,氟虫吡喹一般以水分散粒剂应用,其作用机理是使害虫停止取食进而饥饿致死,从而防治植物组织遭受更多的损害,同时控制一些重要病害的传播。目前,主要用于防治蔬菜、果树和茶叶上的粉虱、蚜虫及介壳虫。
不管是氟虫吡喹还是氯氟氰虫酰胺,长期单独使用会导致害虫抗药性产生,导致用药量加大、防效降低。不同作用机理的农药活性成分进行复配,是延缓害虫抗药性产生常用的方法,并根据实际应用中的效果来判断复配是增效作用还是拮抗作用。具有明显协同增效作用的配方,可以明显提高防效,大大降低农药的用药量,还可扩大杀菌谱,提高杀菌效率。目前,尚无关于氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺进行复配的相关报道,更无将其加工成干悬浮剂的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种能够有效防治十字花科小菜蛾的农药组合物,所述农药组合物复配后具有明显的协同增效作用,可以减低农药活性成分的使用量,提高防治效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述农药组合物的农药干悬浮剂及其制备方法,所述干悬浮剂具有平均粒径小、分散稳定性好、悬浮率高的优点,可以克服现有农药剂型用于飞防防治抗漂移和抗挥发性差的技术问题。

一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺,其中,氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺的重量比为1:25-30:1,所述重量比优选为1:10-10:1。
进一步的,所述农药组合物中活性成分的重量比为1-70%,优选为20-50%,其余为农药剂型加工中常规的辅助成分。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物通过农药制剂加工中的常规制备方法制成任意一种剂型,选自乳油、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂中任一种。
进一步的,所述农药组合物的剂型优选为用于飞防的干悬浮剂。
进一步的,当所述农药组合物加工成干悬浮剂时,所述农药制剂除活性成分外,还包括润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、载体。
进一步的,所述润湿剂选自烷基苯磺酸盐、拉开粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、二烷基丁二酸酯磺酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、分散剂MF-5中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述崩解剂选自尿素、硫酸铵、可溶性淀粉、碳酸氢钠中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述粘结剂选自黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述载体选自高岭土、硅藻土、海泡石、膨润土,凹凸棒土中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,本发明的组合物还可以加入其它农用活性成分,例如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、肥料等农用活性成分。
与现有技术相比,本发明的农药组合物尤其是农药干悬浮剂的有益效果为:(1)本发明的农药组合物中氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺为作用机理不同的农药活性成分,通过合理混配,不仅在一定范围内具有明显的协同增效作用,而且两者相互复配后可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生,能够延长农药活性成分的使用寿命;(2)本发明的农药组合物干悬浮剂能够在水中快速崩解,分散性和悬浮性高,适合飞防使用,能够极大的提高农药施用中的利用率,符合增效减量的要求;(3)本发明的干悬浮安全性好,可减少有机溶剂的污染,无扬尘、无粘附,利用更充分,对操作者及周围环境更安全。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于解释本发明,但不能因此理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
一、制剂实施例
1、实施例1:30%氟虫吡喹·氯氟氰虫酰胺干悬浮剂(7:3)
所述干悬浮剂的制备方法为:将21%氟虫吡喹、9%氯氟氰虫酰胺、4%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5%分散剂MF-5、6%尿素、3%黄原胶,余量用硅藻土补足加入到配料槽中,用适量水搅拌均匀,然后用高速剪切机进行粗粉碎,再进入两级砂磨机细磨,磨细后加入成粒助剂后进入压力喷雾干燥塔干燥、造粒,即得本发明所述的干悬浮剂。
2、实施例2: 24%氟虫吡喹·氯氟氰虫酰胺干悬浮剂(5:1)
所述干悬浮剂的制备方法为:将20%氟虫吡喹、4%氯氟氰虫酰胺、3%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、4%聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、5%硫酸铵、3%阿拉伯胶,余量用高岭土补足加入到配料槽中,用适量水搅拌均匀,然后用高速剪切机进行粗粉碎,再进入两级砂磨机细磨,磨细后加入成粒助剂后进入压力喷雾干燥塔干燥、造粒,即得本发明所述的干悬浮剂。
3、实施例3: 30%氟虫吡喹·氯氟氰虫酰胺水分散粒剂(7:3)
所述水分散粒剂的制备方法为:将21%氟虫吡喹、9%氯氟氰虫酰胺、4%烷基苯磺酸钠、5%甲基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮以及硅藻土补足后混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机进行粉碎,经捏合,然后进入挤压造粒机中进行造粒,沸腾干燥机中干燥,筛分后经取样分析,制得所述的水分散粒剂。
二、室内毒力测定
1、试验名称:氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺复配对小菜蛾室内毒力测定
2、试验方法:试验采用甘蓝叶片浸渍法。将新鲜甘蓝叶片主筋去除,用剪刀剪成3×5cm叶碟,将2-3张叶碟浸于药液中10秒,于通风处自然晾干后,置于直径10厘米培养皿内,每皿接3龄中期幼虫20头,盖吸水纸,加盖,标记,温度(26±2)℃,相对湿度70%,光暗比14:10h的室内,试验设3次重复,用清水作对照。24、72h后调查小菜蛾幼虫死亡情况,调查时用毛笔轻触虫体,试虫不懂或者不能正常爬行为死虫标准。
3、试验统计,统计各个处理的死虫数,计算死亡率和校正死亡率,将害虫校正死亡率换算成机率值(y),处理浓度(μg/ml)转换成对数值(x),以最小二乘法得出毒力回归方程,并由此计算出每种药剂的LC50值。按照孙云沛公式法计算出共毒系数CTC。试验结果如表1所示:
室内毒力测定结果如表1所示,由表1可知,氟虫吡喹与氯氟氰虫酰胺在1:25-30:1的范围内对小菜蛾的防治表现出明显的协同增效作用,其中,当两者配比为1:10-10:1时,共毒系数均大于160,协同增效作用更明显。
三、飞防田间药效试验
为了更好的验证本发明的农药组合物飞防制剂的实际应用效果,应用本发明的农药组合物进行防治甘蓝小菜蛾田间药效试验,使用无人机喷洒药剂防治甘蓝小蔡椰,试验地设在广东花都区某甘蓝地进行,喷雾是风速约3 米/秒,偶尔阵风,该试验地地块平整,种植密度合理,划分整齐,此前未进行药剂处理,甘蓝小菜蛾发生较重。每处理设置4次重复,霉小区面积30 m2,采用无人机喷雾法均匀喷洒。分别于药前、药后7天和14天调查虫口数并计算防效,试验结果如表2所示。
由表2可以看出,将实施例3中的非干悬浮剂用无人机喷雾和常规喷雾对小菜蛾防治时,防效差别不大;但使用实施例1、2的干悬浮剂进行无人机喷雾,在低于常规喷雾的情况下,防效反而优于常规喷雾的方法。尤其是实施例1中,用量在仅为60 g a.i./hm2时,药后7、14天的防效均在90以上,持效性和速效性均表现优良;在剂量低于常规用量时,本发明实施例1的防效明显优于同类产品的防效,可有效的防治甘蓝小菜蛾。另外,在试验期间,未发现所述药剂和施用方式对作物有药害产生,表明本发明的农药组合物及其制剂安全性较好,值得在生产上推广应用。
Claims (5)
1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺,其中,氟虫吡喹和氯氟氰虫酰胺的重量比为1:25-30:1,优选为1:10-10:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物通过农药制剂加工中的常规制备方法制成任意一种剂型,选自乳油、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂中任一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物优选为干悬浮剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物用于防治农作物害虫的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物害虫为十字花科小菜蛾。
