Abstract

本发明涉及的是中药制剂，特别是一种专用于治疗乙型病毒性肝炎的乙肝丸及其制备方法，属发明创造类。

1 本发明乙肝丸由以下18味中药材按重量比组成
水蛭20-40 虻虫8-18 蝼蛄8-18 紫河车30-50
大黄200-300 白芍80-120 延胡索40-60 丹参50-100
楤木根60-80 板兰根40-60 了哥王60-80 黄芩60-40
虎杖60-80 虎刺100-120 白花蛇舌草160-200 香附40-60
乌药40-60 米醋1200-2000
2 本发明乙肝丸的制备方法
2．1水蛭、虻虫、蝼蛄、紫河车、黄芩、大黄、白芍、延胡索共碾碎为末。
2．2米醋入锅，丹参、楤木根、板兰根、了哥王、虎杖、虎刺、白花蛇舌草、香附、乌药分别切碎后浸入米醋中，锅底加热煮熬，然后滤取药汁，与药末调匀后晒干。
2．3将锅内药渣加水进行第二次煮熬，滤取药汁，与晒于的药末调匀后再晒干。
2．4药末晒干后进一步研细过100目筛，再以水泛筛成小丸晒干，每丸约0.2g，即制成乙肝回春丸。
3 本发明的乙肝丸有以下优点
3．1具有疏肝理气，破瘀行血，柔肝利胆，清热解毒，补气益精的攻补兼施作用，使病毒攻泄于体外而被耗损的精气能得到补养。
3．2以剂量大、中、小剂用药，即可针对乙肝病的早、中、晚期治疗。
3．3柴草质药材熬出有效成分拌入药粉中能提高疗效，同时减轻了口服量以及对脾胃的负担。

4．1实施例一适用于乙肝病早期、乙肝病毒带菌者治疗
4．1．1药物组成与重量比：水蛭20、虻虫8、蝼蛄8、紫河车20、黄芩60、大黄200、白芍80、延胡索40、丹参50、楤木根60、板兰根40、了哥王60、虎杖60、虎刺100、白花蛇舌草160、香附40、乌药40、米醋1200。
4．1．2制备方法与使用：①水蛭、虻虫、蝼蛄、紫河车、黄芩、大黄、白芍、延胡索共碾碎为末。②米醋入锅、丹参、楤木根、板兰根、了哥王、虎杖、虎刺、白花蛇舌草、香附、乌药分别切碎后浸入米醋中，锅底加热煮熬，然后滤取药汁，与药末调拌均匀后晒干。③将锅内药渣加水进行第二次煮熬，滤取药汁，与晒干的药末调匀后再晒干。④药末晒干后进一步研细过100目筛，再以水泛筛成小丸晒干，每丸约0.2g，即制成乙肝回春丸。成人口服量每次5g，早晚各服1次。
4．2实施例二适用于乙肝病中期、黄疸型肝炎的治疗
4．2．1药物组成与重量比：水蛭30、虻虫10、蝼蛄10、紫河车40、黄芩70、大黄250、白芍100、延胡索50、丹参70、楤木根70、板兰根50、了哥王70、虎杖70、虎刺110、白花蛇舌草180、香附50、乌药50、米醋1500。

1 一种治疗乙型病毒性肝炎的乙肝丸，其特征在于该丸由18味中药材按重量比组成：
水蛭20-40 虻虫8-18 蝼蛄8-18 紫河车30-50
黄芩60-80 大黄200-300 白芍80-120 延胡索40-60
丹参50～100 楤木根60-80 板兰根40-60 了哥王60-80
虎杖60-80 虎刺100-120 白花蛇舌草160-200 香附40-60
乌药40-60 米醋1200-2000；
本发明乙肝丸的制备方法：
①水蛭20-40、虻虫8-18、蝼蛄8-18、紫河车30-50、黄芩60-80、大黄200-300、白芍80-120、延胡索40-60共碾碎为末；
②米醋1200-2000入锅、丹参50-100、楤木根60-80、板兰根40-60了哥王60-80、虎仗60-80、虎刺100-120、白花蛇舌草160-200、香附40-60、乌药40-60分别切碎后浸入米醋中，锅底加热煮熬，然后滤取药汁，与药未调匀后晒干；
③将锅内药渣加水进行第二次煮熬，滤取药汁，与晒干的药未调匀后再晒干；
④药未晒干后进一步研细过100目筛，再以水泛筛成小丸晒干，每丸约0.2g，即制成乙肝丸，
