Abstract
本发明公开了一种含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,按重量份计,包含:94‑98份油溶性活性成分;1‑3份复合物;0.8‑6份水溶性活性成分。其制备方法,包括:1)将油溶性活性成分混合,加热至90‑95℃后,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,得到物料A;2)将水溶性活性成分与复合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;3)将物料B逐渐加入到物料A中,加热至90‑95℃,搅拌均匀,即得。本发明的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏与同类产品比较,既解决了全油类润唇膏不能添加水溶性活性成分的问题,同时增强了润唇膏的保湿性能,使制备得到的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏具有持久保湿功效,且涂抹性和稳定性好;此外,制备工艺简单,仅仅需要加热、熔解等工序即可实现,适合工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别涉及一种含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
化妆品是指以涂抹、喷洒或者其他类似方法,散布于人体表面的任何部位,如皮肤、毛发、指趾甲、唇齿等,以达到清洁、保养、美容、修饰和改变外观,或者修正人体气味,保持良好状态为目的的化学工业品或精细化工产品。化妆品按功能分类可分为普通化妆品(又称非特殊化妆品)和特殊类化妆品;其中普通化妆品包括:(一)发用品:1、一般发用品:发油类、发蜡类、发乳类、发露类、发浆类;(二)护肤品:1、一般护肤品:护肤膏霜类、乳液类、油类、化妆水类、爽身类、沐浴类;2、易触及眼睛的护肤产品:眼周护肤类、面膜类、洗面类;(三)彩妆品:1、一般彩妆品:粉底类、粉饼类、胭脂类、涂身彩妆类;2、眼部彩妆:描眉类、眼影类、眼睑类、眼毛类、眼部彩妆卸除剂;3、护唇及唇部彩妆类:护唇膏类、亮唇油类、普色唇膏类、唇线笔;(四)指趾甲用品:修护类、涂彩类、清洁漂白类;(五)芳香品:香水类、花露水类;其中特殊类化妆品包括:育发、染发、烫发、脱毛、美乳、健美、除臭、祛斑、防晒的化妆品是较为特殊的化妆品。
市售润唇膏多为全油性配方体系。通常不能很好添加水溶性唇部护理成分,持久保湿效果较弱。
因此,研究一种含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏有助解决以上问题,同时为化妆品市场提供更多的产品。
发明内容
为了克服上述全油性润唇膏存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,既解决了全油类润唇膏不能添加水溶性活性成分的问题,同时增强了润唇膏的保湿效果。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,按重量份计,包含:
油溶性活性成分 94-98份;
复合物 1-3份;
水溶性活性成分 0.8-6份。
优选地,所述复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比的取值范围为1:0.8-1:1.5。当复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比过大,膏体经长时间高温加热会有变色的可能;当复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比过小,则整体相容性效果不好。
其中,所述油溶性活性成分选自双-二甘油多酰基己基酸酯-2、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、椰子油、全缘叶澳洲坚果籽油、聚乙烯、角鲨烷、蜂蜡、三山嵛精、霍霍巴籽油、野大豆甾醇类、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、牛油果树果脂、木鲁星果棕籽脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、生育酚、深海两节芥籽油、甜扁桃油、氢化植物油、大红桔果皮油、欧洲越桔籽油中的一种或几种的混合。
其中,所述复合物为聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异硬脂酸和聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯按质量比为2-4:2-4:1-2:1-2:1-2:1-2组成的复配物。本发明选用聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异硬脂酸和聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯组成的复配物作为复合物,并将其各组分控制在特定的比例范围内,可以明显提高含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏的稳定性,使含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏具有良好的涂抹性和稳定性。
基于含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏的重量份,本发明的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏的复合物的重量份优选1份以上,若添加量过少,则稳定性差。复合物的重量份优选3份以下,若添加量过多则可能高温稳定性不好。
其中,所述水溶性活性成分选自β-葡聚糖、铂粉、香橙果提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、银耳提取物、白藜芦醇、聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、三辛精、丁二醇、辛甘醇、甘油、1,2-己二 醇、1,2戊二醇、印度没药树脂提取物、水中的一种或几种的混合。本发明在含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏中加入水溶性活性成分,可以使含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏具有明显的保湿功效。
本发明还公开了上述含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将油溶性活性成分混合,加热至90-95℃后,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,得到物料A;
2)将水溶性活性成分与复合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;
3)将物料B逐渐加入到物料A中,加热至90-95℃,搅拌均匀,即得含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏与同类产品比较,既解决了全油类润唇膏不能添加水溶性活性成分的问题,同时增强了产品保湿性能,使制备得到的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏具有持久保湿功效,且涂抹性和稳定性好;
2)本发明含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏的制备工艺简单,仅仅需要加热、熔解等工序即可实现,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明,以下实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
本发明实施例中使用的原料或试剂均来源于市售。
各性能指标的测试方法或标准
涂抹性:取样品加热溶解灌装好后,涂抹于手背上,对比空白样品与试验样品的涂抹效果,涂抹的难易程度,铺展效果等。
稳定性:
1)耐热测试:预先将恒温培养箱调节到(45±1)℃,将试样一支脱去套子并全部旋出,垂直至于恒温箱内,24小时后目测观察是否弯曲软化,如无弯曲软化现象,取出,待恢复室温后,将试样少许涂抹于手背上观察其使用性能。后继续放置于恒温箱中,观察其1周、4周、8周、12周的测试情况。观察样品是否存在变软弯曲、冒汗、变色等。
2)耐寒测试:预先调节冰箱到(-5-10)℃,将试样一支置于冰箱内,24小时后取出,恢复室温后目测观察并将试样少许涂擦与手背上,观察其使用性能,后继续防止于冰箱中测试,观察其1周、4周、8周、12周的测试情况。观察样品使用性能是否变差。
保湿性:清洁手臂内侧,将测试样品均匀涂满于测试区域,对手臂内侧使用产品前,使用产品1小时、使用产品3小时、使用产品6小时,分别对靶向部位进行角质层水分含量进行测定。
实施例1
复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比为1:1;27份双-二甘油多酰基己基酸酯-2、19份份季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、7份椰子油、8份全缘叶澳洲坚果籽油、6份聚乙烯、6份角鲨烷、6份蜂蜡、5份三山嵛精、5份霍霍巴籽油、1份野大豆甾醇类、3份二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、0.1份牛油果树果脂、1份木鲁星果棕籽脂、0.1份辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、1份生育酚、0.5份深海两节芥籽油、0.5份甜扁桃油、0.3份氢化植物油、0.2份大红桔果皮油、0.1份欧洲越桔籽油、0.1份印度没药树脂提取物、0.05份β-葡聚糖、0.0001份铂粉、0.0001份香橙果提取物、0.6份卵磷脂、0.6份聚羟基硬脂酸、1份水、0.2份棕榈酸乙基己酯、0.2份异硬脂酸、0.2份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.2份聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯、0.0002份假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、0.01份银耳提取物、0.0001份白藜芦醇、0.0005份聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、0.0004份三辛精、0.5份丁二醇、0.01份辛甘醇、0.2份甘油、0.01份1,2-己二醇、0.01份1,2戊二醇;
制备工艺为:
1)按配方将双-二甘油多酰基己基酸酯-2、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、椰子油、全缘叶澳洲坚果籽油、聚乙烯、角鲨烷、蜂蜡、三山嵛精、霍霍巴籽油、野大豆甾醇类、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、牛油果树果脂、木鲁星果棕籽脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、生育酚、深海两节芥籽油、甜扁桃油、氢化植物油、大红桔果皮油、欧洲越桔籽油混合,加热至90-95℃后,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,得到物料A;
2)将水溶性活性成分(β-葡聚糖、铂粉、香橙果提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、银耳提取物、白藜芦醇、聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、三辛精、丁二醇、辛甘醇、甘油、1,2-己二 醇、1,2戊二醇、水、印度没药提取物)与复合物(聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异硬脂酸和聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯)进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;
3)将物料B逐渐加入到物料A中,加热至90-95℃,搅拌均匀,即得含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏;功效性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比为1:0.8;即0.6份卵磷脂、0.6份聚羟基硬脂酸、0.8份水、0.2份棕榈酸乙基己酯、0.2份异硬脂酸、0.2份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.2份聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯、0.08份印度没药树脂提取物、0.04份β-葡聚糖、0.00008份铂粉、0.00008份香橙果提取物、0.00016份假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、0.008份银耳提取物、0.00008份白藜芦醇、0.004份聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、0.00036份三辛精、0.36份丁二醇、0.008份辛甘醇、0.16份甘油、0.008份1,2-己二醇、0.008份1,2戊二醇;
其余同实施例1,功效性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比为1:1.5;即0.6份卵磷脂、0.6份聚羟基硬脂酸、1.5份水、0.15份棕榈酸乙基己酯、0.15份异硬脂酸、0.15份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.15份聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯、0.15份印度没药树脂提取物、0.075份β-葡聚糖、0.00015份铂粉、0.00015份香橙果提取物、0.0003份假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、0.015份银耳提取物、0.00015份白藜芦醇、0.00075份聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、0.0006份三辛精、1份丁二醇、0.015份辛甘醇、0.3份甘油、0.015份1,2-己二醇、0.015份1,2戊二醇;
其余同实施例1,功效性能测试结果如表1所示。

无添加水溶性活性成分(β-葡聚糖、铂粉、香橙果提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、银耳提取物、白藜芦醇、聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、三辛精、丁二醇、辛甘醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇、1,2戊二醇、水),同时无添加复合物(聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异硬脂酸和聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯);

Claims (6)
1.一种含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,其特征在于,按重量份计,包含:
油溶性活性成分 94-98份;
复合物 1-3份;
水溶性活性成分 0.8-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,其特征在于,所述复合物与水溶性活性成分的重量比的取值范围为1:0.8-1:1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,其特征在于,所述油溶性活性成分选自双-二甘油多酰基己基酸酯-2、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、椰子油、全缘叶澳洲坚果籽油、聚乙烯、角鲨烷、蜂蜡、三山嵛精、霍霍巴籽油、野大豆甾醇类、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、牛油果树果脂、木鲁星果棕籽脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、生育酚、深海两节芥籽油、甜扁桃油、氢化植物油、大红桔果皮油、欧洲越桔籽油中的一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,其特征在于,所述复合物为聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异硬脂酸和聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯按质量比为2-4:2-4:1-2:1-2:1-2:1-2组成的复配物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏,其特征在于,所述水溶性活性成分选自β-葡聚糖、铂粉、香橙果提取物、假交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、银耳提取物、白藜芦醇、聚甲基丙烯酸钾酯、三辛精、丁二醇、辛甘醇、甘油、1,2-己二 醇、1,2戊二醇、印度没药树脂提取物、水中的一种或几种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将油溶性活性成分混合,加热至90-95℃后,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,得到物料A;
2)将水溶性活性成分与复合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;
3)将物料B逐渐加入到物料A中,加热至90-95℃,搅拌均匀,即得含水或水溶成分的全油性润唇膏。
