Abstract
本发明公开了一种紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,由下述重量份数组成:二异氰酸酯23.8~32.4;聚酯己内酯二元醇51.3~56.7;小分子二元醇4.4~4.9;(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯5.7~7.8;季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯6.0~6.6;催化剂、阻聚剂为上述原料总质量的0.03~0.06%;稀释单体,用于调解体系黏度为上述原料总质量的10~20%。该自修复树脂固化速度快,有机挥发性物质(VOC)为零,比较环保;经紫外光固化成膜后,具有较好的系修复性能及乃划伤性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有自修复性能的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂,可广泛应用于弹性手感漆、耐划伤漆及皮革修饰漆等诸多领域。
背景技术
随着人涂料行业的发展,功能性涂料的应用越来越受到重视。自修复涂料具有较好的抗划伤性和耐磨性,可以提高饰品的受用年限。本发明所述制备的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂具有优异的拉伸性和柔韧性,可作为主体树脂应用于紫外光固化皮革修饰涂料及耐划伤涂料。
李静等人在中国专利CN 104945992A中公开了含石墨烯的自修复涂料及其制备方法。田亚媛等人在中国专利CN 105001759A中公开了钼酸盐掺杂聚吡咯/环氧树脂自修复涂料及其制备和应用。虞明东等人在中国专利CN 104592884A中公开了紫外光固化弹性自修复涂料组合物。以上专利均是关于自修复涂料的相关报道,但并未 见到有关涂料主成膜物——自修复树脂的报道。
本专利发明的紫外光聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,作为涂料的主要成膜物质,可以应用于不同的紫外光固化涂料配方;其自修复性能较好,而且采用紫外光辐照的固化方式,具有固化速度快、清洁、环保等优点。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,由下述重量份数组成:
二异氰酸酯 23.8~32.4;
聚己内酯二元醇 51.3~56.7;
小分子二元醇 4.4~4.9;
(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯 5.7~7.8;
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯 6.0~6.6;
催化剂、阻聚剂为上述原料总质量的 0.03~0.06%;
稀释单体,用于调解体系黏度为上述原料总质量的 10~20%。
所述的二异氰酸酯采用下列一种或几种:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)。
所述的聚己内酯二元醇采用下列一种或几种:聚己内酯二元醇-830(分子量为830)。
所述的小分子二元醇为含有环状结构的二元醇,采用下列一种或几种:1,4-环己基二甲醇。
所述的(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯采用下列一种或几种:丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)。

本发明还提供一种紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂的制备方法。包括以下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯预聚体I的合成:在加热套上装上四口烧瓶、机械搅拌器和回流冷凝管。先向四口烧瓶中加入二异氰酸酯,再加入熔融的聚己内酯,升温至70℃,加入催化剂,缓慢升温至85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体I。
(2)聚氨酯预聚体II的合成:在搅拌下,向预聚体I加入小分子二元醇和溶解有阻聚剂的稀释单体,并控制反应温度于85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体II。
(3)在搅拌条件下,于75~80℃,向聚氨酯预聚体II中加入(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯。然后,在85~90℃条件下,保温反应2h,当体系异氰酸酯基含量降为零时,得到紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂。
本发明还提供了一种紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂的应用:用活性稀释单体、调节紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯弹性树脂的粘度,并加入光引发剂配制涂料。将所配制的涂料滚涂在ABS板上,通过紫外灯功率为80~100 W/cm的紫外光照射25~40 s,涂膜后的ABS板具有较好的抗划伤性能。
使用上述 紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂具有以下特点:
1. 紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂为微黄透明液体。
2. 紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,固含量99%以上。
3. 紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,涂膜光照后用钢丝刷来回刷10次,刷痕可在1min内恢复。(漆膜规格:10cm×1cm,漆膜厚度:100μm;钢丝刷重:0.2KG)。
具体实施方式
以下份数均为重量份数。
实施例1:本发明紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,有下述重量比原料制成:
甲苯二异氰酸酯 23.8;
聚己内酯二元醇-830 56.7;
1,4-环己基二甲醇 4.9;
甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯 7.8;
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯 6.6;
二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.03;
对羟基苯甲醚 0.06;
丙烯酸异冰片酯 20;
(1)聚氨酯预聚体I的合成:在加热套上装上四口烧瓶、机械搅拌器和回流冷凝管。先向四口烧瓶中加入二异氰酸酯23.8份,再加入56.7份聚己内酯-830,升温至70℃,加入二月桂酸二丁基锡0.03份,缓慢升温至85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体I。
(2)聚氨酯预聚体II的合成:在搅拌下,向预聚体I加入4.9份1,4-环己基二甲醇和溶解有0.04份对羟基苯甲醚的丙烯酸异冰片酯20份,并控制反应温度于85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体II。
(3)在搅拌条件下,于75~80℃,向聚氨酯预聚体II中加入7.8份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯和6.6份季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯。然后,在85~90℃条件下,保温反应2h,当体系异氰酸酯基含量降为零时,得到紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯弹性树脂。
实施例2:本发明紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,有下述重量比原料制成:
二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯 32.4;
聚己内酯二元醇-830 51.3;
1,4-环己基二甲醇 4.4;
丙烯酸羟乙酯 5.7;
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯 6.0;
二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.03;
对羟基苯甲醚 0.06;
甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯 15;
(1)聚氨酯预聚体I的合成:在加热套上装上四口烧瓶、机械搅拌器和回流冷凝管。先向四口烧瓶中加二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯32.4份,再加入51.3份熔融的聚己内酯-1000,升温至70℃,加入二月桂酸二丁基锡0.06份,缓慢升温至85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体I。
(2)聚氨酯预聚体II的合成:在搅拌下,向预聚体I加入4.4份1,4-环己基二甲醇和溶解有0.03份阻聚剂的稀释单体15份,并控制反应温度于85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体II。
(3)在搅拌条件下,于75~80℃,向聚氨酯预聚体II中加入5.7份丙烯酸羟乙酯和6.0份季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯。然后,在85~90℃条件下,保温反应2h,当体系异氰酸酯基含量降为零时,得到紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯弹性树脂。
实施例3:本发明紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,有下述重量比原料制成:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 28.9;
聚己内酯二元醇-830 54.0;
1,4-环己基二甲醇 4.7;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 6.0;
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯 6.4;
二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.04;
对羟基苯甲醚 0.05;
N-丙烯酰吗啉 10;
(1)聚氨酯预聚体I的合成:在加热套上装上四口烧瓶、机械搅拌器和回流冷凝管。先向四口烧瓶中加入二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯28.9份,再加入54.0份熔融的聚己内酯-830,升温至70℃,加入二月桂酸二丁基锡0.04份,缓慢升温至85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体I。
(2)聚氨酯预聚体II的合成:在搅拌下,向预聚体I加入4.7份1,4-环己基二甲醇和溶解有0.05份对羟基苯甲醚的N-丙烯酰吗啉10份,并控制反应温度于85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体II。
(3)在搅拌条件下,于75~80℃,向聚氨酯预聚体II中加入6.0份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和6.4份季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯。然后,在85~90℃条件下,保温反应2h,当体系异氰酸酯基含量降为零时,得到紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯弹性树脂。
实施例9:紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂漆膜制备工艺,按如下配比及条件实施:
紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸自修复性树 97;
光引发剂1173 3;
UV灯主波长 365 nm;
光固化功率 100 W/cm;
光照时间 25 s;
光照距离 10 cm;
漆膜厚度 100μm;
将紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树和光引发剂1173按上述重量比混合均匀,以100μm的厚度涂布ABS板上,在上述紫外光条件下,进行辐照固化。然后,用0.2kg的钢丝刷在期末表面来回刮擦,漆膜表面刷痕可以在1min内恢复。
检测结果如下
符合使用标准。
Claims (10)
1.一种紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于由下述重量份数组成:
二异氰酸酯 23.8~32.4份;
聚己内酯二元醇 51.3~56.7份;
小分子二元醇 4.4~4.9份;
(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯 5.7~7.8份;
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯 6.0~6.6份;
催化剂、阻聚剂为上述原料总质量的 0.03~0.06%;
稀释单体,用于调解体系黏度为上述原料总质量的 10~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的二异氰酸酯采用下列一种或几种:甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的聚己内酯二元醇采用下列一种或几种:聚己内酯二元醇-830。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的小分子二元醇为含有环状结构的二元醇,采用下列一种或几种:1,4-环己基二甲醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯采用下列一种或几种:丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯为合成级。
7.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的催化剂采用下列一种或几种:二月桂酸二丁基锡。
8.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的阻聚剂采用下列一种或几种:对羟基苯甲醚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂,其特征在于,所述的稀释单体为单官能度活性单体,采用下列一种或几种:丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、N-丙烯酰吗啉。
10.根据权利要求1所述的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂的制备方法,其特征在于具有如下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯预聚体I的合成:在加热套上装上四口烧瓶、机械搅拌器和回流冷凝管;
先向四口烧瓶中加入二异氰酸酯,再加入熔融的聚己内酯,升温至70℃,加入催化剂,缓慢升温至85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体I;
(2)聚氨酯预聚体II的合成:在搅拌下,向预聚体I加入小分子二元醇和溶解有阻聚剂的稀释单体,并控制反应温度于85~90℃;然后,保温反应1 h,测定异氰酸酯基含量,当异氰酸酯基含量达到预定值,得到聚氨酯预聚体II;
(3)在搅拌条件下,于75~80℃,向聚氨酯预聚体II中加入(甲基)丙烯酸羟基酯和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯;
然后,在85~90℃条件下,保温反应2h,当体系异氰酸酯基含量降为零时,得到紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯自修复树脂。
