Abstract
一种适用于医治肝炎的茵山莲冲剂的制取方法，
其特点是：取一定量的茵陈、半枝莲、五味子、山桅子、
甘草及板兰根六味药，加水煎煮二次，合并煎液、过
滤，将滤液浓缩至比重为1.25—1.35克/立方厘米
后，加水搅拌，取上清液浓缩至1.30—1.40克/立方
厘米制成稠膏，然后加入一定量的蔗糖粉，混匀后制
成颗粒，干燥后即为成品。本发明具有清热解毒、利
胆、活血舒肝、降酶功能。主要用于慢性活动性肝炎、
慢性迁延性肝炎、肝脾肿大、胆囊炎、胆囊肿及胰腺炎
等疾病。
Description
本发明属于中草药加工成药技术领域，具体地说是一种治疗肝炎的茵山莲冲剂的生产方法。
慢性病毒性肝炎为临床上多发病和常见病。医学认为慢性肝炎的发生是“湿邪”入侵所致，“湿邪”乃寒湿之邪。初则耗伤肝脾、气血，继之损及肝肾之阴和脾肾之阳，久则凝滞气血。因此，多数患者表现肝脾区隐痛，疲乏无力，食欲不振，腹胀便溏。这是肝郁气滞、脾气虚弱的表现。但大多数体力状况尚好。有的肝脏轻度肿大或不肿大，有的肝功轻度异常或单项SGPT持续或反复的轻度升高或HBSA持续阳性，而且具有疗程长，反复发作的特点。近几年来，乙型病毒性肝炎有明显增多的趋势，由于国内外医务界的重视，在诊断和治疗方面均有很大进步。但高疗效药物极少，特别是乙型肝炎的无毒副作用的有效药更少。
本发明的目的在于提供一种可加大用药量而不产生毒副作用的茵山莲冲剂的制取工艺，以解决现有治疗慢性乙型肝炎药物毒副作用较大，不宜长时间用药的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：取茵陈、半枝莲、五味子（串）、山栀子（串）、甘草及板兰根六昧药，加水煎煮二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并煎液，液过，滤液浓缩至比重为1.25-1.35（40℃）时，加入3倍量冷水搅拌，在5-10℃温度下静置12小时，取上清液再浓缩至比重为1.30-1.40（20℃），再加入稠膏1.5-2.0倍量的蔗糖粉，混匀后制成颗粒，经干燥、喷入适量的香精即为成品。上述六味药的重量百分比为：茵陈15-20%、半枝莲40-50%、五味子（串）8-13%、山栀子（串）8-13%、甘草8-13%、板兰根8-13%。
本发明所采用的中草药从现代药理学观点看，茵陈、板兰根、栀子，清热解毒散瘀，都具有保肝利胆作用，五味子有降酶作用，而且经药物检验，无毒性反应，经临床实践也无副作用，且改善肝炎症状十分明显。本发明的茵山莲冲剂对红、白血球总数、肝功肾功均无明显毒性反应（包括加大用药量），对心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺、脑等主要脏器组织学均不产生任何异常改变。本发明尤其对慢性活动肝炎、肝功异常、持续阳性、表现为非常顽固的HBSAC（一）的治疗效果最为显著。综上所述，本发明具有清热解毒、利胆、活血舒肝、降酶功能，主要用于慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎、肝脾肿大、胆囊炎、胆囊肿及胰腺炎。本发明还具有服用方便、吸收快、毒性小，能很好地达到用药深度。
下面将通过实施方案对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
取茵陈20克、半枝莲50克、五味子（串）10克、山栀子（串）10克、甘草10克、板兰根10克六味中药，加水常压煎煮二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并煎液，经过滤，将滤液浓缩至比重为1.30±0.02（40℃）时，加入3倍量的冷水搅拌，静置（5-10℃范围内）12小时，取上清液浓缩至比重为1.35±0.02（20℃），取稠膏再加入148克蔗糖粉制成颗粒，干燥、喷入适量的香精，混匀后即为茵山莲冲剂。
实施例2
取茵陈17克、半枝莲45克、五味子（串）12克、山栀子（串）12克、甘草12克、板兰根12克六味中药，加水常压煎煮二次，第一次2小时，第二次1/小时，合并煎液，经过滤，将滤液浓缩至比重为1.25±1.35克/立方厘米（40℃）时，加入3倍量的冷水搅拌，静置（在5-10℃范围内）12小时，取上清液浓缩至比重为1.35±0.02（20℃），再将130克的遮糖粉加入浓缩后的稠膏中制成颗粒，经干燥、喷入适量的香精，混匀后即为茵山莲冲剂。
Claims (2)
1、一种适用于医治肝炎的茵山莲冲剂的制取方法，其特征是：取茵陈、半枝莲、五味子(串)、山栀子(串)、甘草及板兰根六昧药，加水煎煮二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并煎液，液过，滤液浓缩至比重为1.25-1.35(40℃)时，加入3倍量冷水搅拌，在5-10℃温度下静置12小时，取上清液再浓缩至比重为1.30-1.40(20℃)，再加入稠膏1.5-2.0倍量的蔗糖粉，混匀后制成颗粒，经干燥、喷入适量的香精即为成品。
上述六味药的重量百分比为：茵陈15-20%、半枝莲40-50%、五味子(串)8-13%、山栀子(串)8-13%、甘草8-13%、板兰根8-13%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制取方法，其特征是中药投入量的最佳（重量）配比为：茵陈∶半枝莲∶五味子（串）∶山栀子（串）∶甘草∶板兰根＝2.0∶5.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0。
