Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料及其制备方法,该发明由环氧树脂,丙酮,乙二胺,颜料,粉煤灰,聚四氟乙烯,氢氧化铝等组分混合配制而成。本发明通过科学选材,合理搭配,选用两种不同的环氧树脂混合搭配使用,有效保证涂层与基体板材的附着力。通过添加氢氧化铝与粉煤灰,有效降低了涂层的成本以及提高涂层的阻燃性。添加聚四氟乙烯进一步提高涂层的阻燃性和耐腐蚀性,使得涂层综合性能达到最佳。

一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着工业化进程的加快以及对环境保护的重视,我国粉煤灰的综合利用在广度和深度上都得到了快速发展。其中,粉煤灰/树脂保温复合板材的开法应用研 究也逐渐得到认可。但由于粉煤灰自身存在颜色遮蔽困难、耐化学腐蚀性较差的不足,树脂也有硬度低、易燃等缺点,使得粉煤灰/树脂保温复合板材的各项性能难以平衡,或导致其开发成本较高。通过增加涂层的办法,可以将粉煤灰/树脂保温复合板材分成基体板材和表面涂层两个部分。在制备基体板材时,确保其具有足够强度的情况下,可以大幅度提高粉煤灰的用量,从而有效降低其成本。而复合板材的表面装饰性、耐环境性、耐划伤性以及阻燃性,主要由表面涂层来保障。通过 “基体板材+表面涂层”的方式,是开发出粉煤灰利用率高、成本低廉且集保温性与装饰性于一体的粉煤灰 /树脂保温装饰复合板材的有效途径。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种附着力好,阻燃性高,综合性能佳的复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
环氧树脂 35-65份
丙酮 5-10份
乙二胺 3-8份
颜料 2-5份
粉煤灰 10-20份
聚四氟乙烯 2-5份
氢氧化铝 20-50份。
作为优选方案之一,所述的环氧树脂是由E-44环氧树脂与E-51环氧树脂按照重量份为1:1混合组成。
作为优选方案之一,所述的粉煤灰是经过硅烷偶联剂表面改性。
作为优选方案之一,所述的粉煤灰为200目。
其中,制备上述的复合板材用装饰涂层浆料的步骤如下:
(1)按照配方称取一定量的环氧树脂,丙酮,加热使环氧树脂充分溶解,冷却至室温后加入乙二胺并搅拌均匀;
(2)往步骤(1)中加入改性后的粉煤灰,聚四氟乙烯,氢氧化铝,颜料等充分搅拌均匀;
(3)加入适量丙酮,调节到合适的黏度,即得涂层浆料。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明通过科学选材,合理搭配,选用两种不同的环氧树脂混合搭配使用,有效保证涂层与基体板材的附着力。通过添加氢氧化铝与粉煤灰,有效降低了涂层的成本以及提高涂层的阻燃性。添加聚四氟乙烯进一步提高涂层的阻燃性和耐腐蚀性,使得涂层综合性能达到最佳。

实施例1:一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
环氧树脂 42份
丙酮 6份
乙二胺 4份
颜料 3份
粉煤灰 14份
聚四氟乙烯 3份
氢氧化铝 28份。
实施例2:一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
E-44环氧树脂 25份
E-51环氧树脂 25份
丙酮 7份
乙二胺 5份
颜料 3份
200目粉煤灰 12份
聚四氟乙烯 3份
氢氧化铝 20份。
其中,上述的粉煤灰是经过硅烷偶联剂表面改性。
其中,制备上述复合板材用装饰涂层浆料的步骤如下:
(1)按照配方称取一定量的环氧树脂,丙酮,加热使环氧树脂充分溶解,冷却至室温后加入乙二胺并搅拌均匀;
(2)往步骤(1)中加入改性后的粉煤灰,聚四氟乙烯,氢氧化铝,颜料等充分搅拌均匀;
(3)加入适量丙酮,调节到合适的黏度,即得涂层浆料。

1.一种复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
环氧树脂 35-65份
丙酮 5-10份
乙二胺 3-8份
颜料 2-5份
粉煤灰 10-20份
聚四氟乙烯 2-5份
氢氧化铝 20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂是由E-44环氧树脂与E-51环氧树脂按照重量份为1:1混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,其特征在于,所述的粉煤灰是经过硅烷偶联剂表面改性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材用装饰涂层浆料,其特征在于,所述的粉煤灰为200目。
5.制备权利要求1-4任意一项所述的复合板材用装饰涂层浆料的步骤如下:
(1)按照配方称取一定量的环氧树脂,丙酮,加热使环氧树脂充分溶解,冷却至室温后加入乙二胺并搅拌均匀;
(2)往步骤(1)中加入改性后的粉煤灰,聚四氟乙烯,氢氧化铝,颜料等充分搅拌均匀;
(3)加入适量丙酮,调节到合适的黏度,即得涂层浆料。
