Abstract
本发明提供了一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,以富硒植物蛋白粉、蓝莓提取物、万寿菊提取物、越橘提取物、麦麸提取物、绿茶粉和低聚甘露糖为主要原料;本发明按常规方法将以上富硒食品制成胶囊、颗粒剂或者片剂长期服用,对缓解视疲劳,辅助治疗青少年的假性近视具有非常好的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,特别地,涉及一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品。
背景技术
富硒食品就是富含微量元素硒的食品,一般分为天然富硒食品(又称植物活性硒食品),外源硒富硒食品(也称人工有机硒食品),比如黑山药、黑芝麻,黑豆,黑花生,黑米、大蒜等黑色食物都含有硒元素。
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜的攻击,保护生物膜免受氧化损伤;硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。国内市场上打着富硒旗号的食品有很多,但是每款产品的硒含量并没有明确的标注,这对消费者造成了很大的困扰,我到底要吃多少这样的食品,才能达到补硒的效果。
硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性。硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,增加抗氧化活性。同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。
硒与它的同族元素硫相比,在地壳中的含量少得多。硒成单质存在的矿是极难找到的,全球唯一硒独立成矿的地区位于中国湖北恩施。
硒是从燃烧黄铁矿以制取硫酸的铅室中发现的,是贝齐里乌斯发现铈、钍后1817年发现的又一个化学元素。他命名这种新元素为selenium。他还发现到硒的同素异形体。他还原硒的氧化物,得到橙色无定形硒;缓慢冷却熔融的硒,得到灰色晶体硒;在空气中让硒化物自然分解,得到黑色晶体硒。
食物硒含量受地理影响很大,土壤硒的不同造成各地食品中硒含量的极大差异。土壤含硒量在0.4毫克/千克以上,就属于富硒土壤。我国72%的国土都属贫硒或缺硒土壤,长期摄入严重缺硒食品,必然会造成硒缺乏疾病。
中国营养学会对我国13个省市做过一项调查表明,成人日平均硒摄入量为26-32微克,离中国营养学会推荐的最低限度50微克相距甚远。一般植物性食品含硒量比较低,因此,开发经济、方便,适合长期食用的富硒食品已经势在必行。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,以解决技术问题。
一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,包括以下成分:富硒植物蛋白粉、蓝莓提取物、万寿菊提取物、越橘提取物、麦麸提取物、绿茶粉和低聚甘露糖。
优选的,所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉3-5%、蓝莓提取物25-30%、万寿菊提取物20-25%、越橘提取物15-20%、麦麸提取物8-12%、绿茶粉8-12%、低聚甘露糖8-15%。
优选的,所述的绿茶粉的粒径为200目。
优选的,所述的蓝莓提取物、万寿菊提取物、越橘提取物、麦麸提取物均为10∶1的浓缩提取物。
优选的,所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉3.45%、蓝莓10∶1提取物28.72%、万寿菊10∶1提取物22.99%、越橘10∶1提取物17.24%、麦麸10∶1提取物9.20%、绿茶粉9.20%、低聚甘露糖9.20%。
优选的,所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是250-350mg/kg。
进一步优选的,所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是300mg/kg。
本发明的富硒植物蛋白粉,可以为富硒水稻蛋白粉、富硒小麦蛋白粉、富硒蔬菜蛋白粉或者富硒水果蛋白粉。
蓝莓的英文名称:Blueberry,意为蓝色浆果,属杜鹃花科,越橘属植物。起源于北美,多年生灌木小浆果果树。因果实呈蓝色,故称为蓝莓。
蓝莓果实中含有丰富的营养成分,具有防止脑神经老化、保护视力、强心、抗癌、软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能,营养成分高。
其中,由于蓝莓富含花青素,具有活化视网膜功效,可以强化视力,防止眼球疲劳而备受注目。也是世界粮农组织推荐的五大健康水果之一。并且据美国、日本、欧洲科学家研究,经常食用蓝莓制品,还可明显地增强视力,消除眼睛疲劳。医学临床报告也显示,蓝莓中的花青素可以促进视网膜细胞中的视紫质再生,预防近视,增进视力。
万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L)为菊科万寿菊属一年生草本植物,茎直立,粗壮,具纵细条棱,分枝向上平展。叶羽状分裂;沿叶缘有少数腺体。头状花序单生;总苞杯状,顶端具齿尖;舌状花黄色或暗橙色;管状花花冠黄色。瘦果线形,基部缩小,黑色或褐色,被短微毛;冠毛有1-2个长芒和2-3个短而钝的鳞片。花期7-9月。其花具有如下药性:清热解毒,化痰止咳;有香味,可作芳香剂;以前曾用作抑菌、镇静、解痉剂。
越橘学名Vacciniumspp.,杜鹃花科植物,原产北美,却广泛分布在北半球从北极到热带高山地区。越橘喜生在有机质丰富、湿润的酸性土壤,喜光。野生越橘抗寒能力极强,能耐-50℃的极端低温。野生欧洲越橘大量分布在斯堪的纳维亚半岛(挪威)。越橘有130种以上,主要有兔眼越橘,狭叶越橘,澳洲越橘,蔓越橘等。果实近圆形,直径多为0.5-2cm,蓝黑或深红色。越橘含有花色苷、果胶、单宁、熊果苷、维生素C和B族维生素等多种成分。越橘主要功效有,可以防止血管破裂,也被誉为毛细血管的修理工,保护眼睛,防癌变,对慢性乙肝也有改善作用等。对越橘榨汁,糖伴,做包子都是主要的食用方法。
麦麸,即麦皮,小麦加工面粉副产品,麦黄色,片状或粉状。富含纤维素和维生素,主要用途有食用、入药、饲料原料、酿酒等。为小麦磨取面粉后筛下的种皮,就是外面的皮,主要是纤维、糊粉、一些矿物质和维生素性味甘凉,可收敛汗液。《本草纲目》中曰:“麸皮乃麦皮也,与浮(小麦)同性,而止汗之功次于浮麦,盖浮麦有肉也。”《本草拾遗》谓其“和面作饼,止泄痢,调中去热,健人。以醋拌蒸热,袋盛,烫腰脚伤折处,止痛散血。”牛奶为牛之血液所化,其味甘,其性微寒,无毒,能滋养五脏。《日华子本草》记载:“润皮肤,养心肺,解热毒。”《本草纲目》记载:“润大便,治气痢,除黄疸,老人煮粥甚益。”牛奶与麦皮合而为粥,既能补虚、止渴,又能止汗、通便。由于此粥滋补甘腻,故脾胃虚寒者易出现泻泄,有湿痰积饮者慎服。
绿茶粉是一种超微粉状的绿茶,颜色翠绿,细腻,营养、健康、天然的绿茶。采用超微粉研磨设备,瞬间恒定低温加工的绿茶粉,最大限度地保持绿茶原有的天然绿色以及营养、药理成分,除供直接饮用外,可广泛应用于绿茶蛋糕、绿茶面包、绿茶挂面、绿茶饼干、绿茶豆腐;绿茶奶冻、绿茶冰淇淋、速冻绿茶汤圆、绿茶雪糕、绿茶酸奶;绿茶糖果、绿茶巧克力、绿茶瓜子、绿茶月饼馅料、医药保健品、化妆品、日用化工品等之中,以强化其营养保健功效,满足公众对天然营养健康的诉求。
绿茶粉具有良好的抗氧化和镇静作用,可减轻疲劳。绿茶中含有维生素C及类黄酮,其中的类黄酮能增强维他命C的抗氧化功效,这种类黄酮也是珍贵营养品,所以它对维持皮肤美白,可谓是有珍品级的效果。绿茶粉可以用来做面膜,清洁皮肤、补水控油、淡化痘印、促进皮肤损伤恢复;也可以加入优酸乳、酸奶或苹果汁吃,对缓解便秘、瘦身美体、减肥有促进作用。
低聚甘露糖(MOS)于2013年10月30日被国家卫生和计划生育委员会批准为新食品原料。低聚甘露糖是由D-甘露糖通过β-1,4糖苷键连接形成主链,在主链或支链上连接葡萄糖而成,聚合度在2~10之间的寡糖。它是一种新型的益生元,能大量激活与增殖双歧杆菌和乳酸菌,调节微生态平衡。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明的富硒食品,以富硒植物蛋白粉、蓝莓提取物、万寿菊提取物、越橘提取物、麦麸提取物、绿茶粉和低聚甘露糖为主要原料;通过各原料之间的协同作用,对缓解青少年的视疲劳,辅助治疗青少年的假性近视具有非常好的作用;其中蓝莓提取物为最主要原料,蓝莓中的花青素可以促进视网膜细胞中的视紫质再生,预防近视,增进视力;硒具有保护生物膜免受氧化损伤的作用,可以保护视网膜,但硒的服用量不宜过量;万寿菊和麦麸具有清热解毒的作用,缓解长期用眼对眼部的伤害;越橘可以防止血管破裂,也被誉为毛细血管的修理工,可以有效保护眼部毛细血管;绿茶粉具有良好的抗氧化和镇静作用,可减轻疲劳,绿茶中含有维生素C及类黄酮,类黄酮能增强维他命C的抗氧化功效;加入低聚甘露糖有助于肠道吸收,对肠道吸收功能不好的人群效果显著。本发明按常规方法将以上富硒食品制成胶囊、颗粒剂或者片剂长期服用,对缓解视疲劳,辅助治疗青少年的假性近视具有非常好的作用。

以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉3.45%、蓝莓10∶1提取物28.72%、万寿菊10∶1提取物22.99%、越橘10∶1提取物17.24%、麦麸10∶1提取物9.20%、绿茶粉9.20%、低聚甘露糖9.20%。
所述的绿茶粉的粒径为200目。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是300mg/kg。
按以上配方制成颗粒剂。
实施例2
一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉4.95%、蓝莓提取物25.95%、万寿菊提取物20.05%、越橘提取物20.00%、麦麸提取物8.02%、绿茶粉11.98%、低聚甘露糖10.05%。
所述的绿茶粉的粒径为200目。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是250mg/kg。
按以上配方制成片剂。
实施例3
一种缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉3.05%、蓝莓提取物30.00%、万寿菊提取物24.85%、越橘提取物15.20%、麦麸提取物10.87%、绿茶粉8.01%、低聚甘露糖8.02%。
所述的绿茶粉的粒径为200目。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是350mg/kg。
按以上配方制成胶囊。
对比实施例1
将实施例1中的万寿菊和麦麸提取物均替换为蓝莓提取物,其余制备条件不变。
对比实施例2
将实施例1中的越橘提取物替换为蓝莓提取物,其余制备条件不变。
对比实施例3
将实施例1中的绿茶粉替换为蓝莓提取物,其余制备条件不变。
以下对实施例1-3和对比实施例1-3制作的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品对青少年近视的辅助治疗效果进行检测。
试验方法:每个实施例分别选择假性近视,视力低于1.0的青少年患者50例进行试验,取每日早中晚各服用0.5g缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,并由老师和家长规范用眼,对照例不服用缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,其余条件不变。
试验90天后进行检查,统计痊愈、显效、好转、无效的病患数,计算其总有效率(%)。疗效判定标准:①痊愈:视力恢复至1.2及以上;②显效:视力恢复至1.0-1.2;③好转:视力恢复至1.0;④无效:视力仍然低于1.0。
试验结果见表1:

由实施例1-3的测试结果可以知道,本发明的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品对青少年假性近视的辅助治疗效果非常显著。
由对比实施例1-3的测试结果可以知道,本发明的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品各原料之间具有协同作用。

2.如权利要求1所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉3-5%、蓝莓提取物25-30%、万寿菊提取物20-25%、越橘提取物15-20%、麦麸提取物8-12%、绿茶粉8-12%、低聚甘露糖8-15%。
3.如权利要求1所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,其特征在于,所述的绿茶粉的粒径为200目。
4.如权利要求2所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,其特征在于,所述的蓝莓提取物、万寿菊提取物、越橘提取物、麦麸提取物均为10∶1的浓缩提取物。
5.如权利要求4所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉3.45%、蓝莓10∶1提取物28.72%、万寿菊10∶1提取物22.99%、越橘10∶1提取物17.24%、麦麸10∶1提取物9.20%、绿茶粉9.20%、低聚甘露糖9.20%。
6.如权利要求1所述的缓解视疲劳的富硒食品,其特征在于,所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是250-350mg/kg。
