保温隔热材料可以阻滞热流的传递,起到隔热和/或保温,极大的缓冲温度变化的作用。应用于墙体的保温隔热涂料材料可大量节约墙体材料,提高墙体保温性能,节约资源,减少环境污染。由于墙体的保温隔热涂料材料主要应用于墙体表面,需长时间的经受日晒、温差、水汽、气流等条件的侵蚀,因此市面上的保温涂料材料,普遍存在着开裂脱落的隐患,在施工过程中,须要添加使用抗裂砂浆网格布来弥补这方面的缺陷,以达到作用于墙体隔热保温的效果,而且现有的保温涂料材料阻燃性不佳,在燃烧环境下易产生烟雾,使用稳定性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种具有良好隔热保温性、防火阻燃性及耐腐蚀/侵蚀性的墙体保温隔热涂料材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂40~60份、钼酚醛树脂10~20份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5~10份、EVA乳液10~20份、羟基硅油3~12份、陶瓷空心微珠20~30份、二氧化硅空心球10~20份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5~10份、聚阴离子纤维素3~8份、丙二醇8~15份、水滑石粉5~15份、聚丙烯酸钠1~3份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮2~6份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚6~12份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚0.5~1.5份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷5~15份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯2~5份、去离子水15~30份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm。
进一步地,所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将环氧树脂、钼酚醛树脂、羟基硅油、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、EVA乳液、丙二醇置于反应釜中,搅拌均匀后升温至50℃;
3)将反应釜中通氮气保护,并加入三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,在70~80℃下保温搅拌1~2h;然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,保温搅拌1~2h;加入一半量的去离子水并保温高速搅拌0.5~1h,出料,得混合乳液料;
4)将剩余的去离子水置于反应釜中,加入聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,于60~70℃下搅拌均匀,加入陶瓷空心微珠、二氧化硅空心球、聚阴离子纤维素、水滑石粉和聚丙烯酸钠,保温高速搅拌至均匀状态,加入步骤3所得的混合乳液料及2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚和四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯,保温搅拌1~2h得初涂料材料;
5)将步骤4所得的初涂料材料经剪切乳化机处理0.5~1h,出料得到本发明的墙体保温隔热涂料材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:
本发明为一种经多次实验获得具有良好隔热保温性能,同时可保持较好的阻燃防火性、耐候性及耐腐蚀性的墙体保温隔热涂料材料;加工使用方便,与墙体的界面相容性好,附着性优良,涂覆后长时期内不会出现开裂脱落现象,同时涂料材料体系稳定性好;可应用于墙体外表面,亦可应用于管道等需要隔热保温的设备表面。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂50份、钼酚醛树脂15份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯8份、EVA乳液15份、羟基硅油7份、陶瓷空心微珠25份、二氧化硅空心球15份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯7份、聚阴离子纤维素6份、丙二醇11份、水滑石粉10份、聚丙烯酸钠2份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮4份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚9份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚1份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷10份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯3份、去离子水22份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm,所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将环氧树脂、钼酚醛树脂、羟基硅油、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、EVA乳液、丙二醇置于反应釜中,搅拌均匀后升温至50℃;
3)将反应釜中通氮气保护,并加入三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,在75℃下保温搅拌1.5h;然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,保温搅拌1.5h;加入一半量的去离子水并保温高速搅拌45min,出料,得混合乳液料;
4)将剩余的去离子水置于反应釜中,加入聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,于65℃下搅拌均匀,加入陶瓷空心微珠、二氧化硅空心球、聚阴离子纤维素、水滑石粉和聚丙烯酸钠,保温高速搅拌至均匀状态,加入步骤3所得的混合乳液料及2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚和四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯,保温搅拌1.5h得初涂料材料;
5)将步骤4所得的初涂料材料经剪切乳化机处理45min,出料得到本发明的墙体保温隔热涂料材料。
实施例2:一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂40份、钼酚醛树脂10份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5份、EVA乳液10份、羟基硅油3份、陶瓷空心微珠20份、二氧化硅空心球10份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5份、聚阴离子纤维素3份、丙二醇8份、水滑石粉5份、聚丙烯酸钠1份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮2份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚6份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚0.5份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷5份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯2份、去离子水15份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm,所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将环氧树脂、钼酚醛树脂、羟基硅油、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、EVA乳液、丙二醇置于反应釜中,搅拌均匀后升温至50℃;
3)将反应釜中通氮气保护,并加入三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,在70℃下保温搅拌2h;然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,保温搅拌2h;加入一半量的去离子水并保温高速搅拌1h,出料,得混合乳液料;
4)将剩余的去离子水置于反应釜中,加入聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,于60℃下搅拌均匀,加入陶瓷空心微珠、二氧化硅空心球、聚阴离子纤维素、水滑石粉和聚丙烯酸钠,保温高速搅拌至均匀状态,加入步骤3所得的混合乳液料及2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚和四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯,保温搅拌2h得初涂料材料;
5)将步骤4所得的初涂料材料经剪切乳化机处理1h,出料得到本发明的墙体保温隔热涂料材料。
实施例3:一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂60份、钼酚醛树脂20份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯10份、EVA乳液20份、羟基硅油12份、陶瓷空心微珠30份、二氧化硅空心球20份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯10份、聚阴离子纤维素8份、丙二醇15份、水滑石粉15份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮6份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚12份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚1.5份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷15份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯5份、去离子水30份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm,所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将环氧树脂、钼酚醛树脂、羟基硅油、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、EVA乳液、丙二醇置于反应釜中,搅拌均匀后升温至50℃;
3)将反应釜中通氮气保护,并加入三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,在80℃下保温搅拌1h;然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,保温搅拌1h;加入一半量的去离子水并保温高速搅拌0.5h,出料,得混合乳液料;
4)将剩余的去离子水置于反应釜中,加入聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,于70℃下搅拌均匀,加入陶瓷空心微珠、二氧化硅空心球、聚阴离子纤维素、水滑石粉和聚丙烯酸钠,保温高速搅拌至均匀状态,加入步骤3所得的混合乳液料及2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚和四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯,保温搅拌1h得初涂料材料;
5)将步骤4所得的初涂料材料经剪切乳化机处理0.5h,出料得到本发明的墙体保温隔热涂料材料。
实施例4:一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂40份、钼酚醛树脂20份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5份、EVA乳液20份、羟基硅油3份、陶瓷空心微珠30份、二氧化硅空心球10份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯10份、聚阴离子纤维素3份、丙二醇15份、水滑石粉5份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮2份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚12份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚0.5份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷15份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯2份、去离子水30份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm,所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂55份、钼酚醛树脂12份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯6份、EVA乳液19份、羟基硅油5份、陶瓷空心微珠23份、二氧化硅空心球18份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯7份、聚阴离子纤维素7份、丙二醇10份、水滑石粉12份、聚丙烯酸钠2份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚10份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚1份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷12份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯4份、去离子水20份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm,所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其制备方法同实施例1。
经测试,上述实施例1-5所得的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料涂覆所形成漆膜表面光滑,硬度大于3H,附着力0级,抗压强度大于20Mpa,隔热温差大于15℃ , 导热系数小于0.07w/m·k。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,其具体描述并不能理解为对本发明专利范围的限制,但凡本领域技术人员采用等同或等效变换的形式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂40~60份、钼酚醛树脂10~20份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5~10份、EVA乳液10~20份、羟基硅油3~12份、陶瓷空心微珠20~30份、二氧化硅空心球10~20份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5~10份、聚阴离子纤维素3~8份、丙二醇8~15份、水滑石粉5~15份、聚丙烯酸钠1~3份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮2~6份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚6~12份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚0.5~1.5份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷5~15份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯2~5份、去离子水15~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:环氧树脂50份、钼酚醛树脂15份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯8份、EVA乳液15份、羟基硅油7份、陶瓷空心微珠25份、二氧化硅空心球15份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯7份、聚阴离子纤维素6份、丙二醇11份、水滑石粉10份、聚丙烯酸钠2份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮4份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚9份、2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚1份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷10份、四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯3份、去离子水22份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅空心球的平均粒径为0.5~1.5μm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料,其特征在于:所述陶瓷空心微珠的平均粒径为10~15μm。
5.权利要求1或2所述的一种防火耐腐蚀的墙体保温隔热涂料材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将环氧树脂、钼酚醛树脂、羟基硅油、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、EVA乳液、丙二醇置于反应釜中,搅拌均匀后升温至50℃;
3)将反应釜中通氮气保护,并加入三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,在70~80℃下保温搅拌1~2h;然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,保温搅拌1~2h;加入一半量的去离子水并保温高速搅拌0.5~1h,出料,得混合乳液料;
4)将剩余的去离子水置于反应釜中,加入聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,于60~70℃下搅拌均匀,加入陶瓷空心微珠、二氧化硅空心球、聚阴离子纤维素、水滑石粉和聚丙烯酸钠,保温高速搅拌至均匀状态,加入步骤3所得的混合乳液料及2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚和四苯基(双酚A)二磷酸酯,保温搅拌1~2h得初涂料材料;
5)将步骤4所得的初涂料材料经剪切乳化机处理0.5~1h,出料得到本发明的墙体保温隔热涂料材料。
