技术领域
本发明涉及污水循环处理剂。
背景技术
目前,世界各国用水量急剧增加、水资源危机日益严峻,同时各种环保法规(水污染防治法)相继制定,而且越来越严格,因此促进了环保技术尤其是污水处理技术的快速发展。水处理剂在水处理过程中有举足轻重的作用,尽管水处理技术有生化法、物理法、物理化学法,并不断有新工艺和技术投入市场,但都很难完全替代化学药剂。因此,水处理剂和水处理设备被人们称为水处理工业的两个翅膀。
随着我国制造工业的快速发展以及人民生活水平大幅提高,水资源过度开发利用、工业生产以及生活污水对天然水体造成的污染也越来越严重,水体污染物成分也越来越复杂,包括多种有机污染物、重金属元素、高浓度盐类等等。虽然目前已有一些水处理剂投入使用,如混凝剂、助凝剂等,但单纯依靠这些药剂的投加已不能满足现在的水处理要求,尤其是对于难脱稳胶体、氨氮、重金属离子超标问题,其处理效果并不理想。同时,有些水处理剂在生产和使用过程中,会产生二次污染,增加水体中的有害成分。因此,研发一种高效率、应用范围广、环保、安全的污水处理剂十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米生物循环水处理剂,可循环使用,具有广泛的适用性,无二次污染,降低污泥含水量。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种纳米生物循环水处理剂,原料质量配比为:海泡石纤维,10-20份;纯硅藻,100-150份;火山岩炭,10-20份;凹凸棒,60-100份;沸石,6-10份;促生酶剂,10-20份;氢氧化镁,0.02-0.07份;氧化铁,0.02-0.07份;葡萄糖,30-50份;好氧菌剂50-80份;厌氧菌剂,20-30份;硝化菌剂,10-20份;反硝化菌剂,10-20份;聚磷菌剂,10-20份;水解酸化菌剂,10-20份;将按质量比例量取的上述各物料充分混合后包装即为成品。
本申请各原料配置的原理及作用
海泡石纤维、火山岩炭、凹凸棒、沸石等具有良好的吸附、过滤等性能,可有效去除水中浊度、色度、重金属离子、有机物、油类及其它污染物质;纯硅藻不仅具有很好的吸附、过滤性能,同时可促进污染物的絮凝、沉淀,并可有效改善污泥的性质,使水处理过程中形成的污泥具有很好的脱水性能,降低污泥的含水量,后续处理中不再需要额外添加污泥处理药剂,减少后续污泥处理成本;氢氧化镁和氧化铁可增强絮凝沉淀功能;好氧菌、厌氧菌、水解酸化菌等通过微生物代谢作用降解水中的污染物质,硝化菌、反硝化菌主要用于脱氮,聚磷菌主要用于除磷;葡萄糖为微生物代谢提供能量;促生酶剂用于促进微生物代谢作用。
海泡石纤维:海泡石成分>85%,粒度:250~300目,密度2~2.5g/cm3,CaO<1.5%,Fe2O3<0.03%;
纯硅藻:SiO2≥88,真密度2.3g/cm3,松密度0.20~0.30 g/cm3,细度:100~500目;
火山岩炭;粒径:1-2mm,密度0.75g/cm3;
凹凸棒:有效物质含量≥90%,粒度:100~200目,堆密度0.5±1g/cm3,含水量≤8%;
沸石:斜发沸石,粒度:180~200目,密度1.92g/cm3,吸氨值>100mg当量/100g,水分≤1.8%。
上述好氧菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将好氧菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
好氧菌菌种包括地衣芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、亚硝化单胞菌、贝式硫菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:地衣芽孢杆菌 2% 份、铜绿假单胞菌 3%份、亚硝化单胞菌2%份、贝式硫菌 4%份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到好氧菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得好氧菌菌液通过干燥得到好氧菌剂。干燥采用离心分离干燥或冷冻干燥。
上述厌氧菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将厌氧菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
厌氧菌菌种包括产甲烷杆菌、产甲烷球菌、脱硫弧菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:产甲烷杆菌 2% 份、产甲烷球菌 3% 份、脱硫弧菌 2% 份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到厌氧菌混合菌液。混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得厌氧菌菌液通过干燥得到厌氧菌剂。
上述硝化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将硝化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到硝化菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得硝化菌菌液通过干燥得到硝化菌剂。
上述反硝化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将反硝化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到反硝化菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得反硝化菌菌液通过干燥得到反硝化菌剂。
上述聚磷菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将聚磷菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到聚磷菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得聚磷菌菌液通过干燥得到聚磷菌剂。
上述水解酸化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将水解酸化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
水解酸化菌菌种包括产黄纤维单胞菌、淀粉芽孢梭菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、琥珀酸拟杆菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:产黄纤维单胞菌 2% 份、淀粉芽孢梭菌3% 份、蜡状芽孢杆菌 2% 份、琥珀酸拟杆菌4% 份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到水解酸化菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得水解酸化菌菌液通过干燥得到水解酸化菌剂。
本发明涉及的促生酶剂每10份包括有机碳源 1~2份、有机氮源1~2份、复合维生素0.5~1份、有机酸1~2份剩余为生物酶,所述有机酸选自柠檬酸、乳酸、醋酸、葡萄糖酸、苹果酸、曲酸、丙酸、琥珀酸、抗坏血酸、水杨酸中的一种或两种以上;所述生物酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶或纤维素酶。促生酶剂为微生物提供营养物质,促进微生物的增长繁殖,并能提高微生物的活性,让微生物在较恶劣的环境中能快速大量的生长繁殖,形成良好的菌胶团,提高微生物对污染物的降解能力。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)集合多种技术原理,应用范围广。目前市场上的一些水处理剂技术原理、应用范围比较单一,且处理效果并不十分理想。本产品同时结合了生物、物理以及化学降解技术,不仅添加了适合降解多种性质废水的专业菌类成分,而且还具有加强化学反应、吸附反应以及絮凝沉淀的作用。可应用于各类难降解工业废水处理,且对多种污染物质均有优良的降解及去除效果。
(2)绿色水处理剂,无二次污染。目前市场上具有类似功能的水处理剂如聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝、各类消毒剂等,在生产过程及使用过程中可能含有重金属元素、余氯、有毒有机溶液以及各种有害衍生物。本产品安全可靠,性能稳定,不会产生二次污染,属于绿色水处理剂的技术范畴,符合目前的创新环保水处理剂的发展趋势。
(3)可实现污泥减量化。城市污水厂剩余污泥的大量产生是目前环保领域的又一难题,一般水处理工艺过程中产生的污泥脱水十分困难,污泥含水量很高,增加了污泥的处理难度,处理需要添加药剂,且存在二次污染的问题。若在处理过程中投加本申请的水处理剂,可加快絮凝沉淀速度,使污泥快速凝聚,提高脱水性能,实现污泥减量5%~10%,且污泥中不存在因添加水处理剂而产生的有害物质,污泥处理过程中无需添加任何化学药剂。
(4)循环使用,降低能耗。有些水处理剂产品为大剂量消耗品,如各种絮凝剂、消毒剂等,使用过程中不断消耗,需要持续定量添加。本产品一次投加之后可循环使用,使用过程中仅存在少量的消耗,只需间断性地补充少量药剂即可,达到保证水处理质量要求的同时降低水处理成本以及节能降耗的目的。

本发明涉及的生物循环水处理剂,主要成分包括海泡石纤维,纯硅藻,火山岩炭,凹凸棒,沸石,促生酶剂,氢氧化镁,氧化铁,葡萄糖,好氧菌剂,厌氧菌剂,硝化菌剂,反硝化菌剂,聚磷菌剂,水解酸化菌剂。
各实施例的具体原料配比见表1。

本申请纳米生物循环水处理剂的制备方法,是将配好的各原料充分混合均匀,包装即可,使用时直接投入污水中。
实施例中的好氧菌剂,厌氧菌剂,硝化菌剂,反硝化菌剂,聚磷菌剂,水解酸化菌剂的具体培养方法如下
一、好氧菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将好氧菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度28℃,培养时间36小时;
好氧菌菌种包括地衣芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、亚硝化单胞菌、贝式硫菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:地衣芽孢杆菌 2% 份、铜绿假单胞菌 3%份、亚硝化单胞菌2%份、贝式硫菌 4%份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到好氧菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得好氧菌菌液通过干燥得到好氧菌剂,干燥采用离心分离干燥或冷冻干燥。
二、厌氧菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将厌氧菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度28℃,培养时间36小时;
厌氧菌菌种包括产甲烷杆菌、产甲烷球菌、脱硫弧菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:产甲烷杆菌 2% 份、产甲烷球菌 3% 份、脱硫弧菌 2% 份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到厌氧菌混合菌液。混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得厌氧菌菌液通过干燥得到厌氧菌剂。
三、硝化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将硝化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度28℃,培养时间36小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到硝化菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得硝化菌菌液通过干燥得到硝化菌剂。
四、反硝化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将反硝化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度28℃,培养时间36小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到反硝化菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得反硝化菌菌液通过干燥得到反硝化菌剂。
五、聚磷菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将聚磷菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度28℃,培养时间36小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到聚磷菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得聚磷菌菌液通过干燥得到聚磷菌剂。
六、水解酸化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将水解酸化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度28℃,培养时间36小时;
水解酸化菌菌种包括产黄纤维单胞菌、淀粉芽孢梭菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、琥珀酸拟杆菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:产黄纤维单胞菌 2% 份、淀粉芽孢梭菌3% 份、蜡状芽孢杆菌 2% 份、琥珀酸拟杆菌4% 份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到水解酸化菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得水解酸化菌菌液通过干燥得到水解酸化菌剂。

对城镇综合污水厂生化池废水进行处理试验,结果如下表所示:

1.一种纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:原料质量配比为:海泡石纤维,10-20份;纯硅藻,100-150份;火山岩炭,10-20份;凹凸棒,60-100份;沸石,6-10份;促生酶剂,10-20份;氢氧化镁,0.02-0.07份;氧化铁,0.02-0.07份;葡萄糖,30-50份;好氧菌剂50-80份;厌氧菌剂,20-30份;硝化菌剂,10-20份;反硝化菌剂,10-20份;聚磷菌剂,10-20份;水解酸化菌剂,10-20份;
将按质量比例量取的上述各物料充分混合后包装即为成品。

(1)将好氧菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
好氧菌菌种包括地衣芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、亚硝化单胞菌、贝式硫菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:地衣芽孢杆菌 2% 份、铜绿假单胞菌 3%份、亚硝化单胞菌2%份、贝式硫菌 4%份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到好氧菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得好氧菌菌液通过干燥得到好氧菌剂。

(1)将厌氧菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
厌氧菌菌种包括产甲烷杆菌、产甲烷球菌、脱硫弧菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:产甲烷杆菌 2% 份、产甲烷球菌 3% 份、脱硫弧菌 2% 份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到厌氧菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得厌氧菌菌液通过干燥得到厌氧菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:所述硝化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将硝化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到硝化菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得硝化菌菌液通过干燥得到硝化菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:所述反硝化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将反硝化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到反硝化菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得反硝化菌菌液通过干燥得到反硝化菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:所述聚磷菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将聚磷菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
(2)量取上述菌液接种到菌种培养基中,菌液的接种量按体积百分比为5% 份;培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到聚磷菌菌液;
菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得聚磷菌菌液通过干燥得到聚磷菌剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:所述水解酸化菌剂的制备方法,步骤如下,
(1)将水解酸化菌菌种分别在培养基中进行活化、扩大培养:培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、K2HPO40.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌,培养温度25-30℃,培养时间24-48小时;
水解酸化菌菌种包括产黄纤维单胞菌、淀粉芽孢梭菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、琥珀酸拟杆菌,每个菌种单独培养,得到相应的菌液;
(2)分别量取各菌液接种到混合菌种培养基中,各菌液的接种量按体积百分比为:产黄纤维单胞菌 2% 份、淀粉芽孢梭菌3% 份、蜡状芽孢杆菌 2% 份、琥珀酸拟杆菌4% 份;混合培养温度25~30℃,培养时间24~48小时,得到水解酸化菌混合菌液;
混合菌种培养基的质量配比为:酵母膏1%、蛋白胨1.5%、葡萄糖0.5%、NH4Cl20.5%、余量为水,培养基经过121℃20分钟高温灭菌;
(3)所得水解酸化菌菌液通过干燥得到水解酸化菌剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:每10份促生酶剂中包括有机碳源 1~2份、有机氮源1~2份、复合维生素0.5~1份、有机酸1~2份剩余为生物酶,
所述有机酸选自柠檬酸、乳酸、醋酸、葡萄糖酸、苹果酸、曲酸、丙酸、琥珀酸、抗坏血酸、水杨酸中的一种或两种以上;
所述生物酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶或纤维素酶。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物循环水处理剂,其特征在于:
海泡石纤维:海泡石成分>85%,粒度:250~300目,密度2~2.5g/cm3,CaO<1.5%,Fe2O3<0.03%;
纯硅藻:SiO2≥88,真密度2.3g/cm3,松密度0.20~0.30 g/cm3,细度:100~500目;
火山岩炭;粒径:1-2mm,密度0.75g/cm3;
凹凸棒:有效物质含量≥90%,粒度:100~200目,堆密度0.5±1g/cm3,含水量≤8%;
沸石:斜发沸石,粒度:180~200目,密度1.92g/cm3,吸氨值>100mg当量/100g,水分≤1.8%。
