Abstract
一种钢渣处理工艺,属于转炉炼钢钢渣处理技术领域。转炉渣从闷渣池经打水冷却、分解工艺处理,粒度<250mm的钢渣使用鄂式破碎机将钢渣破碎至<70mm,使用跨带式磁选机分离出渣钢,再使用液压圆锥破碎机将钢渣破碎至<10mm,使用跨带式磁选机分离出渣钢;最终将钢渣处理成<10mm,渣钢含量<2%的尾渣。优点在于,设备布局采用立体垂直布置与环型布置相结合的方式,布局紧凑,占地面积小,投资少,钢渣处理效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于转炉炼钢钢渣处理技术领域,特别涉及一种钢渣处理工艺。尤其涉及一种紧凑型钢渣处理工艺。
背景技术
随着钢铁工业快速发展,炼钢新技术不断投入应用,以及社会发展对环保的要求日益提高,钢渣处理逐渐受到钢铁厂家的重视,一般新建钢厂在设计之初就充分考虑钢渣处理场地布置、设备选型等因素,钢渣处理系统布局趋于合理,运行高效顺畅,能够满足钢厂日常生产运转,钢渣再利用的要求;但是,对于部分建厂历史久远的老厂,钢渣处理一般采用冷弃法、热沷法等简单的钢渣处理方法,缺乏后期加工、筛选、回收和再利用的先进手段,对生产运行、环境保护造成不同程度的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢渣处理工艺,解决了钢渣处理用地面积较大的问题。适用于场地面积有限或对原有简单钢渣处理系统进行工艺升级;
一种钢渣处理工艺,具体步骤及参数如下:
1、转炉渣从闷渣池经打水冷却、分解工艺处理完后,倒入250mm×250mm孔径的振动格筛2上,粒度<250mm的钢渣进入地下原料仓3,由原料仓3下的电磁振动给料机持续给料,电子皮带秤计量后,经由带式输送机5,通过地下通廊运至钢渣二次处理区域6。
2、钢渣进入二次处理区域6后,跨带式磁选机磁选出<250mm的渣钢,磁选后的钢渣送往70×70mm振动格筛2,筛上>70mm的钢渣经溜槽进入鄂式破碎机破碎成<70mm的钢渣。
3、跨带式磁选机磁选出<70mm的渣钢,磁选后的钢渣送往10×10mm振动格筛2,粒径>10mm的钢渣经料仓‐电磁振动给料机进入液压圆锥破碎机,破碎成<10mm的钢渣,跨带式磁选机磁选出<10mm的渣钢,<10mm的钢渣经由带式输送机运送至成品间。
最终将钢渣处理成粒径<10mm,渣钢含量<2wt%的尾渣。
本发明的优点在于,设备布置采用立体垂直布置与环型布置相结合的方式,具有布局紧凑,占地面积小,投资少,钢渣处理效率高的特点。

具体实施方式
转炉渣从闷渣池经打水冷却、分解工艺处理完后,倒入250mm×250mm孔径的格筛上,粒度<250mm的钢渣进入地下原料仓,由原料仓下的电磁振动给料机持续给料,电子皮带秤计量后,经由带式输送机,通过地下通廊运至钢渣二次处理区域。
钢渣进入二次处理区域后,跨带式磁选机磁选出<250mm的渣钢,磁选后的钢渣送往70×70mm振动格筛,筛上>70mm的钢渣经溜槽进入鄂式破碎机破碎成<70mm的钢渣。
跨带式磁选机磁选出<70mm的渣钢,磁选后的钢渣送往10×10mm振动格筛,>10mm的钢渣经料仓‐电磁振动给料机进入液压圆锥破碎机,破碎成<10mm的钢渣,跨带式磁选机磁选出<10mm的渣钢,<10mm的钢渣经由带式输送机运送至成品间。
Claims (2)
1.一种钢渣处理工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤及参数如下:
1)转炉渣从闷渣池经打水冷却、分解工艺处理完后,倒入250mm×250mm孔径的振动格筛(2)上,粒度<250mm的钢渣进入地下原料仓(3),由原料仓(3)下的电磁振动给料机持续给料,电子皮带秤计量后,经由带式输送机(5),通过地下通廊运至钢渣二次处理区域(6);
2)钢渣进入二次处理区域(6)后,跨带式磁选机磁选出<250mm的渣钢,磁选后的钢渣送往70×70mm振动格筛(2),筛上>70mm的钢渣经溜槽进入鄂式破碎机破碎成<70mm的钢渣;
3)跨带式磁选机磁选出<70mm的渣钢,磁选后的钢渣送往10×10mm振动格筛(2),粒径>10mm的钢渣经料仓‐电磁振动给料机进入液压圆锥破碎机,破碎成<10mm的钢渣,跨带式磁选机磁选出<10mm的渣钢,<10mm的钢渣经由带式输送机运送至成品间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于,所述的钢渣最终处理成粒径<10mm,渣钢含量<2wt%的尾渣。
