Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜及其制备方法,所述薄膜包括:以聚丙烯PP为材料的电晕处理层;采用乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH为材料并加入4%的茂金属POE作为粘结剂的中间阻隔层;以聚丙烯PP为材料的热封功能层;上层为电晕处理层,底层为热封功能层,中间阻隔层位于电晕处理层和热封功能层之间;制备方法包括:配料、熔融塑化流延薄膜、冷却定型、电晕处理、时效固化、分切、包装入库;本发明采用EVOH树脂作为中间阻隔层,加入4%的茂金属POE改善各层的粘结效果,阻隔层在芯层可有效提高阻隔效果,避免阻隔层与包内产品直接接触,提高包装安全性,环保性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于包装膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,高阻隔CPP薄膜结构上分为两种,第一种多为5层或7层,阻隔层在中间,阻隔效果好,但生产工艺复杂,成本相对较高,厚度较大;另外一种为三层结构,阻隔层在外层,易于包内产品直接接触,阻隔效果相对较差,且易释放有毒的小分子,进而污染包内产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜及其制备方法,旨在解决高阻隔CPP薄膜生产工艺复杂、成本相对较高、厚度较大、阻隔效果相对较差、不够环保的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,本发明提供的一种新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜,所述新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜包括:以聚丙烯PP为材料的电晕处理层;
采用乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH为材料并加入4%的茂金属POE作为粘结剂的中间阻隔层;
以聚丙烯PP为材料的热封功能层;
上层为电晕处理层,底层为热封功能层,中间阻隔层位于电晕处理层和热封功能层之间。
进一步,所述电晕处理层和热封功能层均为具有抗静电功能和抑菌功能的薄膜层。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,包括:
将配好适当比例的原料送入原料仓,真空负压输送到挤出机料斗,挤出机塑化成熔体,熔体经过挤出螺杆挤出,过滤器过滤,经分配器分配到模头;
然后采用三层共挤流延法制初级薄膜,制得的初级薄膜在牵引单元经电晕单面处理,牵引收成母卷;
母卷经过时效处理,最后分切成新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜。
进一步,分切成新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜后进行包装并入库。
进一步,挤出机螺杆直径65mm,L/D=32,普通渐变型螺杆。挤出机的机筒温度为210℃、230℃、240℃、255℃、265℃;
流延法制膜温度为265℃。
进一步,所述分配器采用R射线测厚仪进行自动测厚显示记录并反馈到模头上的热膨胀螺丝上,自动模头调控间隙;可以使流延膜厚度的平均误差在2%以内;所述模头采用T型口模。
进一步,经过流延法制膜后还需进行气刀处理,气刀处理后进行1#冷却辊冷却、2#冷却辊冷却,然后进行在牵引单元经电晕单面处理;
1#冷却辊冷却方法为:采用自来水经冷却器热交换器,冷却水温为0~-5℃;
2#冷却辊冷却方法为:采用自来水经冷却器热交换器,冷却水温为8℃~10℃。
进一步,制备的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的厚度20um~30um;雾度5.5%~6%;拉伸强度,纵/横≧40/20MPa;断裂伸长率,纵/横≧400%/500%;直角撕裂强度,纵/横≧100kgf/cm/140kgf/cm;表面张力≧42×10-3N/m。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种包装上述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的食品盒。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:采用EVOH树脂作为中间阻隔层,加入4%的茂金属POE改善各层的粘结效果,阻隔层在芯层可有效提高阻隔效果,避免阻隔层与包内产品直接接触,提高包装安全性,环保性;产品采用三层共挤流延法生产,经过功能化改性,可赋予产品抗静电功能、抑菌功能。本发明按配方均匀共混后,流延法制膜,产品对水蒸气阻隔效果低于5.0g/(㎡.d),对氧气的阻隔效果低于2.0cm3/(㎡.d)。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面结合附图对本发明的应用原理作详细的描述。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜,所述新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜包括:以聚丙烯PP为材料的电晕处理层1;
采用乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH为材料并加入4%的茂金属POE作为粘结剂的中间阻隔层2;
以聚丙烯PP为材料的热封功能层2;
上层为电晕处理层,底层为热封功能层,中间阻隔层位于电晕处理层和热封功能层之间。
进一步,所述电晕处理层和热封功能层均为具有抗静电功能和抑菌功能的薄膜层。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,包括:
S101:将配好适当比例的原料送入原料仓,真空负压输送到挤出机料斗,挤出机塑化成熔体,熔体经过挤出螺杆挤出,过滤器过滤,经分配器分配到模头。
S102:然后采用三层共挤流延法制初级薄膜,制得的初级薄膜在牵引单元经电晕单面处理,牵引收成母卷。
S103:母卷经过时效处理,最后分切成新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜;进行包装并入库。
进一步,挤出机螺杆直径65mm,L/D=32,普通渐变型螺杆。挤出机的机筒温度为210℃、230℃、240℃、255℃、265℃;

本发明的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜以聚丙烯PP为电晕处理层材料,,乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH为中间阻隔层,在阻隔层2内加入适量的茂金属POE作为粘结剂,在阻隔层2内加入适量的茂金属POE作为粘结剂,中间阻隔层可有效提高阻隔效果,避免阻隔层与包内产品直接接触,提高包装安全性,环保性。

1.一种新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜,其特征在于,所述新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜包括:以聚丙烯PP为材料的电晕处理层;
采用乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH为材料并加入4%的茂金属POE作为粘结剂的中间阻隔层;
以聚丙烯PP为材料的热封功能层;
上层为电晕处理层,底层为热封功能层,中间阻隔层位于电晕处理层和热封功能层之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜,其特征在于,所述电晕处理层和热封功能层均为具有抗静电功能和抑菌功能的薄膜层。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法包括:
将配好适当比例的原料送入原料仓,真空负压输送到挤出机料斗,挤出机塑化成熔体,熔体经过挤出螺杆挤出,过滤器过滤,经分配器分配到模头;
然后采用三层共挤流延法制初级薄膜,制得的初级薄膜在牵引单元经电晕单面处理,牵引收成母卷;
母卷经过时效处理,最后分切成新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜。
4.如权利要求3所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,分切成新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜后进行包装并入库。
5.如权利要求3所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,
挤出机的机筒温度为210℃、230℃、240℃、255℃、265℃;
流延法制膜温度为265℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分配器采用R射线测厚仪进行自动测厚显示记录并反馈到模头上的热膨胀螺丝上,自动模头调控间隙;所述模头采用T型口模。
7.如权利要求3所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,经过流延法制膜后还需进行气刀处理,气刀处理后进行1#冷却辊冷却、2#冷却辊冷却,然后进行在牵引单元经电晕单面处理;
1#冷却辊冷却方法为:采用自来水经冷却器热交换器,冷却水温为0~-5℃;
2#冷却辊冷却方法为:采用自来水经冷却器热交换器,冷却水温为8℃~10℃。
8.如权利要求3所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,制备的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的厚度20um~30um;雾度5.5%~6%。
9.一种包装有权利要求1所述的新型环保型高阻隔CPP薄膜的食品盒。
