Abstract

本申请为申请号为201180018146.3、申请日为2011年04月04日、发明名称为“高黏度聚酰胺组合物”的分案申请。
本发明涉及一种包含支链聚酰胺的高黏度聚酰胺组合物。本发明更具体地涉及一种包含无规树型共聚酰胺的组合物,该共聚酰胺从在一种多官能单体与多种双官能单体之间的反应而获得,该多官能单体包括至少三个发生反应以便形成酰胺官能团的官能团(这三个官能团为两种不同类型),并且这些双官能单体常规地用于直链聚酰胺的生产。相对于直链聚酰胺,所获得的共聚酰胺展现出非常低的熔体流动指数以及改进的抗冲击强度特性。本发明还涉及这种组合物用于挤出吹气模制物品的用途。
在用塑料制造的零件领域,许多零件是通过模制包含聚酰胺作为基质的组合物来获得的。一般使用的聚酰胺是直链脂肪族的、芳香族的或半芳香族的聚酰胺。
用于使这种组合物成型的新方法,例如像挤出吹气模制,要求组合物展示出高的熔体黏度,以便使挤出的零件在吹气模制之前不在其自身重量的作用下产生变形或仅产生轻微变形。然而,这些零件的机械、弹性和抗冲击强度的特性必须不受到影响或仅受到轻微影响。提供了一些解决方案,如使用通过在固体介质中的后缩聚或者通过添加链增长剂而获得的高黏度直链聚酰胺。然而,这些解决方案通常难以实施或不利地影响所获得零件的某些特性。
本发明的一个目的是,能够通过一种简单且可控的制造方式来获得一种新颖的聚酰胺,该聚酰胺展现出高熔体黏度、具有令人满意的机械特征、对所制造的产品的各种操作性能没有损伤,特别是例如渗透性。
为此目的,本发明提供了一种能够通过共混至少以下各项而获得的组合物:
a)一种共聚酰胺,该共聚酰胺具有的结构为无规树型,它是至少以下各项之间反应的结果:

具有以下化学式II到IV的双官能单体中的至少一种:

任选地具有以下化学式V或以下化学式VI的单官能单体中的至少一种:

其中:A1和B1分别代表一种酸、酯或酰卤官能团以及一种胺或胺盐官能团,并且R3、R4、R5、R6和R7代表直链或支链的烷基烃基、取代或未取代的芳香族烃基或烷芳基、芳烷基或可以包括不饱和度的环脂族烃基;以及
b)一种链增长剂。
这样的具有无规树状结构的共聚酰胺具体地在申请书WO99/03909中进行了描述。
根据本发明的一个优选的特征,R基团是芳香族基团,R1和R2各自代表一个共价键。此外,化学式(I)的B和A官能团相应地是一个酸官能团和一个胺官能团,酸官能团的数目n有利地是等于2。
因此,本发明的适当且优选的多官能单体特别是在大于150℃的温度下热稳定的单体。以举例方式可以提及根据化学式(I)的多官能单体,其中R代表芳香族基团,如氨基邻苯二甲酸或直链的脂肪族基团,如3-氨基庚二酸或6-氨基十一烷二酸。还可以提及α-氨基酸,如东门氨酸或谷氨酸。天然氨基酸也可以用作多官能单体,如果它们的热稳定性令人满意的话。
具有化学式(II)到(IV)的双官能单体是用于制造直链热塑性聚酰胺的单体。因此,可以提及包括具有从4到12个碳原子的烃链的ω-氨基链烷酸化合物,或衍生自这些氨基酸的内酰胺,如ε-己内酰胺、具有从6到12个碳原子的饱和的脂肪族二羧酸,例如像己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸或十二酸,或二伯二胺,它们优选是饱和的、直链或支链的并且是脂肪族的、具有从6到12个碳原子,例如像六亚甲基二胺、三甲基六亚甲基二胺、四亚甲基二胺或间二甲苯二胺。
当然,也可以使用这些单体的混合物。
本发明的优选双官能单体是ε-己内酰胺或六亚甲基二胺和己二酸,或它们的混合物。
具有化学式(I)的多官能单体与具有化学式(II)至(IV)的双官能单体和具有化学式(V)和(VI)的单官能单体之和的摩尔比率优选在0.01%与5%之间、优选在0.05%与1%之间,以便获得展现出与对应的直链聚酰胺等价的机械性能水平的共聚酰胺。
共聚酰胺优选展现出小于5g/10分钟(在275℃、2160g的负载下测量)的熔体流动指数(M.F.I.)并且有利地展现出大于2的分子量分布指数D。分子量分布指数D是聚合度DPn的函数,并且是聚合物的官能因子F的函数。
当在不存在多官能化合物的情况下进行聚合时,聚合特别是根据用于二羧酸和二胺聚合的常规的操作条件来进行的。
简言之,这样一种聚合过程可以包括:
加热单体和多官能化合物的混合物,同时搅拌并加压,
在压力和温度下将该混合物保持一个预定时间长度,通过适当的装置去除水蒸气,并且然后在高于该混合物熔点的一个温度下减压并维持一个预定时间长度,特别是在水蒸气的自生压力下、在氮气下或真空中,以便因此通过去除所形成的水来继续进行聚合。
完全可能的是进行该聚合,直到获得聚酰胺的热力学平衡。
多官能和任选单官能的化合物优选在聚合起始时加入。在此情况下,二羧酸和二胺单体的混合物以及多官能和单官能化合物的混合物进行聚合。
完全可能的是在聚合开始时、过程中或结束时添加正常的添加剂,例如像催化剂,特别如磷基催化剂、消泡剂以及热或光稳定剂。
在从聚合中离开时,该聚合物可以有利地用水来冷却,并且挤出,然后被切割以产生粒料。
根据本发明的聚合过程,完全可以连续地或分批地进行。
用于聚酰胺的链增长剂通常能够与聚酰胺的胺或酸端基反应。链增长剂展现了至少两个能够与聚酰胺的端基反应的官能团,以便连接两个聚酰胺链并且因此增大改性的聚酰胺的黏度。双内酰胺的用途特别地在专利US 2 682 526中提及。
特别可以提及选自下组的化合物作为根据本发明的链增长剂,该组由以下各项组成:二醇,如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇或氢醌二(羟乙基)醚,二环氧化物,如双酚A二缩水甘油醚,带有环氧官能团的聚合物,带有酸酐官能团的聚合物,二N-酰基二己内酰胺,如间苯二酰二己内酰胺(IBC)、己二酰二己内酰胺(ABC)或对苯二酰二己内酰胺(TBC),碳酸二苯酯,二噁唑啉,噁唑啉酮(oxazolinone),二异氰酸酯,有机亚磷酸酯,如三苯基亚磷酸酯或己内酰胺亚磷酸酯、二烯酮亚胺(bis-ketenimine)或二酐。
优选,该组合物相对于该组合物的总重量包括按重量计从0.01%到5%的、用于该聚酰胺的链增长剂。更优选,该组合物相对于该组合物的总重量包括按重量计从0.1%到3%的、用于该聚酰胺的链增长剂。相对于聚酰胺的重量,特别地可以使用按重量计从0.01%到10%的、用于该聚酰胺的链增长剂。
优选的链增长剂在聚酰胺化(polyamidation)反应的条件下是对聚酰胺的水汽含量不敏感的并且不产生二次产物。
为了改进该组合物的机械特性,有利地可以向其中加入至少一种增强填充剂和/或膨胀填充剂,该填充剂优选自下组,该组由以下各项组成:纤维填充剂,如玻璃纤维,无机填充剂,如粘土、高岭土或增强纳米颗粒或热固纳米颗粒,以及粉末填充剂,如滑石。增强填充剂和/或膨胀填充剂的掺入程度是与复合材料领域的标准相一致的。例如,可以是1%到80%、优选10%到70%、并且特别是在30%与60%之间的填充剂含量。
除了本发明的改性聚酰胺之外,该组合物可以包括一种或多种其他聚合物,优选聚酰胺或共聚酰胺。
根据本发明的组合物可以额外地包括通常在预期进行模制的聚酰胺组合物的制造中使用的添加剂。因此,可以提及:润滑剂、阻燃剂、增塑剂、成核剂、催化剂、韧度改进剂如任选地接枝的弹性体、光和/或热稳定剂、抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、着色剂、去光泽剂(mattifying agent)、模制助剂或其他常规的添加剂。
这些填充剂和添加剂可以通过适合每种填充剂和添加剂的正常手段加入到改性聚酰胺中,例如像在聚合过程中或在冷或熔融的混合物中。
根据本发明的、包括以上限定的聚酰胺的组合物还可以包括至少一种抗冲击改性剂,也就是一种能够对聚酰胺组合物的抗冲击强度进行改性的化合物。这些抗冲击改性剂优选包括与该聚酰胺反应的官能团。
根据本发明,术语“与聚酰胺反应的官能团”应理解为与该聚酰胺的酸或胺官能团能够反应或进行化学交互作用的基团,特别是通过共价键、离子键或氢键相互作用或范德华键。这样的反应性基团使得有可能确保该抗冲击改性剂在聚酰胺基质中的良好分散。良好的分散通常是通过在基质中具有在0.1与1μm之间的平均尺寸的抗冲击改性剂颗粒而获得的。
优选使用包括以下官能团的抗冲击改性剂,这些官能团依据该聚酰胺的ΔGT的酸性或胺性而与该聚酰胺反应。因此,例如,如果ΔGT是酸性的,那么将优选使用能够与聚酰胺的酸官能团反应或进行化学相互作用的反应性官能团,特别是通过共价键、离子键或氢键相互作用或范德华键。因此,例如,如果ΔGT是胺,那么将优选使用能够与聚酰胺的胺官能团反应或进行化学相互作用的反应性官能团,特别是通过共价键、离子键或氢键相互作用或范德华键。
优选使用具有以下官能团的抗冲击改性剂,这些官能团与展现ΔGT为胺性质的聚酰胺反应。
该抗冲击改性剂可以很好地在其自身中包括与聚酰胺反应的官能团,例如涉及乙烯/丙烯酸(EAA)。
还有可能向其中加入一般通过接枝或共聚而与聚酰胺反应的官能团,例如用马来酸酐接枝的乙烯/丙烯/二烯(EPDM)。
根据本发明可以使用的抗冲击改性剂是包括至少一种下列单体或其混合物的寡聚或聚合物化合物:乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、异戊二烯、二烯、丙烯酸酯、丁二烯、苯乙烯、辛烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯酯如丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯、以及甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。此外,根据本发明的这些化合物还可以包括与上述单体不同的其他单体。
抗冲击改性剂的基础,任选地称为弹性体基础,可以选自下组,该组由以下各项组成:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚异戊二烯、乙烯/丙烯橡胶(EPR)、乙烯/丙烯/二烯橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯和丁烯橡胶、乙烯和丙烯酸酯橡胶、丁二烯和苯乙烯橡胶、丁二烯和丙烯酸酯橡胶、乙烯和辛烯橡胶、丁二烯和丙烯腈橡胶、乙烯/丙烯酸产物(EAA)、乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯产物(EVA)、乙烯/丙烯酸酯产物(EAE)、丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、苯乙烯/乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)、甲基丙烯酸酯/丁二烯/苯乙烯类型的核/壳弹性体(MBS)、或以上列出的至少两种弹性体的共混物。
除了以上列出的组,这些抗冲击改性剂还可以包括总体上接枝或共聚的官能团,这些官能团与聚酰胺反应,例如特别是以下的官能团:酸类如羧酸、盐化的酸类,酯类特别是丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯,离聚物类,缩水甘油基类,特别是环氧基团,缩水甘油酯类,酐类特别是马来酸酐,噁唑啉,马来酰亚胺,或其混合物。

作为包括与聚酰胺反应的官能团的抗冲击改性剂,特别可以提及:乙烯、丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的三聚物,乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物,乙烯、丙烯酸正丁酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物,乙烯和马来酸酐的共聚物,用马来酸酐接枝的苯乙烯/马来酰亚胺共聚物,用马来酸酐改性的苯乙烯/乙烯/丁烯/苯乙烯共聚物,用马来酸酐接枝的苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物,用马来酸酐接枝的丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物,以及它们的氢化物。
相对于组合物的总重量,抗冲击改性剂在总组成中的按重量计的比例特别是在0.1%与50%之间、优选在0.1%与20%之间、并且特别在0.1%与10%之间。
根据本发明的组合物非常优选地包括具有无规树形结构、链增长剂和抗冲击改性剂的共聚酰胺。
根据本发明的一个特征,本发明的组合物是通过以下方式获得的:总体上在一台单或双螺杆挤出机中将根据本发明的聚酰胺与各种添加剂共混,这种共混总体上是在该聚酰胺的熔融状态下进行的,随后通过将共混物以棒的形式挤出,然后将其切割成粒料。模制的零件后续通过熔化以上生产的粒料、并且将该熔融组合物送入适当的模制、注塑模制或挤出装置中来生产
根据本发明的组合物可以用于多种应用,如生产模制的或注塑模制的或吹气模制的零件。该组合物特别适合于通过连续或分配的挤出吹气模制工艺(无论有无储存头)来生产零件。这是因为,该组合物的低熔体流动性使得有可能在其挤出过程中在吹气模制阶段之前限制型坯的变形。本发明还涉及一种用于通过挤出进行吹气模制的方法,该方法采用根据本发明的聚酰胺组合物。
根据本发明的组合物还可以用作母料类型的、包含高比例添加剂的组合物中的基质,该母料预期与另一种热塑性组合物进行共混。除了如上所述的聚酰胺,本发明的组合物还可以包括其他的热塑性塑料作为聚合物基质,例如直链脂肪族聚酰胺或芳族或半芳族的聚酰胺。
本说明书中使用了特定的术语以便帮助理解本发明的原理。然而,应当理解,并不想通过使用这些特定的术语来限定本发明的范围。术语“和/或”包括“和”、“或”以及与该术语相连的元素的所有其他可能组合的意义。

实验部分
所使用的组合物如下:
无规树形的聚酰胺a),根据申请书WO99/03909使用0.185mol%的5-氨基间苯二甲酸和99.8%的ε-己内酰胺获得。该聚酰胺展现出了从5到10g/10分钟的熔体流动指数(MFI)(根据标准ASTM D1238在2160g的负载下并且在275℃的温度下);以及200到225ml/g的黏度指数(根据方法PN-EN ISO 307在甲酸中测定)。
直链聚酰胺66,具有175ml/g的VI(根据标准ISO 307在90%的甲酸中测定)。
链增长剂:Araldite GT7071,SMA Xiran XZ-09-002(Polyscope)(苯乙烯与马来酸酐的共聚物)。
抗冲击改性剂:Exxelor VA1801(用马来酸酐接枝的乙烯共聚物)。
聚酰胺配制品是通过在一台Werner and Pfleiderer ZSK 40型双螺杆挤出机中在通风情况下(L/D=36)熔融共混聚酰胺a)产生的,使用了按重量计不同比例的链增长剂、按重量计25%的抗冲击改性剂以及按重量计2%的稳定剂。挤出的参数如下:挤出温度为250℃-270℃,具有增大的特征曲线;螺杆的旋转速度为:每分钟250转;组合物的通过量为40kg/h;电动机扭矩和所吸收的电动机功率根据聚酰胺而变化。

缺口夏比冲击是根据标准ISO 179-1/1eA测量的。
黏度是使用2002毛细管流变仪来测量的。以程序设计的速率来移动的活塞推动了熔融的聚合物穿过一个长度L(30mm)直径D(1mm)的毛细管。测量相应的流速,从该流速可以推算出表观黏度。从5000s-1到10s-1进行剪切梯度扫描。
熔体强度以如下方式测量:将配制的聚合物在250℃-275℃的温度特征曲线下并且在每分钟40转的固定螺杆速度下引入到一个单螺杆吹气模制机中;使用光电池记录了允许熔融聚合物的型坯行进75cm距离所需的时间。测量重复至少5次,以便检验低标准偏差。因此,行进的时间越长,聚合物展现出的形态学表现越有利于通过挤出吹气模制来制造物品。
因此观察到,与本发明的聚酰胺相结合来添加链增长剂使得有可能显著增强该挤出型坯的品质。
此外,观察到,在根据本发明的组合的背景下,在10s-1的剪切梯度下表观黏度有约19%的增长(实例3与C1比较)。相比之下,向直链聚酰胺66中简单地添加链增长剂(如现有技术中常规地进行的)造成了表观黏度的约4%的增长(C3或C4与C2比较)。这种高的黏度使得通过挤出吹气模制生产物品以及所获得的物品的品质容易得多。
Claims (9)
1.一种组合物,能够通过将至少以下各项共混而获得:
a)一种共聚酰胺,该共聚酰胺具有的结构为无规树型,该结构是至少以下各项之间反应的结果:
-一种对应于以下通式I的多官能单体:
(AR1)-R-(R2B)n (I)
其中:n是一个在2与10之间的整数,包括边界;R1和R2可以是相同的或不同的并且代表共价键或脂肪族、芳基脂肪族、芳香族或烷基芳香族的烃基,R是直链或支链的脂肪族基团、取代或未取代的环脂族基团、可以包含多个芳核和/或杂酮的取代或未取代的芳香族基团,A代表胺或胺盐官能团或者酸、酯、酰卤或酰胺官能团,并且当A代表酸、酯、酰卤或酰胺官能团时,B代表胺或胺盐官能团;当A代表胺或胺盐官能团时,B代表酸、酯、酰卤或酰胺官能团,
-具有以下化学式II到IV的双官能单体中的至少一种:
A1-R3-A1 (II)
B1-R4-B1 (III)和/或
A1-R5-B1或对应的内酰胺(IV)
-任选地具有以下化学式V或以下化学式VI的单官能单体中的至少一种:
R6-B1(V),和/或
R7-A1(VI)
其中:A1和B1分别代表酸、酯或酰卤官能团以及胺或胺盐官能团,并且R3、R4、R5、R6和R7代表直链或支链的烷基烃基、取代或未取代的芳香族烃基,烷芳基、芳烷基或可以包含不饱和度的环脂族烃基;以及
b)相对于该组合物总重量的按重量计从0.01%到5%的用于该聚酰胺的链增长剂,其中该链增长剂选自:二醇,二环氧化物,带有环氧官能团的聚合物,二-N-酰基二己内酰胺,碳酸二苯酯,二噁唑啉,噁唑啉酮,二异氰酸酯和有机亚磷酸酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于该R基团是芳香族基团。
3.如权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于该具有化学式(I)的单体是以下的化合物:其中A代表胺官能团,B代表酸官能团,n是等于2,R代表芳香族基团,并且R1和R2代表共价键。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于该具有化学式(I)的单体是5-氨基间苯二甲酸。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于该具有化学式(I)的单体是6-氨基十一烷二酸。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于该共聚酰胺展现出在275℃下2160g的负载下测量的小于5g/10分钟的熔体流动指数。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于该组合物展现出大于2的分子量分布指数D。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于该链增长剂是选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、氢醌二(羟乙基)醚、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、间苯二酰二己内酰胺、己二酰二己内酰胺、对苯二酰二己内酰胺、三苯基亚磷酸酯或己内酰胺亚磷酸酯。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于该组合物包括抗冲击改性剂。
