Abstract
一种铝合金缓蚀剂,包括溶质和溶剂,所述的溶剂为水,所述的溶质及其浓度如下:亚磷酸二甲酯25~28mg/L、钼酸钠12~15mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1~1mg/L、苹果酸12~18mg/L以及聚甘氨酸20~25mg/L。本发明在处理过的铝合金表面形成坚固致密的单分子保护膜,产生缓蚀效果,操作安全,工艺简便,清洗件确保除污、除锈彻底,对后续镀层工艺的优质、高产提供了可靠的保障。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐蚀技术领域,具体是一种铝合金缓蚀剂。
背景技术
在美国材料与试验协会《关于腐蚀和腐蚀试验术语的标准定义》中,缓蚀剂是“一种以适当的浓度和形式存在于环境(介质)中时,可以防止或减缓腐蚀的化学物质或几种化学物质的混合物。”一般来说,缓蚀剂是指那些用在金属表面起防护作用的物质,加入微量或少量这类化学物质可使金属材料在该介质中的腐蚀速度明显降低直至为零。同时还能保持金属材料原来的物理、力学性能不变。合理使用缓蚀剂是防止金属及其合金在环境介质中发生腐蚀的有效方法。缓蚀剂技术由于具有良好的效果和较高的经济效益,已成为防腐蚀技术中应用最广泛的方法之一。尤其在石油产品的生产加工、化学清洗、大气环境、工业用水、机器、仪表制造及石油化工生产过程中,缓蚀技术已成为主要的防腐蚀手段之一。
缓蚀剂的英文专业名称:anti-corrosivecorrosion inhibitor。也可以称为腐蚀抑制剂。它的用量很小(01%~1%),但效果显著。主要用于中性介质(锅炉用水、循环冷却水)、酸性介质(除锅垢的盐酸,电镀前镀件除锈用的酸浸溶液)和气体介质(气相缓蚀剂)。缓蚀效率愈大,抑制腐蚀的效果愈好。有时较低剂量的几种不同类缓蚀剂配合使用可获得较好的缓蚀效果,这种作用称为协同效应;相反地,若不同类型缓蚀剂共同使用时反而降低各自的缓蚀效率,则称为拮抗效应。缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果与它的使用浓度以及介质的pH值、温度、流速等密切相关,因此应根据被保护的对象、环境条件严格选择。

本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种铝合金缓蚀剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种铝合金缓蚀剂,包括溶质和溶剂,所述的溶剂为水,所述的溶质及其浓度如下:亚磷酸二甲酯25~28mg/L、钼酸钠12~15mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1~1mg/L、苹果酸12~18mg/L以及聚甘氨酸20~25mg/L。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具备的有益效果:
本发明针对铝合金材料的防腐蚀技术要求而配制,配方组分混合后具有较强的协同效应,对铝合金材料表面去污、除锈、清除镀层缺陷有特殊效果,在处理过的铝合金表面形成坚固致密的单分子保护膜,产生缓蚀效果。操作安全,工艺简便,清洗件确保除污、除锈彻底,对后续镀层工艺的优质、高产提供了可靠的保障。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步阐述。
实施例1
一种铝合金缓蚀剂,包括溶质和溶剂,所述的溶剂为水,所述的溶质及其浓度如下:亚磷酸二甲酯28mg/L、钼酸钠15mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1mg/L、苹果酸18mg/L以及聚甘氨酸25mg/L。
实施例2
一种铝合金缓蚀剂,包括溶质和溶剂,所述的溶剂为水,所述的溶质及其浓度如下:亚磷酸二甲酯25mg/L、钼酸钠12mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1mg/L、苹果酸12mg/L以及聚甘氨酸20mg/L。
实施例3
一种铝合金缓蚀剂,包括溶质和溶剂,所述的溶剂为水,所述的溶质及其浓度如下:亚磷酸二甲酯27mg/L、钼酸钠13mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5mg/L、苹果酸15mg/L以及聚甘氨酸22mg/L。
根据工业循环冷却水处理设计规范GB50050-2007,间冷开式系统循环冷却水换热设备的控制条件和指标应符合下列规定:
设备传热面水侧污垢热阻值应小于3.44×10-4m2·K/W;
设备传热面水侧粘附速率不应大于15mg/cm2·月。
对实施例3所得铝合金缓蚀剂的实际使用效果测试结果如下:
设备传热面水侧污垢热阻值应为1.42×10-5m2·K/W,优于GB50050-2007的要求;
设备传热面水侧粘附速率为2.36mg/cm2·月,优于GB50050-2007的要求。

1.一种铝合金缓蚀剂,包括溶质和溶剂,所述的溶剂为水,其特征在于,所述的溶质及其浓度如下:亚磷酸二甲酯25~28mg/L、钼酸钠12~15mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1~1mg/L、苹果酸12~18mg/L以及聚甘氨酸20~25mg/L。
