一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,涉及船舶流水沟用涂料,由A组分和B组分构成,其中,A组分按重量份计包括如下成分:磷化环氧树脂100份、氢氧化合物40‑60份、酸锌化合物40‑60份、有机硅偶联剂3‑5份、高耐磨炭黑1‑2份、沉淀法白炭黑10‑20份;B组分按重量份计包括如下成分:环氧树脂胺类固化剂40‑50份、DMP‑30 8‑10份;A组分和B组分在使用时按重量比2:1进行混合;所述氢氧化合物为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中的任一种,酸锌化合物为硼酸锌和锡酸锌中的任一种。本发明的填缝剂能够满足作为船舶流水沟填缝剂的性能要求,其具有低毒、阻燃、耐海水腐蚀、自流平等综合特点。

背景技术
船舶长期处于海洋环境中,海水腐蚀一直是困扰船舶的一大难题,海水及海洋大气对船体钢金属的腐蚀要比陆地上严重,若不采取有效的防护措施,将缩短船舶的寿命。在船舶正常营运中,会产生大量的循环冷却水和污水,通过流水沟排除到船体外,未排除的循环冷却水和污水会残留在流水沟内,为防止对船体钢金属的腐蚀,流水沟内刷涂填缝剂,以隔离海水与船体金属的接触。除了对填缝剂具有耐海水腐蚀的要求以外,由于应用部位的特殊性,填缝剂还应具有低毒、阻燃、自流平、抑烟等综合性能。

中国专利(CN105255420)公开了一种用于填缝堵漏的阻燃环氧胶泥,由A、B两组份组成,按质量份数计,A组份:环氧树脂80-100份、稀释剂4-15份,滑石粉50-100份,氢氧化铝20-50份,气相白炭黑5-10份、硅微粉50-100份、颜料0.1-3份;B组份:环氧树脂固化剂40-100份、液体阻燃剂20-50份、滑石粉50-100份、氢氧化铝20-50份、气相白炭黑5-10份、硅微粉50-100份、颜料0.1-3份。该专利适用于建筑、机械等行业,含有阻燃剂,具有阻燃效果,但其公开液体阻燃剂为四溴乙烷,对环境造成污染,且该专利具有不粘手的特性,其粘度较大,不能自流平,因此,该专利由于污染环境和粘度过大,不满足船舶对其低毒和自流平的要求。
中国专利(CN105542694)公开了一种双组份树脂型弹性填缝剂及其制备方法,由主体组分和固化组分组成;主体组分由以下重量份的物质混合制得:55-65份环氧树脂;5-10份石英粉、滑石粉、钛白粉、氧化铝微粒中的一种或多种混合物;15-20份经环氧改性的丙烯酸酯;5-10份含(甲基)丙烯酸酯基的硅氧烷;1-3份空心玻璃微珠;1-3份玻璃纤维;3-4份硬脂酸;所述固化组分由以下重量份的物质混合制得:30-40份环氧树脂固化剂;3-5份硅烷偶联剂;2-4份自由基光引发剂。该专利适用于建筑行业,不含有害的有机溶剂,绿色环保,但不含有阻燃剂,不具备阻燃性能。
以上专利的填缝剂在一定程度上解决了填缝的问题,但是不适宜应用于船舶,尤其流水沟部位,不具备低毒、阻燃、耐海水腐蚀、自流平、抑烟等综合性能,不符合船舶对于填缝剂的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂及其制备方法,本填缝剂具有无溶剂、低毒、阻燃、耐海水腐蚀、自流平等综合特点,适宜作为船舶流水沟的填缝剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,由A组分和B组分构成,其中,A组分按重量份计包括如下成分:磷化环氧树脂100份、氢氧化合物40-60份、酸锌化合物40-60份、有机硅偶联剂3-5份、高耐磨炭黑1-2份、沉淀法白炭黑10-20份;B组分按重量份计包括如下成分:环氧树脂胺类固化剂40-50份、DMP-30 8-10份;A组分和B组分在使用时按重量比2:1进行混合;
所述氢氧化合物为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中的任一种,酸锌化合物为硼酸锌和锡酸锌中的任一种。
进一步地,所述磷化环氧树脂的环氧当量为330-370g/ep,磷含量为2-4%。
所述有机硅偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚基三甲氧基硅烷和苯胺基甲基三甲氧基硅烷中的任一种。
所述高耐磨炭黑的粒径范围为26-30nm。
所述沉淀法白炭黑的SiO2含量为85%以上,平均粒径16-100nm,表面积40-170m2/g,相对密度1.93-2.05。
所述环氧树脂胺类固化剂为酚醛胺T31、聚酰胺651中的任一种。
本发明的双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按上述的重量份数称取各原料,备用;
(2)、A组分的制备:将氢氧化合物、酸锌化合物、高耐磨炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑在粉料分散机中进行混合,形成粉料混合料;将磷化环氧树脂和有机硅偶联剂在搅拌机中搅拌、混合;然后将上述粉料混合料投入到搅拌机中,浸润10-12h后进行搅拌;搅拌均匀后,将搅拌机中的物料送至研磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度小于50μm,装桶得到A组分;
(3)、B组分的制备:将环氧树脂胺类固化剂和DMP-30在搅拌机中进行搅拌、混合,搅拌均匀后装桶得到B组分;
(4)、使用时,将上述A组分和B组分按重量比2:1进行混合,即可。
有益效果:
本发明的双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂经测试性能如下:粘度20-40Pa.S(25℃),表干时间(25℃)1-2h,实干时间(25℃):2-3h,粘接强度≥6MPa,氧指数(%)≥33,有害气体浓度满足船舶对毒性的要求,烟密度(无焰)≤100,40天耐海水无变化。本填缝剂能够满足作为船舶流水沟填缝剂的性能要求,即具有低毒、阻燃、耐海水腐蚀、自流平等综合特点。
本发明的填缝剂以磷化环氧树脂为树脂基料,兼顾了填缝剂的综合性能,以氢氧化合物和酸锌化合物作为协同增效阻燃剂,提高了阻燃效果。
本发明的填缝剂为无溶剂配方,无苯类、卤类化合物,具有低毒特点。
本发明的填缝剂中,固体粉料添加量少,保证了良好的自流平特点。
具体实施方式
本发明双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂的制备方法,详细步骤如下:
(1)、按前述填缝剂各原料配比,称取各原料,备用;
(2)、树脂组分A的制备:将氢氧化合物、酸锌化合物、高耐磨炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑在粉料分散机中进行混合,搅拌桨转速100-150r/min,分散处理15-20min,形成粉料混合料;将磷化环氧树脂和有机硅偶联剂在双行星搅拌机进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速40-60r/min,混合时间40-60min;将粉料混合料投入到搅拌机中,浸润10-12h后进行搅拌,搅拌浆转速100-120r/min,搅拌时间60-80min;搅拌均匀后,将搅拌物料加入到三辊研磨机中进行研磨,在三辊研磨机上反复研磨至细度小于50μm,装桶得到树脂组分A;
(3)、固化剂组分B的制备:将环氧树脂胺类固化剂和DMP-30在双行星搅拌机进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速40-60r/min,混合时间40-60min,搅拌均匀后,装桶得到固化剂组分B;
(4)、使用时,将树脂组分A 与固化剂组分B 按比例混合,即可。
实施例1
制备树脂组分A:按重量份数计,分别称取氢氧化镁40份、硼酸锌60份、高耐磨炭黑2份、沉淀法白炭黑10份,投入粉料分散机中进行混合,搅拌桨转速150r/min,分散处理20min,形成粉料混合料;将磷化环氧树脂100份、苯胺基甲基三甲氧基硅烷5份在双行星搅拌机中进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速60r/min,混合时间60min;将粉料混合料投入到搅拌机中,浸润12h后进行搅拌,搅拌浆转速120r/min,搅拌时间80min;搅拌均匀后,将搅拌物料加入到三辊研磨机中进行研磨,研磨至细度为46μm,装桶得到树脂组分A。
制备固化剂组分B:按重量份数计,分别称取酚醛胺T31 40份、DMP-30 10份,在双行星搅拌机中进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速60r/min,混合时间60min,搅拌均匀后装桶得到固化剂组分B。
使用时,将树脂组分A 与固化剂组分B 按2:1的重量比混合,即得到本填缝剂。
实施例2
制备树脂组分A:按重量份数计,分别称取氢氧化铝60份、锡酸锌40份、高耐磨炭黑1份、沉淀法白炭黑15份,投入粉料分散机中进行混合,搅拌桨转速100r/min,分散处理15min,形成粉料混合料;将磷化环氧树脂100份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份在双行星搅拌机中进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速40r/min,混合时间50min;将粉料混合料投入到搅拌机中,浸润10h后进行搅拌,搅拌浆转速100r/min,搅拌时间60min;搅拌均匀后,将搅拌物料加入到三辊研磨机中进行研磨,研磨至细度为48μm,装桶得到树脂组分A。
制备固化剂组分B:按重量份数计,分别称取聚酰胺651 50份、DMP-30 8份,在双行星搅拌机中进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速40r/min,混合时间40min,搅拌均匀后装桶得到固化剂组分B。
使用时,将树脂组分A 与固化剂组分B 按2:1的重量比混合,即得到本填缝剂。
实施例3
制备树脂组分A:按重量份数计,分别称取氢氧化铝50份、硼酸锌50份、高耐磨炭黑1.5份、沉淀法白炭黑20份,投入粉料分散机中进行混合,搅拌桨转速125r/min,分散处理18min,形成粉料混合料;将磷化环氧树脂100份、γ-缩水甘油醚基三甲氧基硅烷4份,在双行星搅拌机进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速50r/min,混合时间40min;将粉料混合料投入到搅拌机中,浸润11h后进行搅拌,搅拌浆转速110r/min,搅拌时间70min;搅拌均匀后,将搅拌物料加入到三辊研磨机中进行研磨,研磨至细度为45μm,装桶得到树脂组分A。
制备固化剂组分B:按重量份数计,分别称取聚酰胺651 45份、DMP-30 9份在双行星搅拌机进行搅拌、混合,搅拌浆转速50r/min,混合时间50min,搅拌均匀后装桶得到固化剂组分B。
使用时,将树脂组分A 与固化剂组分B 按2:1的重量比混合,即得到本发明的填缝剂。
上述各实施例制得的填缝剂的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分构成,其中,A组分按重量份计包括如下成分:磷化环氧树脂100份、氢氧化合物40-60份、酸锌化合物40-60份、有机硅偶联剂3-5份、高耐磨炭黑1-2份、沉淀法白炭黑10-20份;B组分按重量份计包括如下成分:环氧树脂胺类固化剂40-50份、DMP-30 8-10份;A组分和B组分在使用时按重量比2:1进行混合;
所述氢氧化合物为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中的任一种,酸锌化合物为硼酸锌和锡酸锌中的任一种;
所述磷化环氧树脂的环氧当量为330-370g/ep,磷含量为2-4%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,其特征在于:所述有机硅偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚基三甲氧基硅烷和苯胺基甲基三甲氧基硅烷中的任一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,其特征在于:所述高耐磨炭黑的粒径范围为26-30nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,其特征在于:所述沉淀法白炭黑的SiO2含量为85%以上,平均粒径16-100nm,表面积40-170m2/g,相对密度1.93-2.05。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂胺类固化剂为酚醛胺T31、聚酰胺651中的任一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分环氧基阻燃低毒填缝剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、按权利要求1所述的重量份数称取各原料,备用;
(2)、A组分的制备:将氢氧化合物、酸锌化合物、高耐磨炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑在粉料分散机中进行混合,形成粉料混合料;将磷化环氧树脂和有机硅偶联剂在搅拌机中搅拌、混合;然后将上述粉料混合料投入到搅拌机中,浸润10-12h后进行搅拌;搅拌均匀后,将搅拌机中的物料送至研磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度小于50μm,装桶得到A组分;
(3)、B组分的制备:将环氧树脂胺类固化剂和DMP-30在搅拌机中进行搅拌、混合,搅拌均匀后装桶得到B组分;
(4)、使用时,将上述A组分和B组分按重量比2:1进行混合,即可。
