一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗,其特征在于:包括活动窗框、边窗架、横窗架和固定窗架,所述活动窗框内安装有玻璃,活动窗框的上下两端分别安装两组共四个卡槽装置,卡槽装置由连接片、卡槽轴和空轴式转轮,空轴式转轮由轴芯和外轮组成,边窗架为空心结构,边窗架的上端内部安装了一个滑轮,滑轮上拉着一条钢丝绳,钢丝绳的下端吊着一重物,另一端通过滑轮拉直与活动窗框的一侧固定连接,边窗架在钢丝绳穿过处开有开口,边窗架的靠内侧贴有密封防撞条,横窗架上安装有卡钩装置。采用上述结构后,可以无需电力就能实现窗户的自动关闭,节能环保,操作方便,反应灵敏。

本发明涉及一种推拉窗,特别是一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗。
背景技术
在南方和沿海的许多地方,每年都会有雨季的到来,在这样的时节里,风雨来时总是说下就下没有任何预兆;而为了保证室内的空气的流通,在晚上睡觉时,人们总是会将窗户敞开,这样在早上起床后,有时由于急着赶去上班或因为别的事而忘记关闭窗户,在风雨来临时,狂风会带着雨水从窗户口飘进,打湿室内的物品或将室内的物品吹乱,让人们很是苦恼。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗,解决人们外出忘记关闭窗户时,风雨从窗户吹进带来的苦恼。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗,其特征在于:包括活动窗框、边窗架、横窗架和固定窗架,所述活动窗框内安装有玻璃,活动窗框的上下两端分别安装两组共四个卡槽装置,卡槽装置由连接片、卡槽轴和空轴式转轮,空轴式转轮由轴芯和外轮组成,外轮可围着轴芯转动,连接片固定在窗框上,卡槽轴上开有卡槽,卡槽轴的一端与连接片固定连接,另一端插入空轴式转轮的轴芯中并与之固定连接,边窗架为空心结构,边窗架的上端内部安装了一个滑轮,滑轮上拉着一条钢丝绳,钢丝绳的下端吊着一重物,另一端通过滑轮拉直与一连接件连接,连接件的另一端与活动窗框的一侧固定连接,边窗架在钢丝绳穿过处开有开口,边窗架的靠内侧贴有密封防撞条,横窗架为双凹槽式结构,靠内侧的凹槽安装固定窗架,固定窗架内安装有玻璃,靠外侧的凹槽的内侧的两边与空轴式转轮相对应的位置安装有轨条,空轴式转轮的外轮卡在两条轨条的中间,轨条在中端和末端都有向外的弧形收口,在轨条靠近弧形收口处外以及另一个边窗架内安装了两组共四个卡钩装置,卡钩装置由连接片、卡钩轴、复位弹簧和卡钩片组成,连接片一组(上下为一组)安装在轨条上,另一组安装在边窗架内,卡钩轴一端与连接片连接,另一端上安装着卡钩片,复位弹簧套在卡钩轴上,一端连在卡钩轴靠连接片的一端,另一端连在卡钩片上,重物的重力小于复位弹簧的张力。
本发明的优点在于:采用上述结构后,可以无需电力就能实现窗户的自动关闭,节能环保,操作方便,反应灵敏。

具体实施方式
由图可知:一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗由活动窗框3、边窗架1、横窗架2和固定窗架4组成,活动窗框3内安装有玻璃5,活动窗框3的上下两端分别安装两组共四个卡槽装置6,卡槽装置6包括连接片15、卡槽轴19和空轴式转轮18,空轴式转轮18由轴芯20和外轮21组成,外轮21可围着轴芯20转动,连接片15固定在活动窗框3上,卡槽轴19上开有卡槽23,卡槽轴19的一端与连接片15固定连接,另一端插入空轴式转轮18的轴芯20中并与之固定连接,边窗架1、横窗架2和固定窗架4与活动窗框3的材料相同,边窗架1为空心结构,边窗架1的上端内部安装了一个滑轮8,滑轮8上拉着一条钢丝绳7,钢丝绳7的下端吊着一重物10,另一端通过滑轮8拉直与一连接件22连接,连接件22的另一端与活动窗框3的一侧连接,钢丝绳7的长度稍大于窗框3的宽度,小于边窗架1的高度,边窗架1在钢丝绳7穿过处开有开口9,开口9的大小稍大于连接件22的大小,边窗架1的靠内侧贴有密封防撞条11,横窗架2为双凹槽24式结构,靠内侧的凹槽24安装固定窗架4,固定窗架4内安装有玻璃5,靠外侧的凹槽24的内侧的两边与空轴式转轮18相对应的位置安装有轨条13,空轴式转轮18的外轮21卡在两条轨条13的中间,轨条13在中端和末端都有向外的弧形收口25,在轨条13靠近弧形收口25处外以及另一个边窗架1内安装了两组共四个卡钩装置12,卡钩装置12由连接片15、卡钩轴16、复位弹簧17和卡钩片14组成,连接片15一组(上下为一组)安装在轨条13上,另一组安装在边窗架1内,卡钩轴16一端与连接片15连接,另一端上安装着复位弹簧14,复位弹簧17套在卡钩轴16上,一端连在卡钩轴16靠连接片15的一端,另一端连在卡钩片14上,复位弹簧17的张力设置为窗户自动关闭时的风力的临界值,重物10的重力小于复位弹簧17的张力。
由于推拉窗只需开一扇窗,因此靠内的为固定窗架窗4,使用时人们推开靠外的活动窗框窗3,当推到轨条的弧形收口25处时,复位弹簧17上的卡钩片14被顶开后钩住卡槽轴19上的卡槽23,当风力没有达到设定值时,由于复位弹簧17张力的作用,卡槽轴19不会推开卡钩片14,窗户不会关闭,当风力超过设定的临界值时,卡槽轴19就会推开卡钩片14,由于空轴式转轮18的外轮会沿着轨条13滚动,其产生的摩擦力要小于重物10的重力,而重物10通过钢丝绳7经滑轮8与活动窗框3连接,因此,在重物10重力的拉动下,窗户会自动关闭,为了防止窗户的撞击,在边窗架靠内侧贴有密封防撞条11,有效地减轻了撞击力。
综上所述,本发明的一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗能达到当台风的风力达到设定值时窗户就能自动关闭的目的,无需电力,节能环保,操作方便。

1.一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗,其特征在于:包括活动窗框、边窗架、横窗架和固定窗架,所述活动窗框内安装有玻璃,活动窗框的上下两端分别安装两组共四个卡槽装置,卡槽装置包括连接片、卡槽轴和空轴式转轮,空轴式转轮由轴芯和外轮组成,外轮可围着轴芯转动,连接片固定在窗框上,卡槽轴上开有卡槽,卡槽轴的一端与连接片固定连接,另一端插入空轴式转轮的轴芯中并与之固定连接,边窗架为空心结构,边窗架的上端内部安装了一个滑轮,滑轮上拉着一条钢丝绳,钢丝绳的下端吊着一重物,另一端通过滑轮拉直与一连接件连接,连接件的另一端与活动窗框的一侧固定连接,边窗架在钢丝绳穿过处开有开口,边窗架的靠内侧贴有密封防撞条,横窗架为双凹槽式结构,靠内侧的凹槽安装固定窗架,固定窗架内安装有玻璃,靠外侧的凹槽的内侧的两边与空轴式转轮相对应的位置安装有轨条,空轴式转轮的外轮卡在两条轨条的中间,轨条在中端和末端都有向外的弧形收口,在轨条靠近弧形收口处外以及另一个边窗架内安装了两组共四个卡钩装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗,其特征在于:所述卡钩装置由连接片、卡钩轴、复位弹簧和卡钩片组成,连接片一组(上下为一组)安装在轨条上,另一组安装在边窗架内,卡钩轴一端与连接片连接,另一端上安装着卡钩片,复位弹簧套在卡钩轴上,一端连在卡钩轴靠连接片的一端,另一端连在卡钩片上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动关闭的防风推拉窗,其特征在于:所述重物的重力小于复位弹簧的张力。
