本发明所述阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料可以按照常规的水性聚氨酯树脂涂料制备工艺制备而成。
本发明所述阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料的原料中,以水性聚氨酯乳液为主料,并加入了水分散型醇酸树脂、水性硅溶胶、环氧树脂和聚二甲基硅氧烷对其进行改性,增强了涂膜对基材表面的吸附力,使所述涂膜的附着力达到1级,同时使所得涂膜具有较高的拉伸强度,热稳定性能良好,防火性能优良;加入了滑石粉、纳米氧化锆、硅藻土、纳米二氧化钛、竹炭粉作为填料体系,在全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷、十八烷基三氯硅烷、六甲基二硅氧烷的辅助下,在体系中分散均匀,通过调节各填料在本发明中的比例,在保持漆膜优异的附着力的同时提高了漆膜的硬度、热稳定性、耐磨性以及柔韧性,另外,其中的纳米二氧化钛与壳聚糖和甲壳素具有协同作用,显著提高了漆膜的抗菌性,且体系中加入了聚萘乙炔,其具有抗静电的作用,配合全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷后,赋予漆膜优异的抗污性能;2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯加入体系中作为成膜助剂,与聚氧丙烯甘油醚和二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠配合,调节了体系的粘度,改善了体系的加工性,改善了涂层易收缩的缺陷,与全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷、十八烷基三氯硅烷、六甲基二硅氧烷配合后使所得漆膜具有优异的抗污性和自洁性;磷酸脒基脲、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯作为阻燃剂加入体系中,性能协同,大幅度降低了漆膜的热释放速率和总热释放量,提高了残余物质量分数,显著延长了点燃时间,降低了CO释放速率、烟释放速率和总烟释放量,具有十分优秀的阻燃性能和抑烟性能,使所得漆膜的阻燃时间可达12min以上,耐高温和阻燃性能提升明显,同时降低了漆膜的吸水率,使吸水率低于7.8%。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水分散型醇酸树脂25份、水性硅溶胶5份、环氧树脂10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、氧化锌5份、铝溶胶2份、滑石粉8份、纳米氧化锆1份、硅藻土10份、纳米二氧化钛1份、竹炭粉5份、聚萘乙炔0.4份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯15份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.2份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠1份、磷酸脒基脲1份、聚磷酸铵10份、季戊四醇1份、三聚氰胺12份、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯2份、全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷1.5份、十八烷基三氯硅烷0.2份、六甲基二硅氧烷2份、壳聚糖0.3份、甲壳素0.2份、水5份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水分散型醇酸树脂10份、水性硅溶胶20份、环氧树脂2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10份、氧化锌1份、铝溶胶10份、滑石粉3份、纳米氧化锆5份、硅藻土2份、纳米二氧化钛5份、竹炭粉1份、聚萘乙炔2份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯2份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.8份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠0.3份、磷酸脒基脲5份、聚磷酸铵2份、季戊四醇5份、三聚氰胺3份、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯10份、全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷0.5份、十八烷基三氯硅烷1.5份、六甲基二硅氧烷0.5份、壳聚糖1.5份、甲壳素1份、水12份。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水分散型醇酸树脂23份、水性硅溶胶9份、环氧树脂5.8份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、氧化锌3.6份、铝溶胶6份、滑石粉5.3份、纳米氧化锆3.2份、硅藻土7份、纳米二氧化钛2.9份、竹炭粉4份、聚萘乙炔1份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯12份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.5份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠0.75份、磷酸脒基脲3.2份、聚磷酸铵7份、季戊四醇3份、三聚氰胺10份、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯4.3份、全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷1.2份、十八烷基三氯硅烷0.68份、六甲基二硅氧烷1.6份、壳聚糖0.78份、甲壳素0.85份、水8.9份;
其中,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.55;所述铝溶胶的固含量为10%;所述纳米氧化锆的平均粒径为85nm;所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为30nm。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水分散型醇酸树脂18份、水性硅溶胶16份、环氧树脂3.2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷7份、氧化锌3份、铝溶胶7.2份、滑石粉4.8份、纳米氧化锆4份、硅藻土6份、纳米二氧化钛3.8份、竹炭粉3.2份、聚萘乙炔1.5份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯8份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.67份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠0.58份、磷酸脒基脲4份、聚磷酸铵6.2份、季戊四醇3.8份、三聚氰胺8份、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯6.5份、全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷0.85份、十八烷基三氯硅烷0.9份、六甲基二硅氧烷1.2份、壳聚糖0.9份、甲壳素0.6份、水10.5份;
其中,,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.3;所述铝溶胶的固含量为15%;所述纳米氧化锆的平均粒径为50nm;所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为80nm。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水分散型醇酸树脂20份、水性硅溶胶12份、环氧树脂4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6.5份、氧化锌3.2份、铝溶胶6.8份、滑石粉5份、纳米氧化锆3.8份、硅藻土6.2份、纳米二氧化钛3.2份、竹炭粉3.68份、聚萘乙炔1.2份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯10份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.65份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠0.6份、磷酸脒基脲3.7份、聚磷酸铵6.5份、季戊四醇3.2份、三聚氰胺8.6份、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯5.2份、全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷1份、十八烷基三氯硅烷0.75份、六甲基二硅氧烷1.5份、壳聚糖0.85份、甲壳素0.7份、水10份;
其中,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.4;所述铝溶胶的固含量为12%;所述纳米氧化锆的平均粒径为60nm;所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为70nm。

1.一种阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水分散型醇酸树脂10-25份、水性硅溶胶5-20份、环氧树脂2-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-10份、氧化锌1-5份、铝溶胶2-10份、滑石粉3-8份、纳米氧化锆1-5份、硅藻土2-10份、纳米二氧化钛1-5份、竹炭粉1-5份、聚萘乙炔0.4-2份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇-单异丁酸酯2-15份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.2-0.8份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠0.3-1份、磷酸脒基脲1-5份、聚磷酸铵2-10份、季戊四醇1-5份、三聚氰胺3-12份、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯2-10份、全氟辛基乙基三氯硅烷0.5-1.5份、十八烷基三氯硅烷0.2-1.5份、六甲基二硅氧烷0.5-2份、壳聚糖0.3-1.5份、甲壳素0.2-1份、水5-12份。

4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.3-0.55。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,所述铝溶胶的固含量为10-15%。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锆的平均粒径为50-85nm。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述阻燃防污聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为30-80nm。
