本发明揭示了一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金,包括内部的耐蚀管材铸造合金和外部的耐磨管材铸造合金,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金由铁、铬、镍以及钼组成,所述耐磨管材铸造合金由铜、锌、铝以及锰组成,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占39‑43份,所述铬占21‑24份,所述镍占12‑15份,所述钼占10‑13份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铜占47‑52份,所述锌占23‑26份,所述铝占28‑31份,所述锰占11‑14份。本发明内部管材耐腐蚀、耐磨损、强度高,外部管材耐磨损、抗腐蚀、美观性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金。
背景技术
近几年,中国铸造装备行业取得了迅猛的发展,造型设备在产品性能、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都取得了长足的进步,并向绿色铸造方向逐步迈进。
现有技术中使用的各种材料在进行生产制造成各类产品时大多仅为单个结构独立生产,对复合材料的使用较为欠缺,而且现有技术产品本身的质量也参差不齐,使用效果欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内部管材耐腐蚀、耐磨损、强度高,外部管材耐磨损、抗腐蚀、美观性好的五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金。
本发明的技术方案是,一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金,包括内部的耐蚀管材铸造合金和外部的耐磨管材铸造合金,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金由铁、铬、镍以及钼组成,所述耐磨管材铸造合金由铜、锌、铝以及锰组成,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占39-43份,所述铬占21-24份,所述镍占12-15份,所述钼占10-13份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铜占47-52份,所述锌占23-26份,所述铝占28-31份,所述锰占11-14份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占40份,所述铬占22份,所述镍占13份,所述钼占11份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铜占48份,所述锌占24份,所述铝占29份,所述锰占12份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占42份,所述铬占23份,所述镍占14份,所述钼占12份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铜占51份,所述锌占25份,所述铝占30份,所述锰占13份。
本发明所述为一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金,本发明内部管材耐腐蚀、耐磨损、强度高,外部管材耐磨损、抗腐蚀、美观性好。

本发明所述为一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金,包括内部的耐蚀管材铸造合金和外部的耐磨管材铸造合金,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金由铁、铬、镍以及钼组成,所述耐磨管材铸造合金由铜、锌、铝以及锰组成,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占39-43份,所述铬占21-24份,所述镍占12-15份,所述钼占10-13份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铜占47-52份,所述锌占23-26份,所述铝占28-31份,所述锰占11-14份。
进一步地,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占40份,所述铬占22份,所述镍占13份,所述钼占11份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铜占48份,所述锌占24份,所述铝占29份,所述锰占12份。

通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性合金性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金,本发明内部管材耐腐蚀、耐磨损、强度高,外部管材耐磨损、抗腐蚀、美观性好。

1.一种五金冲压件用双层复合耐用合金,其特征在于:包括内部的耐蚀管材铸造合金和外部的耐磨管材铸造合金,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金由铁、铬、镍以及钼组成,所述耐磨管材铸造合金由铜、锌、铝以及锰组成,所述耐蚀管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占39-43份,所述铬占21-24份,所述镍占12-15份,所述钼占10-13份,所述耐磨管材铸造合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铜占47-52份,所述锌占23-26份,所述铝占28-31份,所述锰占11-14份。
