本发明揭示了一种五金冲压件用双层复合安全合金,包括表层的防护耐磨合金和内层的耐蚀耐用合金,所述防护耐磨合金由镍、铝、铁以及铜组成,所述耐蚀耐用合金由镍、铜、铬以及锆组成,所述防护耐磨合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述镍占33‑37份,所述铝占18‑22份,所述铁占46‑50份,所述铜占15‑19份,所述耐蚀耐用合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述镍占21‑24份,所述铜占14‑17份,所述铬占12‑15份,所述锆占10‑13份。本发明表层强度高、耐磨损、使用寿命长,内层耐腐蚀、耐氧化、强度高、不易磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种五金冲压件用双层复合安全合金。
背景技术
近几年,中国铸造装备行业取得了迅猛的发展,造型设备在产品性能、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都取得了长足的进步,并向绿色铸造方向逐步迈进。
现有技术中使用的各种材料在进行生产制造成各类产品时大多仅为单个结构独立生产,对复合材料的使用较为欠缺,而且现有技术产品本身的质量也参差不齐,使用效果欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表层强度高、耐磨损、使用寿命长,内层耐腐蚀、耐氧化、强度高、不易磨损的五金冲压件用双层复合安全合金。
本发明的技术方案是,一种五金冲压件用双层复合安全合金,包括表层的防护耐磨合金和内层的耐蚀耐用合金,所述防护耐磨合金由镍、铝、铁以及铜组成,所述耐蚀耐用合金由镍、铜、铬以及锆组成,所述防护耐磨合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述镍占33-37份,所述铝占18-22份,所述铁占46-50份,所述铜占15-19份,所述耐蚀耐用合金中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述镍占21-24份,所述铜占14-17份,所述铬占12-15份,所述锆占10-13份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防护耐磨合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述镍占34份,所述铝占19份,所述铁占47份,所述铜占16份,所述耐蚀耐用合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述镍占23份,所述铜占16份,所述铬占14份,所述锆占12份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防护耐磨合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述镍占36份,所述铝占21份,所述铁占49份,所述铜占18份,所述耐蚀耐用合金的各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述镍占23份,所述铜占16份,所述铬占14份,所述锆占12份。
本发明所述为一种五金冲压件用双层复合安全合金,本发明表层强度高、耐磨损、使用寿命长,内层耐腐蚀、耐氧化、强度高、不易磨损。

通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性合金性能高低不一。
