背景技术
我国城市生活垃圾的发生量以年平均9%的速度增长,部分城市生活垃圾年均增长率达15~20%,人均日产生活垃圾1.16kg。在城市周围历年堆存的生活垃圾量已达60亿吨以上,侵占了至少5亿平方米的地面,现在每年全国新增加的城市生活垃圾采用简易填埋或露天堆放在城市郊区、江河沿岸的达8000万吨以上。目前,国内外生活垃圾处理基本上采用三种方法:焚烧、堆肥、卫生填埋法,焚烧法:生活垃圾内成份复杂,焚烧后产生的烟气如不加有效的控制,会造成严重的二次污染;堆肥法:堆肥过程中产生大量的有毒有害气体,如温室气体和恶臭气体,使蚊蝇大量寄生,环境卫生很差,极易发生流行性传染病,堆肥易产生可燃气体,CO、H2、CH4,经常发生燃烧和爆炸。卫生填埋法:占用大量土地,浪费土地资源,填埋过程中同堆肥一样,产生大量有毒有害气体,温室气体和恶臭气体,有大量蚊蝇寄生,易产生流行性传染病。目前城市生活垃圾的无害化、减量化、资源化处理已成了国家和民众关注的焦点。
发明内容
本发明目的是旨在提供了一种生活垃圾的环保处理方法。用于解决处理生活垃圾过程中产生的二次污染、处理后可用成份浪费的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种生活垃圾的环保处理方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
步骤一:进入堆场的生活垃圾布撒石灰进行消毒和防腐,抑制有机物分解;
步骤二:将生活垃圾分选:经过筛分工序,方式有重力选、磁选、人工分选,重力选又包括粗筛、中筛和细筛,得到粗筛、中筛和细筛的筛上物和筛下物,经筛分后从混装垃圾中分离出有机物、无机物、磁性材料、有机发酵物;
步骤三:粗筛筛上物中大颗粒无机物,经过粉碎,用于制成城市煤炭材料;粗筛、中筛筛上物中的石头砖块经粉碎后用于制成路基材料或路面砖基材;
步骤四:加石灰、加粘结剂、助燃剂,所述粘结剂采用沥青、糊精、有机合成胶或天然胶物质,所述助燃剂采用高锰酸盐、三氧化二铁或环烷酸盐为主要组分的助燃剂;
步骤五:将生活垃圾、石灰、粘结剂、助燃剂进入混料机混料;
步骤六:将上述混合料压制成型或挤压成型,固化;
步骤七:将成型固化后的块料码垛、自然风干;
步骤八:风干后的块料作为水泥生产的低热值燃料,送入旋窑和立窑直接燃烧。

路基材料或路面砖基材。
进一步限定,所述磁选设置在粗筛、中筛后所得的筛上物和筛下物处以及细筛筛下物处。
进一步限定,所述城市煤炭材料的制作方法采用液压法。
进一步限定,所述人工分检设置在粗筛后所得的筛上物和筛下物处。
上述技术方案中的加粘结剂指为改善成型条件、提高固化强度、便于干燥、搬运和使用的胶粘剂,如沥青(含浮化沥青)、焦油、废油、糊精、有机合成胶、天然胶物质等。
上述技术方案中的加助燃剂主要目的:一是加速生活垃圾的燃烧,促使燃烬;二是利用助燃剂中的高锰酸盐、硝酸盐等对垃圾防腐消毒,消除病原体微生物在搬运过程中对人及环境的污染。加入的助燃剂如以硝酸钠、硝酸钾、硝酸钙、硝酸铁、硝酸锰、硝酸镍、硝酸铈、高锰酸钾、高锰酸钠、重铬酸钠、重铬酸钾、三氧化二铁、二氧化锰、环烷酸钠、环烷酸钾、环烷酸镁、环烷酸铝、环烷酸钙、环烷酸镍、环烷酸铁、环烷酸锰、环烷酸铈、环烷酸镧等为主要组份的助燃剂。
本发明特点和显著效果:
1、对生活垃圾仅需做简单的分选,且粉碎要求不高;工艺简单,操作方便,实施容易;
2、生活垃圾得到了充分利用,其中的有机物作为燃料,无机物作为生产水泥的原料,可为水泥厂节约大量的优质煤和部分粘土、石灰石及矿化剂原料;是一种节能新技术;
3、可消除氟化物、氯化物、硫化物、二恶英及重金属污染,并利用了其中的热量和氟氯硫重金属元素的矿化作用,利于水泥熟料烧成;
4、可完全消除病原体微生物污染,加石灰消毒后,再加含强氧性助燃剂,可完全达到彻底灭菌要求,并能确保加工及干燥过程中可燃物不腐败浪费;是一种环保新技术;
5、加工处理能耗少,加工能耗较现有的焚烧技术(包括RDF技术)低得多,能源利用效率高,且投资少、工艺简单。
本发明的新方法能为我国众多的城市带来显著的环保效果和节能效果,如对于一个100万人口的中等城市,其每天的生活垃圾废弃物可为水泥厂节省约200吨实物煤,并节省约500吨石灰石、粘土、矿化剂原料,且能有效地消除二次污染,可较实际地实现城市垃圾环保化、资源化目的。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明。
一种生活垃圾的环保处理方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
步骤一:进入堆场的生活垃圾布撒石灰进行消毒和防腐,抑制有机物分解;
步骤二:将生活垃圾分选:经过筛分工序,方式有重力选、磁选、人工分选,重力选又包括粗筛、中筛和细筛,得到粗筛、中筛和细筛的筛上物和筛下物,经筛分后从混装垃圾中分离出有机物、无机物、磁性材料、有机发酵物;
步骤三:粗筛筛上物中大颗粒无机物,经过粉碎,用于制成城市煤炭材料;粗筛、中筛筛上物中的石头砖块经粉碎后用于制成路基材料或路面砖基材;
步骤四:加石灰、加粘结剂、助燃剂,所述粘结剂采用沥青、糊精、有机合成胶或天然胶物质,所述助燃剂采用高锰酸盐、三氧化二铁或环烷酸盐为主要组分的助燃剂;
步骤五:将生活垃圾、石灰、粘结剂、助燃剂进入混料机混料;
步骤六:将上述混合料压制成型或挤压成型,固化;
步骤七:将成型固化后的块料码垛、自然风干;
步骤八:风干后的块料作为水泥生产的低热值燃料,送入旋窑和立窑直接燃烧。
进入堆场的生活垃圾布撒1~5%的石灰进行粗消毒和防腐抑制有机物分解;铲车或人力车送入带滤网的卸料槽或料仓,卸入皮带输送机上,经人工拆包手拣分选掉大块建筑垃圾等;破碎料送入混料机(单管螺旋混料器或双管螺旋混料器或强制式搅拌机),依预取样分析情况连续或间歇性加石灰调整石灰饱和系数至0.5~1.0,依预取样分析情况再加粘结剂、助燃剂混合;混合料直接送入或经皮带送入压机或螺旋挤压成型机或对滚式压机压制成型;成型块状固体料送至堆场码堆,自然风干;风干后的块状固体燃料送至水泥厂作为燃料直接焚烧。
分拣出的大块建筑垃圾经皮带或人工送至堆场,加石灰进一步消毒后处置。
堆场滤液及料仓、破碎、压制成型滤液集中进入消毒池,加石灰及强氧化剂灭菌处理,依重金属含量情况加化学试剂沉淀,再经板框式压滤机压滤后,清水排入下水道,滤渣送至混料机使用。
操作间维持微负压运行,强制抽风机后设置低温催化燃烧器,以处理掉车间中少量有机挥发物。

1.一种生活垃圾的环保处理方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:进入堆场的生活垃圾布撒石灰进行消毒和防腐,抑制有机物分解;
步骤二:将生活垃圾分选:经过筛分工序,方式有重力选、磁选、人工分选,重力选又包括粗筛、中筛和细筛,得到粗筛、中筛和细筛的筛上物和筛下物,经筛分后从混装垃圾中分离出有机物、无机物、磁性材料、有机发酵物;
步骤三:粗筛筛上物中大颗粒无机物,经过粉碎,用于制成城市煤炭材料;粗筛、中筛筛上物中的石头砖块经粉碎后用于制成路基材料或路面砖基材;
