The alarm device 4 can be used for reminding a user of timely charging or battery replacement through the buzzer 41 alone or the buzzer 41 and the warning lamp, has the effect of protecting the service life of a storage battery when being used with the existing forklift or piling car without the sound control device, and can more visually and conveniently display the use condition of electric quantity through double channels of instrument display and the sound control alarm device.
