本发明提供一种可降解塑料配方,其特征在于,按重量由下述组分组成:ABS 40‑60份;植物纤维淀粉30‑70份;增塑剂5‑18份;增韧剂5‑8份;木质纤维粉5‑10份;偶联剂1‑10份;光敏剂1‑5份;生物降解剂15‑25份;几内丁30‑50份;植物染料5‑15份;聚乙烯10‑15份。本发明机械强度高,韧性好,加入的植物纤维淀粉为可降解材料,加入生物降解剂和光敏剂,能提高降解效率,缩短降解时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可降解塑料配方。
背景技术
塑料制品在我们日常生活中随处可见,为人们的生活提供了极大的方便,但随着塑料产量的迅速增长,废弃塑料的后处理及造成的环境污染越来越受到各国的关注,废弃塑料在自然界里分解的很慢,完全分解要几十年甚至上百年,因而塑料的降解和重新利用是急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种可降解塑料配方。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种可降解塑料配方,其特征在于,按重量由下述组分组成:
ABS:40-60份;
植物纤维淀粉:30-70份;
增塑剂:5-18份;
增韧剂:5-8份;
木质纤维粉:5-10份;
偶联剂:1-10份;
光敏剂:1-5份;
生物降解剂:15-25份;
几内丁:30-50份;
植物染料:5-15份;
聚乙烯:10-15份。
所述生物降解剂为聚羟基脂肪酸酯。
所述光敏剂选用苯甲酮、安息香二甲醚中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明机械强度高,韧性好,加入的植物纤维淀粉为可降解材料,加入生物降解剂和光敏剂,能提高降解效率,缩短降解时间。

生物降解剂:15份;
几内丁:30份;
植物染料:5份;
聚乙烯:10份。
所述生物降解剂为聚羟基脂肪酸酯。
所述光敏剂选用苯甲酮。

ABS:60份;
植物纤维淀粉:70份;
增塑剂:18份;
增韧剂:8份;
木质纤维粉:10份;
偶联剂:10份;
光敏剂:5份;
生物降解剂:25份;
几内丁:50份;
植物染料:15份;
聚乙烯:15份。
所述生物降解剂为聚羟基脂肪酸酯。
所述光敏剂选用安息香二甲醚。

植物纤维淀粉:30-70份;
增塑剂:5-18份;
增韧剂:5-8份;
木质纤维粉:5-10份;
偶联剂:1-10份;
光敏剂:1-5份;
生物降解剂:15-25份;
几内丁:30-50份;
植物染料:5-15份;
聚乙烯:10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解塑料配方,其特征在于,所述生物降解剂为聚羟基脂肪酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解塑料配方,其特征在于,所述光敏剂选用苯甲酮、安息香二甲醚中的一种。
