一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,以质量百分比计包括以下组份:高岭土 2~5%、粉煤灰1.5~3%、磷石膏 0.5~5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径1~3mm 20~25%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径3~5mm 5~7%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径220# 5~10%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径0~1 20~30%、铝酸盐水泥 13~17%、莫来石 5~10%、金属硅粉5~8%、结合剂0.5~2%。抗结焦性能强,制作成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾焚烧用浇注料。
背景技术
目前国内垃圾焚烧过程中,渐渐发现炉内浇注料上有结焦现象,此情况对锅炉运行造成安全隐患,增加了炉墙的荷载,影响其热胀冷缩的性能,由于其膨胀、冷却受阻,产生鼓包现象,当其承受到一定的极限时,炉墙就会倒塌,给使用者造成了很大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗结焦性能强,制作成本低的抗结焦耐腐浇注料。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,其特征在于以质量百分比计包括以下组份:高岭土 2~5%、粉煤灰1.5~3%、磷石膏 0.5~5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径1~3mm 20~25%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径3~5mm 5~7%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径220# 5~10%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径0~1 20~30%、铝酸盐水泥 13~17%、莫来石 5~10%、金属硅粉5~8%、结合剂0.5~2%。
作为优选,结合剂为水玻璃加氟硅酸钠,磷酸或磷酸二氢铝加铝酸钙水泥或氧化镁。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制作成本低,表面的抗结焦性能强。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,以质量百分比计包括以下组份:高岭土 5%、粉煤灰3%、磷石膏 5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径1~3mm 20%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径3~5mm 7%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径220# 5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径0~1mm 30%、铝酸盐水泥 13%、莫来石 5%、金属硅粉5%、水玻璃加氟硅酸钠、磷酸2%。
实施例2:一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,以质量百分比计包括以下组份:高岭土 2%、粉煤灰1.5%、磷石膏 0.5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径1~3mm 25%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径3~5mm 7%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径220# 10%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径0~1 22%、铝酸盐水泥 17%、莫来石 5%、金属硅粉8%、磷酸二氢铝加铝酸钙水泥2%。
实施例3: 一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,以质量百分比计包括以下组份:高岭土 4%、粉煤灰2%、磷石膏 4%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径1~3mm 25%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径3~5mm 5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径220# 5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径0~1 20%、铝酸盐水泥 15%、莫来石 10%、金属硅粉8%、氧化镁2%。

1.一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,其特征在于以质量百分比计包括以下组份:高岭土 2~5%、粉煤灰1.5~3%、磷石膏 0.5~5%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径1~3mm 20~25%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径3~5mm 5~7%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径220# 5~10%、铝含量80%的矾土颗粒直径0~1 20~30%、铝酸盐水泥 13~17%、莫来石 5~10%、金属硅粉5~8%、结合剂0.5~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗结焦耐腐浇注料,其特征在于结合剂为水玻璃加氟硅酸钠、磷酸或磷酸二氢铝加铝酸钙水泥或氧化镁。
