本发明公开了一种以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法及其制备的无磷水处理缓蚀剂,属于废料利用加工技术。地沟油来源丰富,本发明以地沟油与醇胺化合物反应,得中间产物A;再与环氧氯丙烷合成环醚,得中间产物B;最后加入聚乙二醇反应,生成无磷水处理缓蚀剂。由此制得的无磷水处理缓蚀剂具有缓蚀率高、用药量少的特点。与聚羧酸类阻垢分散剂复合使用,可以作为无磷阻垢缓蚀剂;与碱、还原剂等复合使用,可以取代亚硝酸钠作为密闭水系统的缓蚀剂。本发明能够实现以地沟油为主要原料,使其变废为宝,提供了一种处理利用地沟油的新途径。

在工业循环冷却水系统中,主要存在结垢、腐蚀和微生物危害三方面问题。防止系统结垢和腐蚀最方便有效的方法是在循环水中投加缓蚀阻垢剂。目前国内常用于循环冷却水处理的配方多为膦系配方。含膦化合物对水体的污染及导致的富营养化问题使人们逐渐认识到控制其排放的重要性,许多国家的环保部门已经出台了相应的法规来限制含磷化合物的排放。因此,为了加强环境保护,提高我国水处理技术水平,十分有必要加强无磷缓蚀剂的研究和开发。
工业循环冷却水系统中的密闭循环冷却水系统是以软化水(或除盐水)为冷却介质,这样虽然缓和了结垢问题,但却带来了严重的系统腐蚀问题。现已使用的缓蚀剂有多种,铬系配方的缓蚀效果好费用低,但其毒性大,若管理不善就会污染环境,现在国内外都已禁用。作为密闭循环冷却水系统使用的有效缓蚀剂亚硝酸盐,其应用也有很长历史,但亚硝酸盐的氧化失效及其致癌作用影响了此类药剂的应用。钼系配方是一种有效的阳极缓蚀剂,且毒性较小,但因钼酸盐价格较高不便推广使用。磷系配方,由于主剂是聚磷酸盐和有机磷酸盐,在缺Ca2+的水中(如低于20ppm),难以控制腐蚀,同时聚磷酸盐宜水解成正磷而失效,故在密闭系统中不宜使用。有机膦酸盐比聚磷酸盐稳定,与锌盐配合使用是一个有效的缓蚀剂配方,但Zn2+在pH值高于8.0后,易沉积,从而失去缓蚀效果,因此在密闭循环冷却水系统中不宜使用。
长期食用地沟油会引发癌症,对人体的危害极大,全国各地严治“地沟油”冒充食用油。地沟油是从地沟隔油池中捞取的废油脂,经过简单的加热脱水、去渣、中和、沉淀等工艺的提取的油脂,其外观呈黄褐色,有特殊臭味;地沟油成分复杂,含有各种食用油成分,如果含油废水直接排放到公共水体中,将造成严重的环境污染及资源浪费。
运用技术手段把这些地沟油利用上,即解决废弃物的处理,又能产生巨大的经济效益。然而,地沟油的成分非常复杂,其组成成分、物化性质等已不同于普通的动、植物油脂。目前地沟油主要应用于生物柴油的制备及生产肥皂、化工原料等。目前国内外尚未见利用地沟油生产水处理缓蚀剂的报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法及其制备的无磷水处理缓蚀剂,它能够将废食用油脂回收利用,变废为宝,不含磷(膦)酸盐,在低剂量下就具有极好的缓蚀性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将地沟油加热到60-80℃,以地沟油为1,称取按质量比1:0.5-1.0的二乙醇胺化合物,先加入按质量比1:0.3-0.6的二乙醇胺化合物,在不断搅拌下升温至110-160℃反应2-4小时后,自然降温至80℃,再投入剩余的二乙醇胺化合物和占地沟油质量1%-5%的乙酸钠,搅拌控制温度在80-110℃反应1-2小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体A;
2)将无磷缓蚀剂中间体A总重量的15%-20%的环氧氯丙烷缓慢加入到无磷缓蚀剂中间体A中,控制温度80-110℃反应2-4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体B;
3)将无磷缓蚀剂中间体B总重量的10%-20%的聚乙二醇缓慢加入到无磷缓蚀剂中间体B中,同时加入无磷缓蚀剂中间体B总重量的2%-4%的乙酸锌,控制温度80-110℃反应2-4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂。
所述地沟油是指:(1)将下水道中的油腻漂浮物或者将宾馆、酒楼的泔水经过简单加工、提炼出的油;(2)劣质猪肉、猪内脏、猪皮加工以及提炼后产出的油;(3)用于油炸食品的油使用次数超过一定次数后,再被重复使用或往其中添加一些新油后重新使用的油。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400中一种或两种。
上述的以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法制备的无磷水处理缓蚀剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明提供了一种处理利用地沟油的新途径。
2)本发明利用的是地沟油作为制备酸洗缓蚀剂的原料,制备出的无磷水处理缓蚀剂,成本较低,生产过程操作简单。为水处理缓蚀剂找到一种可靠的原料来源,具有节约能源、保护环境的特点。
3)本发明提供的无磷水处理缓蚀剂与聚羧酸类阻垢分散剂复合使用,可以作为无磷阻垢缓蚀剂,适应水质变化的冲击能力强,能够适应高浓缩倍率下加酸带来的水质不稳定造成的冲击,能够适应氨氮含量高的污染水质作为补水时带来的水质不稳定造成的冲击,能够适应系统漏油造成的冲击。
4)本发明提供的无磷水处理缓蚀剂与碱、还原剂等复合使用,可以取代亚硝酸钠作为密闭水系统的缓蚀剂。若配合阻垢剂复合使用,对未经软化处理作为补水的密闭水系统有良好的缓蚀阻垢效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:
本发明的以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将地沟油加热到60-80℃,以地沟油为1,称取按质量比1:0.5-1.0的二乙醇胺化合物,先加入按质量比1:0.3-0.6的二乙醇胺化合物,在不断搅拌下升温至110-160℃反应2-4小时后,自然降温至80℃,再投入剩余的二乙醇胺化合物和占地沟油质量1%-5%的乙酸钠,搅拌控制温度在80-110℃反应1-2小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体A;
2)将无磷缓蚀剂中间体A总重量的15%-20%的环氧氯丙烷缓慢加入到无磷缓蚀剂中间体A中,控制温度80-110℃反应2-4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体B;
3)将无磷缓蚀剂中间体B总重量的10%-20%的聚乙二醇缓慢加入到无磷缓蚀剂中间体B中,同时加入无磷缓蚀剂中间体B总重量的2%-4%的乙酸锌,控制温度80-110℃反应2-4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂。

所述醇胺化合物为二乙醇胺。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400中一种或两种。
上述的以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法制备的无磷水处理缓蚀剂。
本发明机理为:缓蚀剂中间体A主要成份为烷醇酰胺,是一种非离子型表面活性剂,它具有润湿、高去污力、携污力,以及具有抗静电和防锈等作用。可以使碳钢发生阳极极化,有效抑制钢铁的腐蚀,同时通过在碳钢表面的饱和吸附形成有机分子膜有效保护碳钢。
缓蚀剂中间体制备反应中少量过剩的醇胺化合物为洗涤助剂,可改进油性污垢,提高去污性能,相容性极好,还具有杀菌作用。
缓蚀剂由于含有醚键和酰胺基团,可以与金属表面的离子或原子形成稳定的螯合环,而它的疏水基团则在金属表面形成疏水的屏障,从而在金属表面形成保护膜,在低剂量下就能起到很好的缓蚀作用。
下面的实施例将对本发明予以进一步说明,但并不因此而限制本发明。
说明:本发明中所使用的药品均为市售产品或实验室常规药品。
实施例1
1)将100kg地沟油加热到60℃,先加入60kg二乙醇胺,在不断搅拌下升温至160℃反应2小时后,自然降温至80℃,再投入40kg二乙醇胺和5.0kg的乙酸钠,搅拌控制温度在80℃反应2小时,得缓蚀剂中间体A;
2)将30.75kg的环氧氯丙烷缓慢加入到缓蚀剂中间体A中,控制温度80℃反应4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体B。
3)将23.575kg的聚乙二醇400和4.715kg的乙酸锌加入到缓蚀剂中间体B中,控制温度80℃反应4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂。
本发明的无磷缓蚀剂应用实例
应用实例1:
无磷缓蚀剂与HPMA、AA、AMPS复配,可以组成全有机的环保型无磷阻垢缓蚀剂复合配方。
当无磷缓蚀剂=15mg/L、HPMA=15mg/L、AA/AMPS=15mg/L、Zn2+=2mg/L时,对循环冷却水系统的补充水为pH 7.58、氯离子103mg/L、硬度230mg/L、电导率862μs/cm的条件下,A3碳钢的腐蚀率0.046mm/a,黄铜的腐蚀率0.0035mm/a,浓缩倍数达到6倍以上。
应用实例2:
无磷缓蚀剂与HPMA、AA/AMPS、Zn2+复合使用,可以作为补充水为超低硬度强腐蚀性水质的循环冷却水系统水处理无磷阻垢缓蚀剂配方。
当无磷缓蚀剂=20mg/L、HPMA=10mg/L、AA/AMPS=10mg/L、Zn2+=2mg/L时,对补充水为强腐蚀性水质的循环水系统,补充水为pH 7.82、氯离子30mg/L、钙离子15mg/L、电导率302μs/cm的条件下,A3碳钢的腐蚀率达到0.058mm/a,黄铜的腐蚀率0.0032mm/a,对CaCO3阻垢率达到98.58%,浓缩倍率大于6倍。
应用实例3:
无磷缓蚀剂与HPMA、AA/AMPS、Zn2+复合使用,对于加酸过量的循环冷却水系统水处理无磷阻垢缓蚀剂配方有很好的效果。
当无磷缓蚀剂=20mg/L、HPMA=10mg/L、AA/AMPS=10mg/L、Zn2+=2mg/L时,加酸循环水系统,水质为pH 6.48、氯离子146mg/L、钙离子215mg/L、电导率1602μs/cm的条件下,A3碳钢的腐蚀率达到0.072mm/a,黄铜的腐蚀率0.0038mm/a。同等水质条件下使用配方HEDP=20mg/L、HPMA=10mg/L、AA/AMPS=10mg/L、Zn2+=2mg/L时,A3碳钢的腐蚀率达到0.152mm/a,黄铜的腐蚀率0.0058mm/a。
应用实例4:
无磷缓蚀剂与HPMA、AA/AMPS、Zn2+复合使用,对于补充水为含大量氨氮的中水水质的循环冷却水系统水处理无磷阻垢缓蚀剂配方有很好的效果。
当无磷缓蚀剂=20mg/L、HPMA=10mg/L、AA/AMPS=10mg/L、Zn2+=2mg/L时,加酸循环水系统,水质为pH 8.48、氯离子506mg/L、钙离子98mg/L、氨氮24mg/L,COD 182mg/L的条件下,A3碳钢的腐蚀率达到0.054mm/a,黄铜的腐蚀率0.0028mm/a。
应用实例5:用本发明的无磷缓蚀剂可以取代亚硝酸盐作为密闭系统用缓蚀剂,与钼酸钠、碱、还原剂、阻垢剂等复合使用,效果更佳。
无磷缓蚀剂可以用作密闭系统除盐水的缓蚀剂,当浓度为200mg/L时,碳钢腐蚀率为0.032mm/a,紫铜腐蚀率0.0024mm/a。
无磷缓蚀剂用作密闭系统除盐水的缓蚀剂,当浓度为50mg/L时,配合无机碱如氢氧化钠调节pH值为10.5,投加还原剂如亚硫酸钠80mg/L,碳钢腐蚀率为0.016mm/a,紫铜腐蚀率0.0028mm/a。
以上所述的实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术思想及特点,其目的在于使本领域内的技术人员能够理解本发明的内容并据以实施,不能仅以本实施例来限定本发明的专利范围,即凡本发明所揭示的精神所作的同等变化或修饰,仍落在本发明的专利范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将地沟油加热到60-80℃,以地沟油为1,称取按质量比1:0.5-1.0的二乙醇胺化合物,先加入按质量比1:0.3-0.6的二乙醇胺化合物,在不断搅拌下升温至110-160℃反应2-4小时后,自然降温至80℃,再投入剩余的二乙醇胺化合物和占地沟油质量1%-5%的乙酸钠,搅拌控制温度在80-110℃反应1-2小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体A;
2)将无磷缓蚀剂中间体A总重量的15%-20%的环氧氯丙烷缓慢加入到无磷缓蚀剂中间体A中,控制温度80-110℃反应2-4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂中间体B;
3)将无磷缓蚀剂中间体B总重量的10%-20%的聚乙二醇缓慢加入到无磷缓蚀剂中间体B中,同时加入无磷缓蚀剂中间体B总重量的2%-4%的乙酸锌,控制温度80-110℃反应2-4小时,得无磷缓蚀剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法,其特征在于,所述地沟油是指:(1)将下水道中的油腻漂浮物或者将宾馆、酒楼的泔水经过简单加工、提炼出的油;(2)劣质猪肉、猪内脏、猪皮加工以及提炼后产出的油;(3)用于油炸食品的油使用次数超过一定次数后,再被重复使用或往其中添加一些新油后重新使用的油。
3.根据权利要求1所述以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400中一种或两种。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的以地沟油为原料制备无磷水处理缓蚀剂的方法制备的无磷水处理缓蚀剂。
