本发明利用非离子表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂及其它成分,制备了一种水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂,油剂组成包括高环氧乙烷加成数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,高环氧乙烷加成数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,二乙醇胺和水。本发明制备的油剂无色、无味、透明、水溶性好,其粘胶连续纺纤维抱合力达到50(转)以上,纤维间静摩擦系数与动摩擦系数差值为0.2007‑0.2262,比电阻为

技术领域
本发明属于化工产品领域,具体涉及一种水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂。
背景技术
连续纺粘胶长丝为不加捻的平行丝,需要油剂和浆料使粘胶纤维间抱和,并赋予粘胶纤维的平滑性,抗静电性,能够顺利地后加工和织造过程,并在一定程度上改善粘胶纤维的物理性能。目前用于连续纺粘胶长丝油剂多为乳化矿物油类,与水溶性浆料共混困难,需要较长时间的搅拌,应用工艺复杂繁琐。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于制备一种用于粘胶长丝连续纺的,无色、无味、透明、低泡沫的、水溶性好,并与聚乙烯醇等水溶性浆料互溶性好的油剂。
本发明的技术方案是:一种水溶性连续纺粘胶长丝油剂,主要由高聚合度的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,高聚合度的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐等物质组成,具体包括以下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、二乙醇胺、去离子水。
所述各组分的质量百分比的为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚31-35%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6-10%、二乙醇胺1-5% 、去离子水50-54%。
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的脂肪醇碳数为12-18、聚氧乙烯醚的环氧乙烷加成数20-30。
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的脂肪醇碳数为12-14、聚氧乙烯醚的环氧乙烷加成数为10-20。
所述一种水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂的制备工艺为:先将去离子水加入到反应釜中,加热到85~90℃,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,保温搅拌,溶解1.5~2h,待脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐全部溶解后,再加入液体二乙醇胺,再在保温搅拌的条件下,将熔化后的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(熔融温度60~70℃)加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,降温至室温,得到无色透明的粘稠液体产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:按照本发明组分制备的水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂,其无色、无味、透明、低泡沫的、水溶性好,并与聚乙烯醇等水溶性浆料互溶性好,且与聚乙烯醇水溶液混合搅拌时间短,应用工艺简单易操作。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种水溶性连续纺粘胶长丝油剂,由下列质量百分比的成分混合而成:
脂肪醇(碳数为12)聚氧乙烯醚(环氧乙烷加成数为20)35 %;
脂肪醇(碳数为12)聚氧乙烯醚(环氧乙烷加成数为20)硫酸钠10%;
二乙醇胺 5% ;
去离子水 50%;
按上述质量百分比的成分制备水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂的制备工艺为:先将去离子水加入到反应釜中,加热到85℃,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,保温搅拌,溶解2h,待脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐全部溶解后,再加入液体二乙醇胺,再在保温搅拌的条件下,将熔化后的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(熔融温度60~70℃)加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,降温至室温,得到无色透明的粘稠液体产品。

二乙醇胺 5%
去离子水 53%
按上述质量百分比的成分制备水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂的制备工艺为:先将去离子水加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,保温搅拌,溶解1.5h,待脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐全部溶解后,再加入液体二乙醇胺,再在保温搅拌的条件下,将熔化后的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(熔融温度60~70℃)加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,降温至室温,得到无色透明的粘稠液体产品。

按上述质量百分比的成分制备水溶性粘胶长丝连续纺油剂的制备工艺为:先将去离子水加入到反应釜中,加热到89℃,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,保温搅拌,溶解1.8h,待脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐全部溶解后,再加入液体二乙醇胺,再在保温搅拌的条件下,将熔化后的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(熔融温度60~70℃)加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,降温至室温,得到无色透明的粘稠液体产品。

1.一种用水溶性连续纺粘胶长丝油剂,其特征在于,其组分包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、二乙醇胺、去离子水;所述各组分的质量百分比的为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚31-35%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6-10%、二乙醇胺1-5% 、去离子水50-54%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性连续纺粘胶长丝油剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的脂肪醇碳数为12-18、聚氧乙烯醚的环氧乙烷加成数20-30;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的脂肪醇碳数为12-14、聚氧乙烯醚的环氧乙烷加成数为10-20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性连续纺粘胶长丝油剂,其特征在于,其制备工艺为:先将去离子水加入到反应釜中,加热到85~90℃,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,保温搅拌,溶解1.5~2h,待脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐全部溶解后,再加入液体二乙醇胺,再在保温搅拌的条件下,将熔化后的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,降温至室温,得到无色透明的粘稠液体产品。
