The reinforced part can also abut against the clamping bracket 12, that is, when the clamping bracket 12 reaches a certain deformation amount, one end of the clamping bracket 12 departing from the basic cover 10 abuts against the reinforced part, so that the situation that the basic cover 10 is partially damaged due to excessive compression of the basic cover 10 by the lower cover body 22 is avoided, and the sealing effect of the composite cover is further ensured. Further, the edge of the lower cap body 22 extends toward the base cap 10 with an annular outer cover 224, and one end of the outer cover 224 facing the base cap 10 is attached to the base cap 10. The outer cover 224 is disposed outside the fixing ring 222, which not only improves the sealing effect, but also protects the fixing connection region between the lower cover body 22 and the basic cover 10, and prolongs the service life of the composite cover.
Further, the upper cover body 21 is connected with the lower cover body 22 through a snap structure, so as to snap the upper cover body 21 on the lower cover body 22.
In this embodiment, for example: a second clamping groove is formed in the outer surface of the lower cover body 22, a second clamping ring is arranged on the inner side wall of the upper cover body 21 in an upward protruding mode, and the upper cover body 21 is buckled on the lower cover body 22 through the second clamping ring clamped into the first clamping ring.
Further, the edge of the pouring channel 221 has a reinforcement 226 extending away from the basic lid 10, the reinforcement 226 having an escape opening 226a to enable the first sealing ring to snap into the pouring channel 221 when the upper lid body 21 is turned over toward the lower lid body 22.
Specifically, the hole wall of the through hole deviating from the soft glue is provided with a reinforcing part extending deviating from the basic cover 10, the reinforcing part is coaxial with the through hole, and the reinforcing part is used for protecting the first sealing ring 211 and limiting the first sealing ring 211 to deviate after the first sealing ring 211 is clamped into the pouring hole 11, so that firm and reliable clamping between the first sealing ring 211 and the pouring hole 11 is further ensured; one side of the reinforcing part facing the soft rubber is provided with an avoiding opening, so that when the upper cover body 21 is turned towards the lower cover body 22, the first sealing ring 211 can be smoothly clamped into the pouring hole 11.
Further, the outer side wall of the upper cover body 21 is formed with an arc-shaped recess 212, and the arc-shaped recess 212 deviates from the soft glue setting.
In this embodiment, the fingers of the consumer can be clipped at the arc-shaped concave part 212, and apply an acting force deviating from the lower cover body 22 to the upper cover body 21, so that the upper cover body 21 deviates from the lower cover body 22 and turns over, and the metal can is opened.
In the embodiments, the composite cover of the metal can improve the portability of the metal can, ensure the safety and sanitation of the contents in the metal can, facilitate the batch production, and has low rejection rate in the production process; wherein, the color of the sealing cover can be designed according to the actual requirement of a user.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
