Abstract
本发明公开了一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料13‑15、聚硅氧烷1‑2、氮化硅陶瓷粉75‑80、水玻璃1.5‑2、碳纳米管2‑3、钛酸酯偶联剂0.2‑0.4、纳米氧化锌铝1‑1.3、聚四氟乙烯0.6‑1、氧化铁1.2‑1.4、三氧化二铬6‑8、水性丙烯酸乳液3‑4、锆英砂0.8‑1、去离子水适量;本发明方法制得的复合陶瓷涂层具有高韧性、高耐磨、耐火等性能,与基体材料表面结合力强,其使用寿命长,防污性能优异,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷涂层技术领域,尤其涉及一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料。
背景技术
排风设备在厨房、实验室、工厂等各领域都有重要的作用。一般都可以分成排风罩、风管、除尘净化设备、风机、设备壳等部分组成。其中除尘净化设备的材料是根据领域的不同采用的材质也不尽相同,大多数会采用合金材料,合金材料的性能很大程度上影响了设备使用效果和寿命。陶瓷涂层在摩擦过程中产生的热应力比较小,涂层不容易发生严重断裂,具有孔隙率低、摩擦系数低、导热系数高、耐腐蚀性、高硬度等特性,适用于高温、腐蚀和磨损等特殊工作环境。
《Cr2O3陶瓷涂层摩擦磨损性能研究》中利用三氧化二铬陶瓷粉末与玻璃釉料按照一定质量比混合,烧结900℃后球磨,过200目筛,然后利用亚音速喷枪在45钢上喷涂三氧化二铬陶瓷涂层,并在电阻炉中烧结。虽然加入一定量的玻璃釉料增强了粉末之间的粘结性,提高了涂层的耐磨性,但是喷涂制得的涂层无法将空气全部排出,存在大量气孔,即使经过高温烧结也无法改善,需要多次涂刷玻璃釉料,施工复杂,并且铬对人体有毒性,不宜大量使用。本发明针对排风设备的使用性能,认为防污易清洁是最主要的实用性能,利用参考文献提出的玻璃釉料增强烧结性、提高耐磨性,将两者结合起来制备出适宜工业化大生产的提高排风设备性能的陶瓷涂层。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料13-15、聚硅氧烷1-2、氮化硅陶瓷粉75-80、水玻璃1.5-2、碳纳米管2-3、钛酸酯偶联剂0.2-0.4、纳米氧化锌铝1-1.3、聚四氟乙烯0.6-1、氧化铁1.2-1.4、三氧化二铬6-8、水性丙烯酸乳液3-4、锆英砂0.8-1、去离子水适量。
根据权利要求1所述一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,其特征在于,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5-7h,球磨完毕后在105-110℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于505-525℃下预烧20-35min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10-30μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将ATO纳米粉末加入适量的去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮超声分散30min后磁力搅拌1h得到ATO浆料,再向体系中加入钛酸酯偶联剂、纳米氧化锌铝,再将聚四氟乙烯磁力搅拌溶解后加到该体系中,40℃下超声搅拌备用;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料加到步骤(2)的浆料中,搅拌均匀后加入聚硅氧烷、氧化铁和氮化硅陶瓷粉,在电炉中边加热边搅拌,直至烘干,自然冷却后球磨成粒径为25-40μm的粉末,再将粉末用等离子喷涂技术喷到基体表面;
(4)在水性丙烯酸乳液中加入碳纳米管、三氧化二铬、锆英砂在室温下用研磨分散搅拌机以1000转/分下进行研磨分散,混合均匀后再加入水玻璃继续超声分散3-5min,再将该混合物涂覆在步骤(3)基体表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
所述一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,所述玻璃釉料由硫酸锌、氧化钛、正长石、二硼化钛和轻钙组成,其中质量比1.0-1.5:1.2-1.6:9-12:0.3-0.5:2-2.5。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用制备得到的复合纳米ATO浆料良好的导热、耐磨性,再将玻璃釉料浸渍在浆料中,引起纳米复合相强韧化效应,减轻界面残余应力,在喷涂时能够减少陶瓷出现裂纹,减少结构缺陷,并且提高涂层的耐磨、导热等性能,本文还利用水性丙烯酸乳液和水玻璃的粘结性,将碳纳米管等物料促进粘合形成稳定的均一的粘性浆料,再利用激光熔覆技术将其涂覆在基体表面,解决涂层存在气孔的问题,并能显著提高了涂层的硬度、耐腐蚀性、韧性、耐火、耐磨等性能;本发明方法制得的复合陶瓷涂层具有高韧性、高耐磨、耐火等性能,与基体材料表面结合力强,其使用寿命长,防污性能优异,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料13、聚硅氧烷1、氮化硅陶瓷粉75、水玻璃1.5、碳纳米管3、钛酸酯偶联剂0.4、纳米氧化锌铝1、聚四氟乙烯0.6、氧化铁1.2、三氧化二铬8、水性丙烯酸乳液3、锆英砂0.8、去离子水适量。
根据权利要求1所述一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,其特征在于,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5h,球磨完毕后在105℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于505-525℃下预烧20min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;

(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料加到步骤(2)的浆料中,搅拌均匀后加入聚硅氧烷、氧化铁和氮化硅陶瓷粉,在电炉中边加热边搅拌,直至烘干,自然冷却后球磨成粒径为25μm的粉末,再将粉末用等离子喷涂技术喷到基体表面;
(4)在水性丙烯酸乳液中加入碳纳米管、三氧化二铬、锆英砂在室温下用研磨分散搅拌机以1000转/分下进行研磨分散,混合均匀后再加入水玻璃继续超声分散3min,再将该混合物涂覆在步骤(3)基体表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
所述一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,所述玻璃釉料由硫酸锌、氧化钛、正长石、二硼化钛和轻钙组成,其中质量比为1.0:1.2:9:0.3:2。
按照实施例生产的陶瓷涂层性能参数如下:
(1)涂覆性能佳、与基体材料结合力好,涂层表面光滑、无气孔;
(2)耐磨性试验:2.5mg;
(3)抗氧化试验:涂层试件在1500℃的静态空气中有效防氧化时间达185h;
(4)抗热震性试验:升温至1500℃,冷水淬火,如此反复10次,涂层不开裂,不脱落。
Claims (3)
1.一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料13-15、聚硅氧烷1-2、氮化硅陶瓷粉75-80、水玻璃1.5-2、碳纳米管2-3、钛酸酯偶联剂0.2-0.4、纳米氧化锌铝1-1.3、聚四氟乙烯0.6-1、氧化铁1.2-1.4、三氧化二铬6-8、水性丙烯酸乳液3-4、锆英砂0.8-1、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,其特征在于,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5-7h,球磨完毕后在105-110℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于505-525℃下预烧20-35min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10-30μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将ATO纳米粉末加入适量的去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮超声分散30min后磁力搅拌1h得到ATO浆料,再向体系中加入钛酸酯偶联剂、纳米氧化锌铝,再将聚四氟乙烯磁力搅拌溶解后加到该体系中,40℃下超声搅拌备用;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料加到步骤(2)的浆料中,搅拌均匀后加入聚硅氧烷、氧化铁和氮化硅陶瓷粉,在电炉中边加热边搅拌,直至烘干,自然冷却后球磨成粒径为25-40μm的粉末,再将粉末用等离子喷涂技术喷到基体表面;
(4)在水性丙烯酸乳液中加入碳纳米管、三氧化二铬、锆英砂在室温下用研磨分散搅拌机以1000转/分下进行研磨分散,混合均匀后再加入水玻璃继续超声分散3-5min,再将该混合物涂覆在步骤(3)基体表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述一种排风设备用陶瓷涂层材料,其特征在于,所述玻璃釉料由硫酸锌、氧化钛、正长石、二硼化钛和轻钙组成,其中质量比为1.0-1.5:1.2-1.6:9-12:0.3-0.5:2-2.5。
