本发明公开了一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12‑15、氧化铝陶瓷粉70‑80、羧甲基纤维素钠3‑4、硅酸钠4‑5、二氧化锡1.6‑2、硼玻璃粉0.6‑0.8、硅溶胶4‑6、铜镍合金2‑3、氧化钴0.6‑0.9、碳酸钠1.2‑1.5、碳化钛6‑8、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量;本发明所提供的陶瓷涂料制备工艺简单、成本低、施涂方便,制得的涂层具有良好的冷热硬度及耐磨性,并且与基体粘结性高,不易脱落,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷涂层技术领域,尤其涉及一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料。
背景技术
排风设备在厨房、实验室、工厂等各领域都有重要的作用。一般都可以分成排风罩、风管、除尘净化设备、风机、设备壳等部分组成。其中除尘净化设备的材料是根据领域的不同采用的材质也不尽相同,大多数会采用合金材料,合金材料的性能很大程度上影响了设备使用效果和寿命。陶瓷涂层在摩擦过程中产生的热应力比较小,涂层不容易发生严重断裂,具有孔隙率低、摩擦系数低、导热系数高、耐腐蚀性、高硬度等特性,适用于高温、腐蚀和磨损等特殊工作环境。
《Cr2O3陶瓷涂层摩擦磨损性能研究》中利用三氧化二铬陶瓷粉末与玻璃釉料按照一定质量比混合,烧结900℃后球磨,过200目筛,然后利用亚音速喷枪在45钢上喷涂三氧化二铬陶瓷涂层,并在电阻炉中烧结。虽然加入一定量的玻璃釉料增强了粉末之间的粘结性,提高了涂层的耐磨性,但是喷涂制得的涂层无法将空气全部排出,存在大量气孔,即使经过高温烧结也无法改善,需要多次涂刷玻璃釉料,施工复杂,并且铬对人体有毒性,不宜大量使用。本发明针对排风设备的使用性能,认为防污易清洁是最主要的实用性能,利用参考文献提出的玻璃釉料增强烧结性、提高耐磨性,将两者结合起来制备出适宜工业化大生产的提高排风设备性能的陶瓷涂层。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12-15、氧化铝陶瓷粉70-80、羧甲基纤维素钠3-4、硅酸钠4-5、二氧化锡1.6-2、硼玻璃粉0.6-0.8、硅溶胶4-6、铜镍合金2-3、氧化钴0.6-0.9、碳酸钠1.2-1.5、碳化钛6-8、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。
所述一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5-7h,球磨完毕后在90-100℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于350-400℃下预烧25-30min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10-30μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将羧甲基纤维素钠和硅酸钠用去离子水溶解分别制成质量百分比浓度为3-5%溶液,将两者混合搅拌,再加入步骤(1)制备的物料、硼玻璃粉、二氧化锡和氧化铝陶瓷粉搅拌陈化;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料均匀涂覆在基体表面,阴干后放入微波烧结炉中进行烧结,随炉冷却;
(4)将铜镍合金、氧化钴和碳化钛加到球磨机中进行球磨,再加入碳酸钠助溶剂混合均匀,然后加入硅溶胶和适量的去离子水搅拌成黏稠料浆,将料浆涂覆在步骤(3)涂层表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
所述一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,所述玻璃釉料由石灰石、珍珠岩、长石粉、硼砂和碳酸钡组成,其中质量比为1.5-2:1-2:8.5-11:0.7-1.2:1.8-2.5。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用羧甲基纤维素钠和硅酸钠溶解制成黏稠增稠液,使陶瓷粉末和玻璃釉料融合在一起,在通过热反应在基体表面生成新的复合相,其中引起纳米复合相强韧化效应,减轻界面残余应力,减少陶瓷出现裂纹的情况,且使涂层与基材结合牢固,本文利用铜镍合金、氧化钴和碳化钛分散在与陶瓷坯体成分的相容性以及促进烧结等优点的硅溶胶中,使其与第一层涂层紧密结合,再利用激光熔覆技术将颗粒熔覆在涂层上,解决涂层存在气孔的问题,并显著提高了涂层的抗冲击性、耐蚀性、强度、耐磨等性能;本发明所提供的陶瓷涂料制备工艺简单、成本低、施涂方便,制得的涂层具有良好的冷热硬度及耐磨性,并且与基体粘结性高,不易脱落,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12、氧化铝陶瓷粉70、羧甲基纤维素钠3、硅酸钠4、二氧化锡1.6、硼玻璃粉0.6、硅溶胶4、铜镍合金2、氧化钴0.6、碳酸钠1.2、碳化钛6、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。
所述一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5h,球磨完毕后在90℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于350℃下预烧25min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将羧甲基纤维素钠和硅酸钠用去离子水溶解分别制成质量百分比浓度为3%溶液,将两者混合搅拌,再加入步骤(1)制备的物料、硼玻璃粉、二氧化锡和氧化铝陶瓷粉搅拌陈化;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料均匀涂覆在基体表面,阴干后放入微波烧结炉中进行烧结,随炉冷却;
(4)将铜镍合金、氧化钴和碳化钛加到球磨机中进行球磨,再加入碳酸钠助溶剂混合均匀,然后加入硅溶胶和适量的去离子水搅拌成黏稠料浆,将料浆涂覆在步骤(3)涂层表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
所述一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,所述玻璃釉料由石灰石、珍珠岩、长石粉、硼砂和碳酸钡组成,其中质量比为1.5:1:8.5:0.7:1.8。
按照实施例生产的陶瓷涂层性能参数如下:
(1)涂覆性能佳、与基体材料结合力好,涂层表面光滑、无气孔;
(2)耐磨性试验:2.4mg;
(3)抗氧化试验:涂层试件在1500℃的静态空气中有效防氧化时间达185h;
(4)抗热震性试验:升温至1500℃,冷水淬火,如此反复10次,涂层不开裂,不脱落。
Claims (3)
1.一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12-15、氧化铝陶瓷粉70-80、羧甲基纤维素钠3-4、硅酸钠4-5、二氧化锡1.6-2、硼玻璃粉0.6-0.8、硅溶胶4-6、铜镍合金2-3、氧化钴0.6-0.9、碳酸钠1.2-1.5、碳化钛6-8、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,其特征在于,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5-7h,球磨完毕后在90-100℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于350-400℃下预烧25-30min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10-30μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将羧甲基纤维素钠和硅酸钠用去离子水溶解分别制成质量百分比浓度为3-5%溶液,将两者混合搅拌,再加入步骤(1)制备的物料、硼玻璃粉、二氧化锡和氧化铝陶瓷粉搅拌陈化;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料均匀涂覆在基体表面,阴干后放入微波烧结炉中进行烧结,随炉冷却;
(4)将铜镍合金、氧化钴和碳化钛加到球磨机中进行球磨,再加入碳酸钠助溶剂混合均匀,然后加入硅溶胶和适量的去离子水搅拌成黏稠料浆,将料浆涂覆在步骤(3)涂层表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述一种与基体粘结性高的涂层材料,其特征在于,所述玻璃釉料由石灰石、珍珠岩、长石粉、硼砂和碳酸钡组成,其中质量比为1.5-2:1-2:8.5-11:0.7-1.2:1.8-2.5。
